I ve been coming to this store for over half a decade and am constantly impressed by the people working here. They know their automobiles and they care about meeting your needs. Today it was Adam who took time with me about a fan relay. Even going as far to walk out to my car to check with me that I was getting what I needed. I highly recommend AutoZone for any vehicle needs!

The team at this AutoZone always has great customer service. They seem to take the time to help you, It doesn't matter if you are an experienced shade tree mechanic, or never touched a wrench in your life. Really good people

One of the managers, Stan, went above and beyond and installed the fob batteries and the car starter batteries I needed. I know not the first thing about that kind of thing and he was an absolute life saver, and did not charge me extra for putting all the batteries in.

They did a quick test for the battery and alternator. Determined it was a bad battery. Got a new battery, and they installed it for no extra charge. Benjamin was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Get in the zone. AutoZone, that is. Overall, this neighborhood joint has the parts I need, at a satisfactory price, for all my emergency auto parts needs. Good store hours means I can get auto parts at basically any time I want, and the service is particularly friendly. For instance, I had a purchased a new car battery; it was installed and I was on my way within a few minutes.

Had a burned out light bulb on my way to work. Stopped in and was helped by the nicest guy. His name was Presley and he changed my bulbs and got me on my way in less than 10 min. Give this guy a raise! Impressive.

Update 8/12/23I was greeted by Wyatt M, who received great customer service, and he is definitely an asset to the company. The only problem is I purchased tire covers that didn't fit therefore, I had to purchase another set unfortunately, I had to wait to be reimbursed for the first pair had to spend an extra $50.00 to get covers that fit. I wasn't happy about that. I suggest that before spending your money, make sure tire covers fit first!

Ben is a horrible manager talks about employees and customers behind their back and rude to the customers. Also shows favoritism to certain employees, just sits in the back and does nothing.

Huge thanks to Auto Zone, and specifically their team member Presley. I went to AutoZone to get a new battery for my truck. I figured I'd need to buy the new battery, bring it home to install, then return the old battery for the core charge refund. To my surprise they said the price included installation on the spot!Young team member Presley was on the job within 5 minutes and dealt with my corroded and very stuck terminals. He cleaned them up and replaced the battery all in about 15 minutes.It was nice to be surprised by exceptional service.It was also nice to be served by a young man (18-19 years old) who was careful, courteous, professional, and ambitious. While he replaced my battery we talked about his college work and his plans to finish a degree in automotive studies.In these times, it's easy for us to post our frustrations online for all to see. We owe it to the merchants and their team members to speak up when things go well, too. Thanks again to AutoZone and Presley for making this a great interaction.

Had a great experience with Andrey when he replaced my battery. A pleasure to speak with and he went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. He deserves a raise. thank you Andrey!

This auto zone has been a go to for years. Sometimes customer service is great and sometimes good. Today, after trying to change a taillight and not succeeding, I called and Benjamin said, bring it over and he would try to help. He went above and beyond by taking the taillight inside and fiddling w the connectors that he said were not quite where they needed to be. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Didn't give up right away !! His excellent customer service is why I'll go back

Benjamin deserves a raise. I purchased a new car battery and he quickly installed it this morning. My old battery and the terminals were full of corrosion, but Benjamin took the time to clean them up nicely. He was super helpful, polite, professional and an all around nice guy. He earned AutoZone a customer for life today.

Guy told me he didn t have the right tools to get my battery out. Bro you rent tools?!?!? Not having a the right socket? Just say you don t want to do it. Went to O Reilly s instead.

This store could definitely learn a lot. Came in with a dead alternator. Purchased battery and alternator. They did loan me an extremely worn out socket set to perform the job. Very rude about even using a 10 dollar socket set. I understand they have no way real way of knowing I'm a technician for a living but that's also why my work doesn't use this store anymore so they don't see me. Nonetheless reluctantly finally James "tested" my battery and alternator albeit he was just there to make a sale so thank God I'm knowledgeable and saw past that. New alternator was DOA so had to then hope and pray car made it to store 4262 (which by the way is a great store). Warrantied the alternator there with no problem and replaced again. Other managers at this store were cool but terrible experience and certainly not a store to trust if you arent mechanically knowledgeable about your vehichle.

Hunter was very helpful! He refunded me when I had accidentally given the wrong info on my car and subsequently bought the wrong kind of windshield wiper ... even installed the correct one for me!

If I could I would give this loaction a zero. I spent almost 20 mins in here with only one other customer in here and never recieved help. Not because I didn't want it but no one bothered to ask. I shouldn't have to ask. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help when I entered. I walked up and down literally all the aisles looking for something specific that was literally on the last aisle and not once ,even as four different men are on duty, was I asked if I needed anything. Will not be returning and I typically prefer auto zone over LITERALLY ANY auto stoee because they are typically the best, honest, truthful and affordable help.

These guys are so helpful and know their stuff. I couldn t get my son s back end of his truck to close properly, and Hunter didn t hesitate to come check it out. It literally took him 2 seconds and it was fixed. Thank you so much for helping me out todayHunter.

So helpful! Steven did an amazing job and was so patient with me the entire time! I had to take my daughter with me and she was very involved in the transaction and he was calm and patient. I'll drive across town to use this location again!

The service here is phenomenal. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone who helped me figure out what I needed to by (even walked out to my car to look at it), gave a recommendation on which brand to purchase, and then immediately helped me install it.I was in and out so quickly and the employee was super helpful and nice.

Great location and super nice staff. They had everything in stock I needed for my Jeep. The gentleman who rang me up at the counter even suggested better items for less. I've been working on vehicles most of my life, and it's refreshing to walk into an auto parts store at be greeted by employees who are friendly and willing to help, instead of acting like they are being bothered.

Store manager went above and beyond for me. I mean seriously saved me. I can't thank him enough, and this location and AutoZone as a whole has a new loyal customer.In this day in age it's hard to find good customer service, so when you see it it really stands out.Thank you again.

Elmer replaced my battery, in the rain. He was so nice, and very helpful! We had a great conversation. I will definitely be returning for my other auto needs specifically because of my positive experience with him.
