I had a great experience at the store. Walt was very patient with me as I was clueless about my headlight. He even took his time and put the low beam light in for me. Walt went the extra mile and I am very grateful for his great customer service.

My husband and I went to check our car battery and a young gentleman helped us and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We weren t able to replace our battery there due to our car needing further diagnostics but once our car was serviced, we found out that that everything he said was correct and he pointed us in the right direction.

I initially took my car to a mechanic after the battery died and was told that the issue was a dead battery as it needed a jump box to start. Without the jump box, it would click and the dashboard lights would flash. When I brought my car to this autozone and explained what was going on, they tested the battery. All the test would show was 100% charge and that it was a "good battery". They refused to replace it within my warranty. I would never buy from here again; they don't practice good business and prefer to scam you.

Caleb was so nice and he helped me change my battery in my Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 2016 and he was so awesome. Did everything properly. I will return to this AutoZone location.

I don t care what he makes Matt no doubt deserves a raise, hands-down the best and most helpful manager I ve ever encountered at a Autoparts store period and I ve been to many. On top of that he is genuinely a kind soul that brightens up the work environment for everyone around him, employees included

The manager here helped me out in a pinch and potentially saved me from getting pulled over. These guys are a.w.e.s.o.m.e. and went the extra mile for me when they didn't have to at all. Thank you so much! What professionals! Not like the AutoZone in Wylie... Those guys are horrible in comparison/ destroyed my cars sensors and acted like they didn't do it/ oh well.The guys here are a grade above/ in a class of customer service all of their own. Thanks again

The AutoZone on Preston road sent me the wrong battery. When I went up there they were out of stock. Not very helpful. The autozone on Custer and Main however was great. They refunded and gave me the right battery. So Preston road a big no, but Custer and main, a big THANK YOU!

I walked in for a simple item replacement, and upon walking in I was greeted with a very unfriendly attitude from the old man with the beard, who I am assuming to be Walter based off of the rest of the reviews. He seemed to have an attitude problem and was rude. This was a very unpleasant experience and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Never coming back again.

The manager at this location is incompetent and rude.I went to return few items I bought from them earlier and the associate missed to scan an item. He then calls the manager to put in his authorization code and when he asked me to sign, I pointed the difference in the amount being returned. He said the tax is not showed but the difference was too significant that I was pretty confident they missed to scan an item. I signed since he insisted and once he gave the reciept, I showed him the difference. He reluctantly scans the missed item and then crumbles my original receipt. When I insisted for the receipt, he said he wanted to destroy it so that I can't return items using the it again! He basically assumed me a scammer!I will take my business to Eldorado location which is a bit far but I never had issues with them.

The old bearded man he is arrogant, didn't want to help us, he just keeps making excuses,not recommend.It's not only me who's having a bad review on him there' more, I'm surprised why the management didn't take any action.

This autozone is the worst, because of an employee name Walt (old bearded man). I come and buy parts from autozone everyday due to my line of business. Every time I happen to be closer to this specific branch, I try to avoid the trip and go to another auto parts shop even if the latter is more expensive. That s because Walt gives me and my associates the cold shoulder every time and becomes unfriendly and gives passive answers to the simplest questions about the inventory. Today for example (the 20th of October 2023) at 5:30 pm, I wanted to give him another chance, I came to his shop: greeted him when I entered the shop and he didn t respond although the shop was empty, and started asking simple question about some pint products and their prices, and he was answering in a very passive way from far away with his hands in his pockets as if he doesn t want me to shop at this store. I m never coming back to this store because of Walt and I m taking my business somewhere else.

I walked in the door and then came to the counter the employee said I asked you can I help you and you didn t respond I said I m sorry I didn t hear you , I then seen his attitude which was not very good. I seen his name tag and it said manager and I asked if he was the manager and he said yes I am . He then keeps answering the phone while trying to give me a return and he keeps answer I m the only one here please hold . This guy needs help I guess

Caleb was really helpful today ! He attended my situation and was able to help me promptly! I was in and out in no time and got my battery replaced. On top of that, he waived the installation charges for me because he felt it was the right thing to do! Thanks a lot

I always have good experience with AutoZone. They are trustworthy and helpful. It is a safe place to get a second opinion. Jay S. is so helpful. He gave FREE diagnosis and report. He helps to solve the above-plate light bulbs problems with great patience. Oscar and other staff are helpful too. They are reliable.Nowadays, we DO need professional people with honesty and integrity like them.Thank you for lighting up my day. There are good people in this world, you are part of them

Julian went above and beyond to help me find a specific part for my sport bike. We tried a few different things at the store that didn t quite work so he went as far as bringing a part from one of his personal vehicles the next day. I definitely wasn t expecting this level of customer service but they for sure have earned my business in the future. The whole crew greets you when you walk in as well!

Had to buy a new battery. Julian was quick to greet me. He did an excellent job explaining what I'd need to do. Even took the time to install the new battery, which proved to not be as cut and dry as you might hope it would be. But he never once complained and was very nice the whole time. Would definitely recommend this store to others

Had to jump my truck this morning, so I came here to see if it was a bad battery or something else. Julian greeted me right as I walked in and helped test my battery. He then helped me get the least expensive option since we ll be trading in the truck soon. He then installed it for me.Smooth, easy and fantastic experience. Highly recommended. I will be back for all of my automotive parts needs in the future.

Came into autozone after my battery light coming on and power steering went out on the road. Gavin, came out and spent about 20 minutes with me looking at my car and helping me figure out what was wrong. amazing customer service, so thankful to Gavin for helping me out and not letting me make my situation any worse. above and beyond, I will be back.

My car battery was dead, calling around looking for a battery in the stock. Call to AutoZone in McKinney on Stacy rd, 8.00 pm was very lucky. They was waiting for me , customer service was amazing, battery was changed professionally. Highly recommend this store for a parts and services. Definitely will be back. Thanks for saving my live,I work very early in the morning . Thanks again....

Julian was absolutely FANTASTIC.I would give 100 stars for Julian. This man deserves a raise AND a bonus.I ve been to many Autozones, and everyone is usually very helpful.. but Julian took it above and beyond. We thought we might have to travel to multiple stores for all the parts we needed, and he was able to work it out for us in less than 5 minutes. What a guy.We ll definitely be back to this store & highly recommend asking for Julian for all your auto needs. God bless you, sir!P.S. Autozone- Julian is the kind of employee that makes repeat customers, you d be wise to promote him!

Went in needing to test my battery for my personal truck, tested bad and needed replacement. Unfortunately it was past the two year warranty through auto zone by 6months.Fortunately this location has some top notch customer service, Oscar the manager on duty worked his magic allowing the replacement for a pro-rated amount...75% off BASICALLY.Luis at the front reminded me that I may need new battery terminal pads to help with corrosion build-up...they know how to make so.eone feel special that's for sure.Get in there and experience the amazing customer service yourself, you'll be glad you did!

Store 341 my man s Gavin, boy. He went above and beyond with the customer service calling all his boys to find me a part I couldn t locate and didn t know what it looked like. This man is your part finding master. If you need assistance with parts you call Gavin.

Don t waste your time. Went in for very simple windshield wipers. Nothing special. What I got from the old bearded guy was indifference, rudeness and most of all incompetence. Went to O Rileys instead. Had what I needed, fair price, friendly. In and out in 5 mins.
