Pros: They care their customers and they do their best to please their customers. You can definitely trust them. The staff is really friendly and kind.Cons: Do not expect high quality job. If you have a new car consider a dealer. My experience:First attempt: Wrong installationSecond attempt: Correct installation with a chipped windshieldThird attempt: Correct installation-good windshield-cracked plastic piece used.

This is after the repair. Tech came out for 5 mins, put a suction cup on one side, put filler in and held a bic lighter to the glass and called it done. I have contacted several times asking for another tech but the same one calls and promises to come out then never does. Very poor work that they don't stand behind. Will not give refund. Paid cash to avoid ridiculous $6 cc fee... now i see why

I had called the company to get a quote for replacing my windshield, and I spoke to Michelle who was incredibly sweet. After providing all of the information on my vehicle, she gave me a quote. I called multiple different companies to see what my options were and decided to go with ASAP. I called back and confirmed all of the information and the quote again, and I provided the vin number. Michelle informed me that if for some reason the quote changes she would call me before my appointment. Never got a call so I assumed everything was good. The guy showed up for the appointment and then said he didn t have the correct glass, so he called the owner of the company and they informed me the price is actually $200 more than what I was quoted TWICE. Waste of time on everyone s end.

Anthony from ASAP is honest and responsible. He stopped by my home, but found out I did not provide right type windshield. He had to order a new one and came out the 2nd time to install without extra charge. However, the rubber seal of the windshield became loose after installation and was gone while I was driving on highway. I called Antony and he took the responsibility to order a new one and installed it for me. The price of ASAP Auto Glass is most competitive among several companies I quoted and customer service is top-notch. I strongly recommend ASAP and Antony.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Showed up with the wrong glass the first day. 2nd day, tech forgot his glue gun and had to drive 30-45 min to go get it.Once new glass was installed, he did not clean up the broken glass inside my truck nor any glass in the area. Left me to vacuum glass out of my truck and driveway. Overall poor service. You get what you pay for.

Love these guys!!! Anthony is so nice and friendly! He came out and fixed my windshield cracks and was just the nicest man. He saw a rubber flap was loose on my windshield and without hesitation he glued it back down. He didn t even charge me for that! I absolutely would use them for all my windshield needs!

Called them and set up an appointment to repair a chip in my windshield. They said they would send someone over. Gave them my address and phone number and waited several hours... they never showed up, never contacted me. I'm only 5 miles away from their location. When I tried to call, they didn't answer their phone. Unprofessional.

Had to replace the window on my door as soon as I could , they had Tim come and replace it that same day I called . As well as a few weeks after I needed my windshield replaced and they sent installer Anthony to replace it , it was very fast , he was very polite . Would definitely recommend ASAP Mobile for anyone who needs repairs .
