i have been using artura auto service for a long time. one thing they are known for is affordable, and fast. in most cases, my car is worked on the same day without appointment. artura, the owner is an expert mechanic and always helpful.

LET ME START BY SAYING IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD. THIS WAS THE WORST REPAIR WORK I HAVE EVER HAD DONE. I TOOK MY 2016 NISSAN SENTRA TO ARTURO FOR HIM TO PLACE A NEW TRANSMISSION I HAD PURCHASED. I PICKED MY CAR UP JANUARY 12TH(FRIDAY MORNING) AFTER HIM (ALLEGEDY) FIXING IT AND PAID 500 DOLLARS. I DROVE MY CAR HOME TO ARLINGTON AND NOTICED IT WAS LEAKING SOME KIND OF FLUID THAT SMELLED MUSTY. I DIDNT THINK ANYTHING OF IT. TOOK IT THE NEXT DAY(SATURDAY) TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED AND WAS TOLD THE REASON IT WAS LEAKING WAS BECAUSE THEY(ARTURO) FORGOT TO PUT BACK ON ONE OF MY TRANSMISSION FILTER PLUGS. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO DRIVE IT BACK TO MCKINNEY SO HE COULD FIX IT. MOVING FOWARD TO YESTERDAY(FEBRUARY 2ND) MY CAR STARTED POPPING AND ACTING REALLY WEIRD. I HAD MY MECHANIC COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK, ONLY FOR HIM TO TELL ME THAT WHOEVER FIXED MY TRANSMISSION FORGOT TO PUT THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT BOLT BACK ON WHICH WAS CAUSING MY ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION TO DROP AND RUB UP AGAINST MY EXHAUST SYSTEM. SMH, I PAID FOR A JOB THST I THOUGHY I GREAT SERVICE WHEN I ACTUALLY DIDNT. IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW AND HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR, DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ARTUROS BECAUSE THEY DONT DO GOOD WORK AND THEY DONT PUT ALL YOUR PARTS BACK ON. NOW IM SECOND GUESSING IF HE EVEN PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN CORRECT. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Went to Arturo's Auto Shop to fix one of our three car that my other significant own my light brown eyes guy Raymond Meneses the white Nissan Van that his 31 year old kid Danny and his girlfriend Isabela that they always drove to go to work. Arturo's Auto Repair is very helpful.

I was looking for a mechanic cause my truck was acting up and needed some professional advice and as soon as I open the hood he look and spot the problem and got it fixed for me and help me with other smalls issues that had been bothering me but I definitely recommend this place thanks guys !

If you need your automobile repair go to Arturo's auto repair he does excellent work and the best prices I take my vehicle nowhere else but to Arturo's so you need work on your vehicle try it out the best work and the best prices

Good morning. I had the worst experience of my life with this guys. They kept my truck more than 6 monthsjust to give back with more prblems . Be careful and dont ever payed them up front.

They serve you when they want. The service is poor and they are very slow. You have to leave the car and they take up to one or two weeks to fix it. and everything to come back again for the same problem

Im always satisfied and if it's something not right he fixes it with no problem. He's always been a great mechanic to me and my family, I've referred lots of friends to him and they're happy I did. They are very reasonably priced. I was told 7 hour of work on my car at another shop and at Arturo's they only took 4 in other words fast work. Very HAPPY

I have gotten the auto repair done many time at this workshop. I think he is fair, honest and very reasonable in charging his labor. He did the breakS of my BMW and the break light did not go off after the new breaks were put in. He repaired the light without any charge in 2-3 different attempt. Actually the problem was with the sensor. He asked my to go and get the original part from the dealer and he refunded my money for the part he has installed. The matter was solved with a smile. I'm completely satisfied with his work.

Had my truck there for three weeks and he never fixed it and when he did install the transmission it didn't last more than 3 days working i took it back and i haven't received it back and he has had it for over 2 weeks and every time i call he says that it will be ready by Friday and Friday comes and it isn't fixed

My Uncle brought his car to Arturo's shop to be fixed. He said it would be done within a span of 2 weeks n guess how long it actually took? 4 MONTHS! Every time we would call he would say he would have it ready the week after and so and so. My uncle grew tired and took it to another shop were they realized he actually STOLE parts from his car and the ones that were replaced, were replaced with old pieces. Arturo is a JOKE

Do not do it. I took my car to this place and the problem was never fixed. I took the car back 4 times and guess what the problem still not fixed you will just waste your money that s why he don t charge much because your car will not get fixed right.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Cadillac in 4 times and still has the same problem. Lots of screws missing. Loose parts smh... never coming here again and I don t recommend this place to anyone
