Had to replace a windshield on my minivan.On Sunday evening I requested an appointment, and on Tuesday morning it was done in 1.5 hours!Great communication, friendly, and quality job for a great price!I hope I won't need this type of service again, but if I do - this is where I'm going.

Calling A PLUS FREEDOM AUTO GLASS was the best decision I ve ever made! Yesterday, my driver side window had completely shattered into pieces, I had no window at all. So I did some research and found A PLUS FREEDOM AUTO GLASS. I ve seen that they had good reviews, good prices, and they re mobile so they come to where your car is located, and they do the work fast and efficiently! So I called to see if they were available to come fix my window and they were able to come in today!! My window was replaced within 20 minutes! They communicate perfectly as well! They called 35 minutes in advance to let me know that they re on their way and called again when they arrived! And the prices, OMG, I was afraid that I was gonna have to pay at least $400-$500 to get a replacement but instead it was $291! That s a great price I can accept! All in all these guys were absolutely amazing! Top notch, professional, funny and friendly, just absolutely remarkable! 100% recommend, any window damage, whether it s cracked, shattered, chipped, anything, these are the guys for the job!

I recently had my bmw x3 windshield replaced with Shawn and his cousin. I was too obsessed with the quality of job. They met all my expectations. These folks are really experts in their job. Fast, thorough and fair. Communication is clear and got my big glass replaced in less than 40 mins. I highly recommend this place to all folks who like in the area. Its worth the try.

I called around. They were lowest price and really easy to work with. Set up an appt for the next day. Finished in the time quoted. Place doesn't look like much but gets the job done. It's only 1 day after windshield installation, but everything has gone well so far.

I called at 8am, needed to get my window replaced ASAP, they managed to get me in same day had me come in at 1 and I was leaving in less than an hour. The price was great. I will definitely use this company again.

Worked out pricing and scheduling via e-mail. Prompt response. He arrived at the prescribed time, giving me a call ahead and saying when he will be at my house.Took about an hour but diligently and professionally removed my windshield and replaced it, and recalibrated the system. Paid via credit card.Was professional, timely, and the work was great. I would use them again.

I had a huge crack on my windshield and so it needed to be replaced. I found A Plus Freedom Auto Glass online and decided to get a quote from them. I reached out to them via Google messages and they responded very quickly. I set up an appointment within the next two days and brought in my car the day off. My windshield was changed within give or take an hour. Since my car was newer it had to have the front cameras recalibrated which did they also. Overall, they did an awesome job on my windshield. Their quote was the best I had gotten as well,considering I contacted about 4-5 shops. I would definately recommend their service.

I expected a windshield replacement to be $500 - so I was very pleased to find this price to be half that! And on top of that, they come to my house and replace it there? What's not to love! Only took them about 30 mins.I called on a Friday, and they had free time on the following Monday.Yes, the Groupon is kind of a pain, but ultimately worth a few minutes if it saves me $90 (The Groupon cost $11 with tax)Services: Auto windshield repair, Glass installation

I really was satisfied with their work! I was expecting it to be way more expensive but it was super affordable. It was also very convenient as they came to you and it was done in around 20 minutes! Communication to get a quote was great as well. Highly satisfied and greatly recommend!

These men are AMAZING! I had a rock hit my windshield on the freeway and had to have my entire window replaced. They were quick to get me a very affordable cost, and they offered to come to my work to repair it. They had it done and replaced in less than 30 minutes! These men are the sweetest guys you will ever meet and they genuinely care about you as a customer, you are not just another number to them. Great experience with AAA Freedom Auto Glass. I found this company when getting quotes for my windshield replacement. Not only did they come to me but their quote was half of what I was quoted by Safelite. I was able to have my windshield replaced within 2 days of reaching out and they showed up at the beginning of my time widow and even gave me a 10 minute warning that they were on the way. Just got my windshield replaced today for a great price and they did amazing. Customer service was great with them getting back to emailing me and scheduling me for the next day. They came in the time frame I was given and replaced it within 15 minutes. Definitely will recommend them to whoever needs them!

Had a chip repaired today. The person repairing, whom I presumed to be an owner, seemed confident and took care in his work. While my chip didn't allow for the repair to look completely gone (it did look considerably better), I'm confident that he took the steps to prevent further cracking, which was my greatest concern. I hope I don't need this service again, but if so, I'll return. Fair price as well.Service: Auto windshield repair

This was the most painless windshield replacement I've ever had. I called on a Thursday, and Saturday afternoon they were at my house replacing my windshield on the spot. They were exactly on time, and the process was completed in less than 20 minutes. This company is a ripoff. I d advise to use safelite auto glass as I ve done in the past. This time I purchased this Groupon and my first mistake was not contacting the company to find out how it worked. I figured it would come in handy one day and since I didn t need it at the time I didn t think to call. Once I was ready to use it I called the company the man was really brief and asked me to text my vehicle information Which I did. Unknowingly to me the whole transaction would be discussed by text. Which I didn t really have a problem with until it was time to pay. Text messages are misunderstood all the time and I feel this could have been avoided if we had discussed this verbally. I would have said No from the jump. First off the day that he was supposed to fix it he arrived just to say that he didn t have whatever he needed and would be back the next day. After asking what type of car it was he still showed up with the wrong glass. He came back the next day as he said. However once the work was completed I was being asked to pay $100 more than what we had discussed. So he told me to check my text messages. Which I did. My interpretation was I owed $195 which I thought was to much. I was complaining to him about the $195. I felt like they were over charging and then saying they applied $100 to make it sound like it was a discount.. Seeing how we had only pay $250 previously to get it fixed But since I had already paid the the Groupon I decided I would go ahead and use it. In the text he stated I can do it for $295 installed plus tax, including our Groupon discount I thought he meant he would include the Groupon towards the $295 but once the work was completed he said that the $295 was owed after using the coupon. Which really was surprising. I can t believe that he s charging $400 to replace glass . I ve never paid that much but that what I get for trying to use a company that I ve never heard of. After arguing back and forth and asking him to just put my cracked window back. He said he couldn t so I told him I would go ahead pay it. But then his credit card machine declined the charge multiple times. He asked me to call the bank which the bank had us on hold for over 50 min. The guy then get impatient and starts saying his going to call the police even though he could hear the bank having us on hold. The police came I showed them that we had been on hold with the bank. Ultimately I had to use Cashapp. Worst experience ever. The service was poor but the job was completeServices: Auto windshield repair, Glass installation
