I had brought my vehicle here two times in the past for an oil change and thought everything was fine. I took it to another location this time and was told I would need to take it back to this location due to them stripping the drainage bolt. So we take it back they report they can fix it. Then my oil change has been over an hour now and finally the manager comes over to me and tells me they broke the housing to my oil filter. I understand accidents happen but this happened Friday and I am now only getting my vehicle back on Monday. I would not be so angry if I wasn't told many times they had the part and coming with it now only to find out they never found it and had to order it in. I also could not get ahold of anyone in that department. I called probably close to 30 times over the weekend with no answer, or they would answer and I would be placed on hold. I understand people are short staffed but when we pick up the vehicle and the person at the desk stands and doesn't answer other phone calls either showed they just do no pick up. The constant lies and lack of communication is why I will not be taking my vehicle back here.Service: Oil change

It was fast and friendly service but I'm more than sure they spilled all the oil on top of the motor I figure it would burn off after a few miles.... It's been 6 days and lots of driving and still smoking :(

One of the cheapest places for a full synthetic oil change . I just wish you can make appointments over the phone or app to check in . Still worthy of the 5 stars despite that short fall!

Took in my car Sunday morning at 8:10 am.Service was excellent.. they checked everything on my car make sure everything was good.. also they even vacuum out my car. I'm satisfied with what they did so I'm coming back again to get another oil change here..

Very good service. Handle all the needs we had. Ordered tires a day ahead. They came in and installed next day.

Took my car in for headlight restoration. I had taken my car to the Walmart on West Nolana , but they stated that my headlights were beyond repair. I was about to buy a new pair on Amazon because they are cheaper. I decided to try another Walmart on Jackson. My lights were almost white/yellow /scratched. One hour later my headlights looked brand new. Workers were great and friendly. You can not beat this for $ 25.00 . I really recommend this Walmart Auto center to anyone.

I was the first car there on a Saturday morning. The service workers were late getting started or shall i say they were late punching in. Then when the young man was done with my car he didnt know how to re-set maintenance required light. I had to tell him to goggle it after he tried looking it up in there auto booklet

Took 35 minutes to check out with 3 ppl behind the register. Never called when my car was finished. Typical Walmart problems that they ll never fix..

Came to buy two tires, one car ahead of me and already changing tires.....1:30hrs later and still my car outside in parking waiting for our turn....pfffff can't believe it!!!

2 hours for a oil change. The manager kept on putting other vehicles that weren't in line ahead of other vehicles.

They can't even change a light bulb did an oil change didn't reset the oil change light service sucks
