Went there for the first time. Got a tune up. First thing I noticed was the automotive garage was very clean and organized. Waiting was room was spacious,, clean along with the bathrooms. Yuen, the employee that processed my work order was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even the mechanic that did the work was courteous and told me thank you. Wait time wasn t bad for two services and prices were more reasonable than the local Toyota dealership. Will definitely take my vehicle there more often.

Should ve listened to the reviews, they will rob your money. Terrible job mechanic cracked my dashboard and did not properly reinstall my dashboard A/C vents correctly as you can see the poor job as there is a big gap I can stick my finger in. Paid more for the labor than for the part honestly as shown in the picture. They were also charging another $1k for a part they did not have and a job that wasn t completed. OVER $2k for an a/c system to work. I had a flat tire to the rim the AUDACITY these people had to ONLY PUT AIR IN MY TIRE only to keep driving with a flat it s pathetic work.

Got "the works" and 2 weeks later I need $1200+ worth in repairs because my oil and coolant is leaking due to pipes left loose or damaged. Don't trust them with your vehicle, find a real mechanic that your friends or family had been seeing for years like I did.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have taken my vehicles here a couple times due to it being close to job. But everytime I go something always happens...no longer taking my sentra due to them losing a lug nut and causing me to change the studs on wheel because lug nut could not be removed. I bought a battery there for my other vehicle and come time to change it, they would not honor warranty due to them not having the invoice part in their system when clearly it showed I purchased Battery there. I will continue taking my business at hacienda Ford quick lane, awesome customer service and the mechanics a tally look like they care about the customers vehicles unlike at boggus quick lane.

Avoid this place at all cost. They are only interested in over charging and don t stand by their work. I took my vehicle in for squeaky brakes and they worked on it for 3 hours. Within 1 day the squeaking noise returned. I called them and they said my brake pads were broken and they would charge me again. My brake pads weren t broken before I dropped off the car and now mysteriously they are broken. The manager was rude and not willing to work with me on another 250 dollar charge. They didn t stand by their work and I still have the squeaking. Also, I had the pads checked out and they were not broken. This place did awful work and I ll never take my vehicles there again.

I had an issue with my car due to my own stupidity and thought for sure my vehicle was done for, it was making all kinds of noise and wouldn't drive and ended dying in their parking lot on a Sunday. I came in the next day and they got my car in right away and less than an hour later it was fixed and working fine and I was on my way. I didn't have to pay a small fortune either and the employee that helped me was really nice

The service advisor at the front was exceptionally polite and professional, I believe his name is Wesley. The service time was fast, but not rushed. Overall, I appreciate the fact that I was treated like a valued customer, also I didn t have problems with my Vehicle afterwards. I took my car in for an oil change and it was the worst customer service ever. When I got there I asked how long was the wait, she told me there were two cars in front of me. People kept coming in and out, while I waited. I asked the girl in the front how much longer after an hour of waiting and she told me 20 minutes. I sat there for an additional hour after that. At 4:45pm I had to leave to pick up my kids from daycare. So I waited two hours and did not get an oil change. It s ridiculous, if the staff knows that the wait is that long, be honest instead of having someone waste their afternoon sitting there just waiting. I asked for my car keys to leave, then the girl says you can return tomorrow we open at 11am. Are you kidding me? Ridiculous! Never again will I go to that place!

Don't recommend this location. Manger rude passive techs take there time. Playing in the shop (could see this through the waiting room windows). While this was going on manger in his office chatting around not caring about the service. One guy was on his face book, then picked up a comic book to read. Instead of asking how can we help or anything. When I asked the manager about the time and tech working on my truck. He didn't seem to care I told em I don't feel safe with that tech installing my tires. Again, he was so passive it's like that went unheard. I asked did you Touque the lug nuts. " They should have". Not the answer I was hoping to hear, its not like I care that my tires are installed correctly, right? I mean come on now. I recommended Hacienda Ford quick lane. Because this location is the WORST.Service: Tires

Where do I start?Customer service: The representative that greets you when you walk in the door was very polite, professional, eager to assist and very knowledgeable of her job. I felt I was in good hands. Now on the other hand there was a guy at the counter talking to Yune that was complaining about a customer that comes in to get his oil change saying the he always complains and is never happy but why does he keep coming? Really your saying that with customers within hearing of your statements. Can I expect you to talk about me and let customer hear a complaint of concern aso. That very bad business.Price & Value: it seemed to me that the price was high for the full synthetic oil change when 5 gallons run about $42 with the oil filter. But yet my oil change for full synthetic was over $120 for a oil change here really. Plus my wait time does not feel as it was worth what I paid. I was here from 8:40am -Facility: The shop was very large and looked like they were short on help as a lot of empty bays with no one to occupy them. The waiting room has ok seating but beats the hardwood chairs. One question, why have a empty fridge that should have water for your customers waiting at periods of over a hour. DONT show that your CHEAP!!!! Thanks by the way for the morning coffee that no everyone drinks.Had to take the car back as after they did the oil change all of a sudden it starts smoking when we start it up in the mornings now but never before. Never going to go there again. Good luck to you all whom choose this location.

Only reason for the one star is because I was in a hurry and I asked how long it was going to take and girl told me an hour, I said no that s too long I can t she was like let me check and comes back and says no they are going to do it right now. Well 50 minutes later I was still there for a simple oil change. Setting wrong expectations just to keep client. Not cool

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Especially if you're a woman. They overcharged my girlfriend for an oil change. $85. Took them THREE HOURS to finish and they didn't even tell her what they did that made it so expensive. When I checked the receipt they were deliberately vague with the charges so they could've charged her just to charge her. Very bad practices, avoid this place like the plague if you value your time and money.

Took my truck in, Wesley was very informative, an asset to Boggus. He is the only reason I go there. I trust him. Service was quick in and out with in an hour.

Took the vehicle for an inspection. Jesse assisted me and got a state inspector on it right away. The waiting room is spacious. I spent no more than 15 min total and was out of there. I really recommend this place.

Excellent customer service by office staff and technicians. Very helpful, honest and professional. They aren t trying to rush, they take their time with each car. They worked very hard to meet the needs of my car. I took my car for a simple oil change on February 9. I've never used this business before but I thought it would be quick. I arrived at 8:30 and it took over an hour and a half to finish. Then on the way out of town a couple hours later, I discovered an oil puddle under the car. So I took it back. So far, I've been here waiting another 30 minutes. I dropped off my car at 7am the lady in the front greeted me as soon I walked in and was ready to help. My technician Samuel was very helpful he let me know exactly what they would be doing to my car and gave me an estimated time on when it would be ready. Was just there for oil change and inspection. With the inspection he said I needed new brakes, cabin air filter and new wipers or he would fail my vehicle. The cabin filter was a little discolored but fine. Breaks were completely changed two months earlier with new rotors. And the wipers were replaced a week earlier. After caught lying about the breaks he insisted on the wipers and cabin filter. Or he would fail my car. So he had me over a barrel. Did not even have the wipers in stock and had to wait for the parts delivery. So new wipers go in the garbage and replaced with econo cheap wipers that cost twice as much and I had to buy a $20 cabin ac filter for $60 or he would fail my car annual inspection. Not going back. I will find more honest people. Cold busted on break pad thickness and tire tread depth is enough.

Yuneisy was extremely helpful at the McAllen, Texas on Nolan s.I got a flat when I came out from the grocery store and realized the flat couldn t be fixed and I would need a new tire.She even got me a Lyft ride because I needed to get a new tire and I had groceries.She made a bad day so much better!!Service: Tires

They changed my brakes and a week later as I am traveling to San Antonio my brake caliper fell off wheel as I am traveling 75mph. As I called them to let them know what had happened they told me I would have to get it towed to their location to see if they were at fault!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Didn t realize reviving my engine was part of a state inspection or oil change. Safe to say they wouldn t do that if it was a mini van getting the same service. Very disappointed and won t be going back.

Wesley was rude. Also they charge you extra for tire rotation if you have 35 tires. Their limit is 33 . Yet their the works special offers tire rotation. Why not discount the package if you don t use the tire rotation?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Danger, Danger, Danger. Beware of the word "Works" when you have an oil change they will always list a bunch of unneeded upcharges. Very dishonest in my opinion... this was 3rd time in a row... no more for me.

I just went in for a state inspection. I got the early there was no one ahead of me It was super quick I was done in 15 minutes and out the door.
