I would have given them a 5 Star review, but when it came time to pay they charged me extra for paying with my Credit Card. SERIOUSLY... Even my barber who doesn't have a large shop doesn't do that. The charge upset me some.

Went to this place just to get a wiring kit and amp installed they help me out and told me what I needed and I also replaced the old factory speakers with Memphis 6.5 x2 and 6x9 x2 drop my car off at 9 was ready by 4 great customer service the car look the same when I dropped it off and picked it up.

Got my car tinted here because it is "lifetime warranty " 3 years later my rear window is bubbled up (adhesive failure) after paying top dollar for tint (359.99), they charged me $129.90 to fix the problem they basically caused either with bad installation or faulty product. Definetly not "lifetime."

Got some great speakers for a good deal and they sound great self installed definitely satisfied and recommend buying at Oscar's for any sound improvement to your vehicle

I had a very good experience at Oscar s they were extremely helpful they were able to get a custom sub box to fit perfectly under my back seats and helped me find speakers that sounded exactly how I wanted.

Dealt directly with Oscar and had a GREAT experience as he price matched Best Buy and undercut their install fee by literally HALF. I enjoy Mom and Pop kinda businesses as you escape the robotic nature of big retail places and get REAL personalized attention. That's what I got here and am even sending my Dad who needs new speakers on his new ride. Yeah, THAT good I'll send my own family there!

This place was nice and clean. Smells very fresh. As soon as you walk in you notice this is a very clean place. The restrooms were even clean as well. Employees were friendly, very helpful, and caring. Prices were reasonable. We walked in to get pricing for A radio system to put in my husband s truck. The Employee said they were pretty booked but he managed to fit us in that same day. Jr was the employee that helped us out shout out to him he was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back once we save more money to have screen TVs put in my vehicle

Don t recommend this place at all! My husband bought an alarm system and they didn t install it rite that our truck turned off and wouldn t start! We bought a battery and it wasn t even the battery. The alarm from being poorly installed wouldn t allow our truck to turn on! We called they sent someone and we had to pay 130 out of our pocket and to find out that they charged us for something we didn t even ask for and still don t want to give us our money back for that part! All they say is they will give us store credit! No way in hell am I going back to this horrible place! And employee and manager are the worst!

100% Honest friendly salesman and installers. Checked out my existing antenna system and confirmed that is was all in proper working condition for $50.00. Didn t give me the runaround like their competitor two blocks away.

I ended up going back to Oscar Soundwaves for the sound system for my new truck. I was able to get my full system, speaker, amps, radio, and install accessories for a great price. I told my sales man I was going to install everything on my own, was recommended to have it professionally installed but wasn't nagged about it like other places. Salesman was straight forwards and willing to work to get me in a price point were I got the best product for my budget.

Ask for Victor Mendez he went above and beyond in my visit to the store. As soon as I walked in he welcomed me and said we will be right with you. Answered all my questions and even helped me with my system. He is an asset to this company my future purchase will definitely be with him.

Came to this place couple of months ago , and the owners son also named Oscar , really helped me out and answered all my questions , needed the car to be ready by next day and they made it possible , system sounds very good and everything is all good , I m planning to make my highs louder so I ll definitely be back , thank you guys !

Needed help installing an Android radio on my 2006 Honda Accord 3.0 standard 6 speed. Oscar Sound Wave's crew did what other very near by guy's couldn't. Excellent customer service and outstanding install. Very good prices and highly knowledgeable staff. A week later I took my car back for a subwoofer install with the same great result. My ride sounds amazing and I didn't spend as much as the other guy's very near by wanted to charge me. They truly have a better selection of products and know how. Even though my car has a very complicated wiring system because it's standard, Oscar Sound Wave's team didn't give up like the other guy's and took my car to the next level.

Honestly the worst customer service experience everWe bought a stereo 5 months ago and people here were not efficient to resolve the situation.Long story short we had to walk out with a stereo that s not good and the only option that was given to us was delivered in a very poor and tyrant way.

When I need to upgrade my system that is the place to go they have varieties of speakers and amps ,subs etc I upgraded my 3 vehicles speakers and subs also recommended my friends to go there every time very great service
