Fast friendly service. Many promise it, these guys deliver. Jacob was attentive and quickly correctly assessed what was wrong with my car. The pricing was fair and they got to work right away. I recommend Kings to anyone who want a refreshing positive mechanic experience.

First one here on a Saturday for a car inspection. In, car inspected, paid, and back in my vehicle in under 8 minutes. Very friendly and efficient.

I am giving 2 stars because at the beginning it was fine with my oil change. I was very disappointed with the service given to fix my InfinityQx56 AC. About $300 for diagnostic, and I was told only needed freon. I went on a road trip and ac stopped working because it head a leak. When I returned I took it back and it was inspected again just to tell me it was the condenser. I said to go ahead and fix it as long as it was fixed correctly, I ended up paying $1,200. After a week I noticed that it would only cooled when running but not in idle. I also noticed that not enough air was blowing from side vents. Took back again and I was charged $800 for air fan. Total of $2,300.00 and only works if the car is running but not in idle.

I ve gone several times for oil changed and always had excellent customer service. Can t remember the young man s name who would always help but it was the one w/short hair and the guy who looks like Blake Anderson. They explained everything they did and confirmed it was okay to do. They vacuumed the car and cleaned under the hood. Last two times nothingJust got a you ve been here before? And then in less than 20 minutes car was ready. I waited to be informed of prices and what was needed but nothing. I appreciated the customer service which is why I paid a little more and kept returning but after these last two experiences being the same I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Went in around 12:07pm for an oil change and an inspection. No other customers other than me. Waited an hour and a half. Customers would come in, get assisted, pay, and leave. Finally, I got fed up when I heard the front desk say to a customer that arrived after me, total for an oil change and inspection is the exact same thing I had come in to get taken care of prior to everyone else s arrival. I asked how much longer it would take and they said they would check. They didn t give me any updates. I see them get in my car again to service whatever they forgot, and then asked for a discount, if possible, for servicing other customers before me, even though I was here first. They said they d check. Didn t get an update until they said my car was ready. Total price was unchanged. I asked if they applied a discount and they said no. My advice is to keep an eye on your car because you can t leave it up to them to update you even though that is the standard expectation. I didn t end up leaving until 1:44pm when it should ve only taken half that time.Service: Oil change

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. If your vehicle needs anything else besides what you took it for, they'll walk you through and show you what it may need. Great service, will definitely visit again.

Jacob, Chris and Jeff are awesome and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. The folks inside are very nice and welcoming. The other mechanics are also great I just don t remember their names.We have been using Kings for a few years now for multiple vehicles. They really are a wonderful shop.

I would recommend these guys for their affordability, professionalism, fairness, and understanding. I had my oil changed there once and I will always go back.They installed my fake fog light covers for me without charging me. I visited King's Fast Lube for an oil change and oil filter for my 2000 Mercury Cougar. The service was friendly and efficient. I waited in the spacious waiting room while the work was being done. I use this business for state inspections when needed. It is always quick and I don't even have to get out of the car.

Great timely service fair prices. They take time to explain things you need but don't add any pressure to purchase services. I also really like that they allow you to bring your own parts. I'll be going back again next time I need service. Got my brakes, rotors, and oil changed.

This place does everything in their power to avoid giving u a State Inspection. Over the years I have never had a smooth transaction but I come because I live close by and I drive by it. They lie and tell you the inspection guy isnt there, they are shortstaffed or they are out to lunch. Theres a guy that weighs like 350lbs that looks like he hates his job and moves so slow with no sense of urgency. He just told me theres 2 people in front of me and if an oil change came he has to do it before my inspection, hoping I d leave but I said I would wait. Mind u he told me to leave earlier today and this is me coming back like he said. After seeing how miserable the people waiting looked as if they have been there for a long time and seeing how slow and unmotivated the guys were working I left.Avoid this place. I know I will.Update (next day):Came to Take 5 Oil Change on McColl and Freddy across from Heb and was greeted by a young lady and a free cold bottle of water. They have a dedicated lane specially for Inspections and 5 employees on hand. It took no more than 5 minutes and I asked them who was certified and they said all the employees are certified to do inspections. Save yourself the trouble of being turned away, lied to and treated like you are an inconvenience. Go to Take 5 instead, its only about an 8min drive but you will be glad you did. ADIOS KINGS

Inspection machine was out several days and was hard to know when it was going to be fixed. We had to call and go by several times to see if they can service our vehicle for inspection. Other than that I do think they have good service.

These folks are always super friendly, courteous, and professional. I always bring my vehicles here for the annual state inspection, and if ever I need any mechanical help, I will definitely come here.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated here today. The techs tried twice to talk me out of rotating my tires and finally they did it. I get home and one of my rear tires which was in the front, had a pretty deep gouge on the outside wall which they said nothing about. Thanks for the oil change but they re too busy complaining about the heat and talking bout fishing to do their job with accuracy. I m extremely disappointed to say the least cause I travel a lot with my car throughout Texas.

I went this morning to get an oil change and inspection. I dropped of my vehicle and got a call about 20 minutes later informing me that I failed my inspection due to my rear break pads. They informed me that it would be about $250 to get them replaced and then they could pass me. My breaks are fine, I've had no problem with them. I took my truck elsewhere and they told me my breaks were fine. they didn't hear the noise you all claimed to hear. the breaks are not touching metal to metal the way you all notated. only after this issue, did I take the time to look at your reviews. Will not be returning and I have launched a formal complaint with the appropriate department. Hope you all stop doing this to people. I know you all follow the guidelines you are given but do not lie to get money.

Bought tires from them several years ago. They gave me free balancing and rotation for the life of the tires as a part of the deal. Went in last week for rotation and balancing and they would not honor this. Won t go back and will buy my next set of tires elsewhere.

I changed my oil there last week. Asked forvthe price up front and after the truck was in the shop the mechanic came and added 20 Dollars because it took more oil than he thought! What kind of mechanic is that? Last time I went there......

Hands down the best experience I have going to a shop. The staff are friendly, helpful, understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and they're name says it all they are fast! I've gone for all sorts of support and if they can't do it they'll recommend where u can get help and do all they can to get you what you need. Great group and its dog friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been going there for a couple of years. Hadn t paid attention to prices. But today it caught my attention as they charged me 29.95 for an air filter in addition to 99.95 for oil change on my truck. The 29.95 air filter was the last draw. When I told them, they didn t care. They said most people don t mind as air filter is once a year. I do care for over charging. I won t be going back.I looked at the response. Why should I go back? There is no misunderstanding, I told the staff you are pricing yourself out of business. A lot of people in town know me and would value my opinion. Besides, if you wanted to make it right, you would have called me.

Do not go to that place. Worst service and customer experience. Mechanics do not wear masks and do not social distance with customers. I had to keep telling them stay 6 feet apart. Lobby is closed to public. No restrooms for customers either. Probably to lazy to sanitize area. You have to wait for your vehicle outside in the parking lot. No shade and no place to sit down outside. They charge more that other places for services. Before oil change I asked about veterans discount. Mechanic said they do give military discounts, but when they charged mycard, they did not applied the discount to it. After I pointed that out, they said only owner (who wasn't there) can give the discount. I was told owner was on his way and for me to wait. After an hour waiting, he finally showed up and told me that if they rang the card without the discount, he wasn't going to change it. He must not care about customers not returning for services. Do not expect for them to honor any discounts.

This place is pretty good. I like to take my vehicles for inspection there. They will sometimes try to sell you other services that your car might be in need of but they don't strong arm you and use scare tactics. I do recommend this place for the minor stuff but not sure how they fare with larger things like brakes and engine issues.

Great service. Had a problem with an oil change and they were quick to resolve the issue. Great waiting room. We've been going here for 5 years now and it's the best in town. I've regretted it whenever I go somewhere else.

Been coming here for the past year already, it s always a great experience, fast oil changes, knowledgeable mechanics/technicians, all around great service with every visit, shout out to Chris & Jacob for always helping me out when my car starts acting up. 10/10 would recommend.

Since I have found King's I haven't been to or found another place around that can take care of all my maintenance needs from oil changes to new tires at such a low cost and high quality. They are always friendly and I'm never waiting for long periods of time. Love King's!

Went in for radiator flush (a process that takes 30-45 mins on average) and waited for 2 hours while we watched everyone who came in after us leave before us. We were told false information about the wait time by the woman at the desk. When we brought this up to her, she tried to throw the mechanic under the bus! A little communication would have been nice since they were clearly servicing other vehicles before ours.
