This car shop does not communicate well and is capable of misleading you. I got car service here a while back ago. I called to to see if they could install a new A/C compressor kit and they said they could. I got quoted a price. Later, when I had to replace my spark plugs, I noticed that there were still some items in the box. It turned to be an expansion valve, which needed to be installed to keep the AC compression warranty. I called the shop and asked what happened. I was told they would check on it. I had to call again to find out what happened. Instead of being told, I was asked to drive back to the shop and that I would be taken care of. This was an hour away on a day that I needed to go out of town. I drove out there early in the morning only to be told that they had not installed the valve because the current one was good and that it would have been too much trouble to install the new one. If I wanted them to install it, they would charge me 8 or 9 hundred dollars. I asked why didn't you just tell me over the phone? The mechanic said they liked to deal with things like this in person. That may be good for them, but I felt twice deceived. First nobody called me to say, look, installing this part will change the rate of what I quoted you. Second, I was led to believe that they might actually do something for me if I drove back the following morning. Instead, they just had me drive back to tell me in person that they wouldn't help me unless I paid a huge amount of money. I should have been offered a free tune up, oil change, or something. It has been several months, and I still get irked about the experience. The whole thing felt designed not to "take care of me" but to get me out of their hair after they knew they had messed up. Beware of the nearby Auto-zone's recommendation of this auto shop.

IT S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER!!I have a 5.4 3v F-150 took it in for timing set swap, and when I called JR he took his time talking to me and making me feel confident he s is the right mechanic for the job! (~ $1,100 in parts alone I better trust the mechanic before I take it in!) So I said let s do it! He told me to bring it in next week because he was packed with other cars and let me tell you he was worth the WAIT!! I told him to send me pictures of the inside of the engine to see wear and tear and he did! I told him to keep the box s of the used parts ..he did! I told him to keep me updated with more pics after..he did! The guy even went above and beyond by cleaning and painting my valve covers and engine front face!?!?? Who the hell ever did that for a customer?? I didn t even ask for that but he did it! 5 stars brotha hands down!! He has all the experience and tools don t question it and go with your friends cousin that charges less, get it done right the first time!

I bought my C5 a few months ago to ad to my collection & be my daily driver. After a few days having it the battery kept dying & I was wondering why. So I took it to 3 shops to find out why my battery was dying all of them said it was my alternator & starter or battery. Well I bought all of new, but still after all that money spent still my battery was dead. So in comes Juan tells me don t worry leave it here with me I ll fix & I won t charge you what all the others did. Sure enough he found out it was my driver seatpower switch that was staying stuck & was causing my battery to dye. So I decided to get other things done to my C5. A push start to modernize my car, painted my calipers, A/C compressor, transmission flush, transmission gasket & rear view camera. So if you need a great mechanic look up Juan & his team I highly recommend

Highly recommend.I had to get a battery replaced and autozone wouldn t do it because the computer in the car had to be reset and they can t do that. He threw my battery in within moments for a small charge.I recently started having issues so I brought my car to them again. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the day I left my car there. They replaced my engine coils, spark plugs, did a oil change and did a fuel injector service. I will continue to go to this car shop

Very nice and professional. They tried there best on diagnose my car even though it's 25 years old. They told me to bring my car back If it had the same issue if it was not fixed. I highly recommend on coming back.

Juan always makes it work. Give him a call cause there s practically nothing they can t do, they ll figure it out if they haven t done it before. They make quick work of big jobs.

This shop is a rip off . Don t go there as if your vehicle doesn t get fixed they will not give you a refund. It has been almost 3 mos and the owner, Juan has been giving me nothing but the run around about my refund. It s a good $600. This morning he asked me to call him in 20 mins because he told me that my refund check would be ready and he now doesn t answer. He might call himself a master mechanic but is a rip off.

BEWARE, This mechanic shop does not care about the customer. They ignored the problem with my vehicle, the only logical explanation to that is that they probably had no idea how to fix it or even go about tending to it. So what was their solution.... IGNORE me and hang up my phone calls, and pretend I don't even exist until I go back in person and just ask for my vehicle back and leave to another shop. They could have easly said "we don't know how to fix your issue" or have more communication on the issue. But no. Was very un professional and you deserve this bad review. Also its no coincidence that you have 2 other reviews with the same thing that happened to me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

BEWARE. Left my car for some Oil leaks after more than a week I never got a call or anything. I called numerous times never got an answer! CALLS where being ignored. When I finally showed up I was told after a week the car hadnt been touched or moved. What a waste of TIME terrible LACK of Communication HIRE a RECEPTIONIST! When I went to leave the man had my car blocked and made me wait 20 mins almost while he was chatting inside I told him theres no customers and you Have workers my 2 three year olds girls where losing it the car waiting he didn't care!!! TOTAL NIGHTMARE wish I could take that Week back of wasted TIME!

I m from Michigan and stopped by this shop to get my vehicle serviced for the long trip back. Jr and his crew greeted me like a vip member was very professional and affordable. He knew I had to be on the road and stopped what he was doing to work on my vehicle.

"There is a nice�waiting room�that has AC,�water, and a restroom.I have two vans and my sons both bring their cars to Albert. He and his staff give professional service and actually explain in great detail what is going on with the vehicles. Honest people who do great work. Even thought they are busy all the time, they still make the repairs happen fast and get us back on the road!

This place does not even deserve one star they dont know how to fix vehicles my car went from one simple thing to worse paid to have it fixed didnt even last one day worst car shop in the valley do not come here you'll be wasting time and money also bad customer service

Mi carro duro mas de una semana y si no les hablo no me dicen nada, lo deje con tanque lleno y me lo regresaron con medio tanque, supuestamente le alinearon la transmision y dijeron que es lo unico que necesitaba y dijeron que le revisara el golpe de la llanta (mi carro no trae ningun golpe en llantas ni rines) por lo que pague 300 dolares y a los dos dias se descompuso, quedo peor de lo que estaba, lo tuve que llevar a la agencia y en la agencia encontraron que la transmision estaba mal ensamblada y a punto de tronar, encontraron tambien que el eje izquierdo y cojinete del valero se encontraba en mal estado.En su tarjeta de presentacion dice que se especializan en muchas cosas entre ellas transmision, no me hubiera molestado hacer el trabajo completo con ellos, pero no detectaron el verdadero problema, me hicieron perder mi tiempo y mi dinero.
