Had some work done on my Mitsubishi Endeavor SUV and now it's running a lot better than it did going to take it back to Jerry's to get a tune up done and the spark plugs replaced.

Literally called to do an inspection and they literally told me I could go over since they close at 6 and I had 30 minutes til closing and it takes but like 5 minutes to do and they said they couldn't. Then why tell the customer that they could come in but won't do it. If I could give zero stars I would

I went in because my ac wasn t working at all. It was hot and other mechanics in the valley told me lies but Jerry s auto service was so honest and nice! Jerry himself fixed my car and the ac works perfect and cold. They even gave me warranty! What an awesome place! I recommend Jerry s auto service to everybody. I was also attended right away. Prices are accurate as well.

Jerry's auto shop is pretty good. He is the owner. I trust him and recommend this mechanic. Overall he hires other mechanics that work there that do a thorough job. Prices are average or slightly high. But overall very reasonable. They work very hard. Overall, I have been coming here for over a decade. Not everyone hes ever had there does as great work as him. But he has a good eye for hiring workers who are honest overall. So I definitely recommend this place to other people who need things looked at in their vehicles. Downside is sometimes it does take a long time for them to get it done as they take on many projects. But if you have time and are willing. Go here.

I took my for focus and they gave me a quote to fix my clutch and main cylinder. They had some problems with the car because it is older and has had problems in the past. They stuck with the quote they originally gave me and did a fantastic job fixing my car. The date my car was supposed to be ready was off by a day but I thought that was fine because in the past shop's have taken weeks longer. I'm really happy that I found this shop, I was referred by a friend. I will continue to give them my business as well as let others know of their great service. Thank you Jerry!

In a pinch: I was from out of town, and needing to get back on the road for a long distance trip. My car needed a quick evaluation/fix?of a potentially significance problem. Fortunately, a local family member had used Jerry's in the past with a very positive experience. With that recommendation, I called and was told to come on. It was a very busy place, yet Jerry's was able to address my needs on arrival. 30 minutes later I was driving away with the problem diagnosed and fixed. I could not have been more pleased.

I show up 25 minutes before closing time for a measly inspection and they refused service after one if the associates chose to have a starting contest with me for about 4 minutes. I waved him down to come. Simply ignored me, he definitely saw me. Just stood there lol. Then Finally, he reluctantly decides to approach my vehicle. He said "we're closed". I said "I thought it closed at 6pm?" Then he asks his coworker if it's ok to take more inspections. They said no with no shame, Cause they're "closed". Everywhere clearly stated 6pm even on their big hours sign. They didn't care to service me or applogize. I hate company's that do that. If you Wanna close at 5:30 then put that down on paper. Don't waste my time or others time as well with a misleading closing time. #uncaring #sloppypunctuality

15 minutes and $7 and I have an inspection. Easy and quick and kind service! They even stopped and did it right away when they saw my two kids waiting. Highly recommend

Car inspection 7 dollars cash only.Very fast service.Engine oil change labor 15dollars. But you need to buy the oil in other places ahead. They don't have engine oil.

Can't speak to the mechanic work as I've never taken my car here for that service. But I did take my car here for an inspection, the gentleman who did the inspection was very friendly and polite, he got the inspection done in only a few minutes, will most likely come back here for future inspections, and if there is something I can't figure out with my car I will give them a try for that as well.

The service was unprofessional and shady. We are taking our services elsewhere. I would not trust them, and highly recommend other clients go somewhere else. Sorry to be so frank, but despise business that treat clients like how they treated us.

Their service, work, and knowledge is outstanding! Customer service at its finest the moment you walk in and with the best price in the area whether it s a transmission/Engine problem, or a simple oil change.

They did a quick job on my inspection, but they switched my headlights from auto to always on and I didn't notice. Now here I am a day later stuck with a dead battery

Took a long time had too go back twice to catch Jerry.. after that he did my inspection quickly and paid very affordable..
