Ramiro and his staff were very helpful during my experience purchasing tires. They helped me thru the process and advised me on additional services I may need. Very knowledgeable and curious. Definetly would recommend to friends and family. I was very pleased with the installation and product.

Worst experience. Made my appointment, waited over 2 hours to get 1 tire changed. I watched my car cam and saw once car was done they had it in the garage for over 10 minutes doing nothing. Could of brought it out. Waited 20 more minutes to get the ticket paid off. Horrible business practice.

This is my first time with this new staff. Alex was so professional and friendly and helped me out tremendously and took very good care of me. My highest regards and compliments to all who worked on my Law Enforcement unit. I also take my personal car here. I love this place!!! Thanks!!!

I always have trouble finding a good place i can trust to work on my car. i decided to give good year a try this weekend and the way they run their business here is phenomenal. Not only did they fix all my issues quickly but they took the time to throughly explain what was wrong and how to avoid these issues from arising again. The customer service here is unlike any i ve seen before at other shops. i don t even usually write reviews but i know that other people who don t know much about cars might be reading reviews to decide which shop to go to. No need to look any longer just come here.

Decided to try these folks for an oil change. It took two hours, cost $70, and my car is now leaking oil almost certainly because they didn't replace the crush gasket on the drain plug. But they did give a certificate for a small discount on my next oil change. I won't be using that certificate.EDIT: The issue, it turned out, was that they only installed the drain plug finger tight. This could have been an engine-destroying catastrophe.

Thank you so much to Aliver Chapa! He made my car service experience today so easy and affordable. He answered all my questions and understood my concerns with my daughter's car troubles. One thing I noticed was that the workers at Goodyear kept telling customers, "We'll check that out just to be on the safe side." I appreciate their concern for safety!

Went in for a flat tire repair and knew they would tell me something about having to replace it because they always say its the "location of the flat" (sales tactic). I didnt think the location was a big deal because it wasn't near the side of the tire.Went ahead and replaced 2 tires so I could at least have 2 new and 2 old. Left the shop, and did not even notice the damage they caused to my rims until the next morning. My rims were scratched. Didn't bother to call, because I know they will come up with some nonsense that they are NOT responsible.I used to take my vehicles for service there all the time but something has changed. I will no longer take my vehicles there, nor will I recommend.

I started hearing a horrible noise from my brakes so I decided to take it to goodyear. It was the best decision ever!! Ramiro Cardoza helped me as soon as I walked in. He was very nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable! I was stressed before I got there and left very happy and pleased with their service! I highly recommend them and will be returning for other services in the future!

Excellent service and they are ready to help. I drive 200 miles 5 days a week and I need my tires at their best so I have to check them constantly. I called since I suspected I had a flat tire they answered me and told me they can check them to make a diagnosis to see if my tires could get patched. Got there, helped me check them and even added air to the low ones. I m definitely coming back again.

Appointment for alignment at 8am and showed up at 7:50am on a Saturday morning.Now if you set an appointment at 8 in the morning you expect that it goes in when you arrive promptly at 8, or why the appointment so damn early?Ok so the car finally goes in at 8:03am, not bad.I would also like to thank the manager or whom ever sits in the office for turning off the TV with the race bating FOX news. Very much appreciated. And also the guys are very nice and eager to help.They finished the alignment at 8:30am not able to align due to camber being not thick enough and short. Manufacturer set upThanks Goodyear

Great service and great work.-If you re upset with the prices, go to a rinky dinky mechanic shop and get the rinky dinky service. You should never cheap out on car service. They where clear with prices and even warned me about parts that needed to be replaced. I didn t buy my tires with them but I am going to when the time comes. I came for a wheel alignment and got their 3 year program.

Came for a steering wheel alignment and Geoff was great help! Good guy and broke everything down for me step by step. Told me what i needed to do with the information he provided me and he also replaced my battery. Great dude
