This is a wonderful small business! They truly care about the customer and are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers! They feel like family and are incredibly friendly and great people! Mrs. Alicia and her husband are both very welcoming and kind! I love this place and recommend it to anyone I know! I got my windshield replaced and my windows tinted here! Very trustworthy place ! Highly recommend!

I had my windshield replaced two days ago, a rock happened to hit the corner of my windshield as I was driving to work. I ve never repaired a crack before so I didn t know where to go. I called Fix-A-Crack and spoke with the owner Steve. I had a great experience with them. They repaired my windshield and explained their warranty. I d definitely come back if I ever need a repair again. Steve and his wife are good people.

Alicia and Steven are wonderful! From the moment you call and speak to Alicia (she has the most beautiful and sweet voice) you feel like you are talking to old friends. Steven made our wait fly by with great conversation and we felt completely satisfied with our experience. Great customer service, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overall, I had a great experience coming here and would definitely recommend. I had 3 cracks on my new vehicle and was not sure where to take it. I saw these great reviews and had to see for myself. Definitely, they lived up to the great reviews. Prices are very reasonable and took only 30 minutes! I drove from Harlingen and would not hesitate to come again (if needed).

I was referred by another company who couldn t repair a crack about the length of a dollar bill in my window. So thankful they told me about this place!! Steve was SUPER nice and was able to fix it while my kiddos and I waited in the car (a mother of little dreams come true!)! He was fast, efficient, and the price was SOOO reasonable!!! I have already told all my friends and will continue to sing their praises. A rare gem in the valley for sure who will now continue to get my business!

Rick did an amazing job at repairing a star shape crack on driver windshield side. Excellent service. Will recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you all for your work*************10/4/23Had to come back due to another rock hitting window on expressway. I do hope I don't get more cracks on my windshield but if I do I will be returning. Steve did an excellent job fixing the crack in my car. I can barely see the crack after his repair. Not only did he demonstrate great skill, but he also went the extra mile by fixing two additional areas at no extra cost. Upon comparing the before and after results of his work, I realized that the other two companies, which claimed to have fixed the cracks before, did not actually fix the cracks. I highly recommend this place. The people are friendly, and the quality of work is outstanding.

My wife s car had a cracked windshield and I needed to get it fixed fast. I searched my phones map feature and found Fix-A-Crack in McAllen. I was very happy with the speed and ease at which the owner, Steve took care of my wife s cracked windshield. I highly recommend going there for all your windshield repair needs!

Awesome experience 5stars all around some before and after photos and photos of their plexiglass in action! Started at 6pm was done and driving away by 7pm. 1hr for my model other models may differ but definitely check them out. Price is a little more expensive but why not pay once for quality service rather multiple times with a cheaper quality. Will definitely return and recommend.

They were very thorough when reviewing the process they used, their paperwork and their warranty. Thank you so much to Alicia, and her husband for doing a wonderful job on my windshield! It was a very large crack, and it s almost seamless. They also mentioned that there s warranty for as long as you have your vehicle on the service provided. Excellent service, 10/10!

We were on a holiday road trip and got a chip in our windshield. I did a quick Google search, of course Safelite was first and wanted to schedule it out several days. I saw this company and their reviews were perfect so I called and got a response immediately. As soon as we got there they got started on it right away! Very quick and professional, and I would much rather support a military vet than a nationwide corporation. They were also 50% cheaper than Safelite and hardly no waiting! We are bringing our other car here in the near future for new glass and a windshield protector. I would give a 10 star rating if I could!

Living in the valley, for as long as I have, I know that windshield dings seem to be inevitable. Thankfully, we have FIX-A-CRACK here to help us. Great service. It's a little pricey but that's because it's such good quality. They even stayed open late to fix the crack in my windshield. Tried to take a photo of the finished product but it's so hard to see where the crack was.

As I was driving home with my brand new Bronco proud as could be from Harlingen to McAllen when I got the dread rock chip to my windshield. I called Fix a Crack after seeing all their 5 star reviews and was super happy with their work. They even stayed open late so that I could have my windshield taken care of that same day. This is the only place I ll be bringing my vehicles when I need help with anything windshield related. I highly recommend them.

Wow, this company and its owners are absolutely some of the nicest people I have ever met. My daughter and I went to get a windshield replaced and from the phone call to the exit it was hands down best service anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely use them again and send all my friends and family there. The tech was also amazing and so professional. Took 2 hours and was well worth it. They made us feel like family. They should teach courses on customer service because they definitely do it right. Thank you Fix a Crack for such an awesome experience. Definitely God bless and keep up the great work

Stopped by Fix-A-Crack to replace my wife's windshield this morning. We received excellent service from shop owners Alicia and Steven. I did a windshield insurance claim and Mrs. Alicia helped us navigate that process and made it all so easy. She is very kind and knowledgeable. The vehicle was ready in about an hour and needless to say we were very pleased with their work and professionalism. Highly recommended!Service: Auto windshield replacement
