Collision department did a great job on my vehicle looks like nothing happen or had nothing damage, something simple that it took a week to get done. Just one issue had a coin bag of quarters on the console center that disappeared. Contacted the shop manager and he stated that his crew are very honest and are long term employees for years. I suggested to do a bait on a vehicle to see for himself what happens. Lesson learn don t leave money behind, because you never know.

I was hit from the front last month and I took my car to Eagle Auto for repairs. I heard that they were good and honestly, they provided the best service. They helped me get back on the road with a rental super quick. Here is my before and after photos. They did an awesome job and I got a free car wash. Will bring my cars from here on out to Eagle Auto.

Pros: the people in the back are incredibly skilled at their profession. I expect the vehicle to be fixed like any other collision center BUT everything was buffed, cleaned and polished. Zero evidence the Lexus ever had as involved in a fender bender. On top of that they took care of some other dents as a courtesy and attention to details.Neutral: time was incredibly slow. I am aware the company has to do the inspection then report to the insurance then wait for a response then wait for the parts. The whole process is time consuming to which is NO fault to Eagle Automotive but do expect a while wait.Cons: the front staff is suboptimal. When calling they are not in communication with the back and have to put the caller on hold everytime you have a question. Also, when they say if you want, I ll give you a call when I get more information. They NEVER call me back. Just call them that afternoon or the following day. I m sure they have plenty of people calling all at once and don t have time to follow up.Overall: significantly impressed and grateful to the hard working personnel at Eagle Automotive. Thank you guys! Outstanding job

Perhaps the worst of times to need collision repair after a historic hail storm that severely damaged hundreds of cars in the area; yet Eagle Automotive rose to the occasion and exceeded all expectations, immediately fixing an issue discovered on pickup as well as printing out information I needed to take care of a recall issue causing electric window malfunction that I hadn't been aware of.Customer service, body work and refit were all great but it's the paint job that was really impressive. Beautifully done.THANK YOU EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE.HIGH RECOMMEND.

Took my car in to get my lug nut locks extracted and they were super fast and friendly. Chris, the owner, is running a great trustworthy shop. They always know what to do with my car in case of any trouble. I do all my car repairs here!

Took our Mercedes in for routine maintenance and experienced excellent communication and customer service. No pressure sales at all, they told me what they recommended and let me decide what I wanted done with no pressure. The work done was outstanding and they treated our car like it was one of their own. Our car was washed and looked detailed on the outside which was a nice surprise when I picked it up. Work was done quickly and allot cheaper than the Mercedes Dealer. Will definitely be back with My BMW X1 as well. Thank You Eagle Automotive!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Extremely disappointed with Eagle Automotive. Our vehicle has been with them for months and months for collision and hail damage. The insurance company reported that the shop was paid months ago for the work. Still, our vehicle is not done and they are unable to give a timeline of when it will be completed. At this point, I cannot recommend them at all. I will be reaching out again to my insurance company for options and likely will be retaining counsel as well.

Best exotic dealership in McAllen I drove out here from Dallas and my front suspension on my Range Rover went out Eagle ordered the part and got me fixed in 2 days great prices and top quality service definitely recommend

The worst! My car has been here since April and they ve been telling me parts are delayed and delayed and delayed. And just when I thought I was going to get it because they told me all parts are there and they re working on it, they go and order the wrong part! And now that part is delayed and who knows when I ll get my car.No disrespect to the ladies who answer the phone, they re always so courteous BUT I ve been told a million times my car will be ready soon.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service this shop provided to me & my ford. Took it to get repaired from work done from a different body shop that had worked on my truck. The Previous body shop did not do a good job but when i took it to Eagle Auto they really surprised me with the work they did. They showed me things the Previous shop did from just glueing door panels & Moldings. They called me to show me what was done & they had to replace more than one part from what the Previous shop did. The great thing is they always kept me on the loop on how the Process was going. Very friendly staff aswell. Lobby was very clean & had nice display cars .

I had my car serviced by the McAllen Eagle Automotive shop today, September 10th. Everything about the experience was positive. Let me be specific:1. The first thing I noticed is that your front office staff is exceptional. The contrast with other shops is truly noticeable. (I had a truly difficult experience with the RGV Audi dealer service advisor; a few other local shops that I called were unable to answer my questions). But your front office staff, Eva and Mariannette were very up front. I called first and had my questions answered directly and accurately. Then they provided a very solid estimate of the cost of the work that I wanted done as well as how long the service would take. When I dropped off the car today, Eva was super courteous. And when I picked it up, Mariannette was exceptionally courteous and efficient (in spite of the fact that I confused her for Eva).2. When I had a couple of questions about the notes on my paid invoice, Mariannette asked Matt to help (whom I think is one of your techs) and he answered each question and concern directly and courteously.3. Your facilities are clean and welcoming - and in spite of the customer traffic you get - parking was available, the customer restroom spotless, and the customer waiting area accommodating.4. Finally - your cost was reasonable. The Audi Dealer service department would not reset the maintenance reminder unless I purchased another 1000 dollars of service (Dealer wanted to sell me the 60K service when my car has 48K miles on it); they would do just the oil change for more than half-again what you charged and if I went with just the oil change - they would not reset the maintenance reminder.I am truly delighted at my experience with your auto service center and will not hesitate to let all who need automotive work know about your excellent shop! Kudos to your staff and your shop!Service: Oil change

I would love to give a positive review of the service for this garage but sadly I didn t make it past the very pointed and rude receptionists.I called about service and warranty work for my Jaguar and was told they don t take appointments to make it easier for you to drop off your vehicle and it could only be done at 8:30am. Also when I asked if there was a garage in the area with a more accommodating customer service model regarding appointments and timing they became very aggressive. Getting a foreign car serviced in the valley is difficult but at this particular garage its a critical challenge. No matter how snazzy the garage looks, always remember you can put lipstick on a pig.

Super nice family owned business. Clean and classy place. Hertz Rent-a-Car right on site. The folks here are the top of the line. We were there traveling from Maine. They got my Mini in the shop very quickly and had a diagnosis. Excellent honest communication. My repair would have been an easy one to take advantage of us, instead they went beyond to try and save us money and the time without the car. Thank you Mike, Chris, and Hertz!

I gave 5 stars 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I have to reduce it to 0 stars. They towed my car in, kept it for 6 days and had not looked at it. What surprised me the most was that they said it will take another three weeks to even look at it. I had it towed to another mechanic shop. It s good for the community when a business does well. Hopefully they will fix their problems and I can take my cars there again.UPDATE: Chris called me today and explained worker shortage and I am raising the rating back to 5 stars. He has been taking care of me since 2011 and I have been very satisfied. This is an isolated incidence and lack of proper communication. I want all businesses in town to succeed and thrive including this one.The other mechanic shop found the problem in 30 minutes and I m driving the car now.

Took in our families Q7 for the first time for a routine oil change and I was impressed. Staff was courteous from beginning to delivering my car. Professionalism at is finest. The well trained staff helped us purchase the best tires for our vehicle as well. Staff went out of their way to stay late to give us our car on time, we greatly appreciated it. Excellent customer service, quality and bonus complimentary car wash.

Very friendly fit me In for a last minute oil change for a 2013 c class Benz... Changed my oil for a great price and had very friendly staff very informative about the checkup on my car definitely will be making this my go to shop. Also as a sidenote incredible landscaping outside very peaceful atmosphere.

I took my APR tuned Volkswagen Golf R to be serviced at the local dealer and was met with terrible service and no desire to work with my warranty company. I walked in to Eagle Automotive and was immediately helped. They made sure to be as thorough as possible and worked with my warranty company to replace everything that could in warranty and gave me a great rate on replacing my out of warranty clutch. My golf drives amazing now and I was able to get it all done in a rush before I had to move to another city. I highly recommend Eagle Automotive for the quality of work, great communication, and fast turnaround. These guys are awesome .

Really liked the service at Eagle Automotive. We took our company vehicles their for oil and filter changes and they did a great job with getting the vehicles in and out in great timing. They also washed the trucks as a complimentary service for us and we really appreciate it! Great service, great prices, amazing staff. Really recommend them.

These guys are awesome!!! Took my 2019 Altima to get some exterior parts replaced and when I picked up my car I experienced the same excitement as I did when I first bought the car!!
