Was recommended this shop from a friend. Went in for an AC issue after taking my van to a few other places. no one else could seem to fix it, and they figured it out plus helped with my engine light at a reasonable price. FINALLY, I have cold AC again. It also drives better than before! Will definitely bring my vehicle back for any other issues.

Emilio the owner and his wife are incredible. They are definitely from the Era of integrity and honor that we are so desperately missing in our lives right now.Emilo located my problem and offered repair with a fair price along with other helpful information.I have found my forever mechanic!

My wife and I have just read what feels like 4000 extraordinary reviews about the Emilio family and we re not surprised at all to see how outstanding the service, kindness, and very very reasonably priced their repairs are. I ve had a couple of breakdowns, thankfully, near the shop and drag my vehicle in there, right as he was closing up. One time included a blown tire. Emilio and his son Took care of it, didn t want any money, and I will never forget that kindness. I m actually in a wheelchair and I drive from my wheelchair so to have a remarkable family like that so close to where we live is a blessing.Irmo and Darlene Marini

I ve taken my truck here for various levels of service. They have always been very professional, reasonable with time to complete the work, and communicate with the customer regarding work. I will choose this family business any day of the week over the dealership. Prices for work have always been extremely fair. I couldn t be happier with this place and their level of work and professionalism.

By far the best and honest mechanic in town - Emilio has taken care of my truck for many years. He is knowledgeable and prices are fair and always honors his work. He is very professional and very friendly.

Look elsewhere because this place takes full advantage of you. My Husband bought the $3 part that my car needed and took it along with my car. They charged us over $100 for a few minutes of labor. I should have listened to the reviews and looked elsewhere. First and last time!They left my windows down when i took it to get checked, it rained that entireweekend and my seats got wet. They didn't even notify me.

I called and asked if they did a certain type of service and the lady who answered yes they did and then passed me to the mechanic who told no they didn't, I guess they only want to do easy jobs and not one that will take a day or so, I don't understand why if they will still get paid for doing it but oh well

Emilio and his family are awesome people! They always give us a fair price. They open early and stay late. They work on weekends. They have done quick fixes without charging. But most importantly, they can be trusted and they do the job right. They are everything you would want in a mechanic.

Well I have read some reviews but all the credit goes to Emilio and the fam but remember I give the whole credit to the mechanics. I know one of them (angel) that guy is awesome and he has plenty of knowledge he's such a awesome mechanic and knows what heat doing. I would really recommend (angel) to work on you're car. Been going here since they opened over a decade now & don t be alarmed by the potholes in driveway. They focus on quality car care at a budget price, and don t overcharge customers to have a fancy driveway.They are very skilled, experienced , honest, family- friendly service with fair market prices. Blessed to have them in town.

I have been a customer for 7 years now and I am very happy with their work and friendly people. I have had to leave my cars to get them fixed and they take me to work and they live just around the block from where I live too which is nice. They do a great job and I am very happy. Mr. Emilio and his wife have a great family business and I would never take my cars anywhere else. Oh and to the person who was upset about them charging to have your car check. He never used to charge to get cars check but you can imagine how many people did that them then took their cars somewhere else to get them fixed. Well now he charges unless your having you car fixed there he doesn't charge. Well at least that's what he does to me. Thanks

Wow, ER Auto Clinic is Actually an honest mechanic - who would have thought the notion even still exists in this day and age, but here you have it! They have helped friends, colleagues and my parents for many years and they will keep getting my repeat buisness for prices you just can't beat, and for their honesty. Plus they are really sweet people! Thank you so very much for operating your buisness with integrity, honesty and fairness!

Outstanding service, i was so impressed with this Shop! My Car was fixed quickly and i was given an honest correct quote for what my car actually needed. Other shops in the valley will add on things to your car so that they can charge you more, not ER Auto clinic. I won't go anywhere else and their customer service is friendly to add the cherry on top. Thanks ER Auto Clinic!

Too many 5 star reviews here, I smell . Mechanic wanted $400 for labor and part (throttle body), gtfo! Part costed online for $50 to 60 and replacing by your own doesn't take much labor. Nearly threw away my money to this business.

I went in on a Saturday to inquire how much I would be charged to replace an alternator. Was quoted a fair price and was even told they would work on it SUNDAY when they re usually CLOSED!!! That saved me SOOOO much time and I didn t have to worry about how I was going to get to work and take my child to school Monday morning. I highly recommend this business. Will definitely go back in the future when needed

I can t say good enough words and gratitude for ER Auto Clinic. Last year during the flooding, one of my cars was flooded. I needed a mechanic to come and see if it is still safe to use it since it turned on, but all warning lights were also on. The old guy at ER came all the way with me to my apartment complex in Monmack Building and checked it for me for free. He advised not to keep and let the insurance company take it. I am so grateful for his advice and for coming all the way with me to check the car for free!

100% hands down best shop I have been at in the RGV. This mechanic was able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle just from the sound. They fixed the problem and charged an extremely fair price. This place is a small spot with a great staff. Any car issues I have in the future I will return to this shop.

I contacted ER Auto Clinic to do a pre-purchase inspection on an older vehicle i was considering purchasing. They did a very thorough job , prevented me from making a big mistake purchasing the vehicle.Even charged much less than originally quoted. Super nice and honest people.

I am super impressed with this place. I am very skeptical when it comes to mechanics. I always feel like I m getting ripped off. I didn t feel that way at all here. They got my truck right in, quoted me for 1/3 the price the local dealer did, hit their quote right on the head and had my truck done in a couple hours. I m very happy we found a good honest mechanic.

There are not enough kind words to describe how good this family is. My truck would not start and needed a starter. The owner came to my house to assist me with getting two bolts loose. After the new starter was installed, my truck still would not start. When asked if the er auto clinic would fix my truck they gladly agreed and at a very reasonable price. I was quoted a 48 hour turnaround. Well less than 24 hours later I received a call that the truck was finished. It now starts great and runs even better. Thank you er auto clinic. Your business will come highly recommended.

I m from PA and my water pump went on my 2005 Chevy Silverado. I looked garage up on google and this shop was rated one of the three best in McAllen TX. Well I rate it number one. Service is outstanding, they give a price quote before they proceed. The staff is very kind and considerate to dilemma at the time. Truck was up and running next day only because I got it to them to late in the day before. Also my ac unit was not working right from Georgia to Texas. So I had them fix that the following day. Place is amazing!! Would recommend this establishment to anyone in Mcallan or from out of state. Sincerely Larry Meier from Brandonville PA.
