The team had great customer service. They were able to remove the dent on the fender and color match the bumper with the color of the car. Any questions that I had, they were able to address it and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone is looking a body shop.

My husband and I recently had our car repaired and the only thing I can say about the service was AMAZING!!! Starting off the front staff was very friendly. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The attention to detail from the body repair team was absolute perfection. They matched our paint 100% which was not easy. We were extremely impressed and thankful to Collision Worx of McAllen!!! We highly recommend for any repairs needed!!Service: Painting

At first glance the establishment is very clean with very friendly staff. I spoke alot with Sarah , and Joe. At first I was told that I would receive updates via text which I did only to later be told. That I should disregard them as they can change alot which they did. I left my vehicle with them Jan 24. Date of completion was Feb 19th. Actual date of completion was March 12th when I finally picked up my vehicle. First impression vehicle looked amazing .driving it off the property the panel showed it needed to have maintenance at the dealership and there was low windshield washer fluid. After further inspection at home and dealership. We found large amounts of debre and dirt in the back and a bolt belonging to the vehicle we don't know from where .we also found the car leaking the windshield fluid . This was a replaced part indicated in paper work but was still damaged. Collision worx needs to establish better communication on delays and issues for completion, proper expectation on "detailing" work , and better quality control on parts removed and replaced on vehicles.

There are not enough words to express how thankful I am for the people who have helped me after my car crash. From the beginning, to during and now after, I have felt that not only was my car taken care of, but also me, as a customer. The service to the car itself was impeccable but the customer service was what really stood out to me. If could give out 10 stars I would. 100% will be recommending to friends, family and at this point strangers too!

Horrible service, bad at giving updates, never true with the completion date. It s been over a month and still don t have my car back and they never give me any updates besides when I call and the only thing they always say is that next week should be done I ve called not exaggerating at least 8 times. And next week of the car being ready never comes.
