The staff at Caliber Collusion were great. They made the stress of car repairs much less with their professional and knowledgeable service. They were thoughtful, did a very good job communicating with me, and did good work on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

We previously had work done at a Caliber in WI and they did an outstanding job. Our car from this one looks great, but I believe they failed to be honest with us and that's the number 1 rule in a good business. We were told there was a delay because they were waiting on a "skid plate". We had some scratches on the rear bumper from a parking lot fender bender. There should have been no need for a new skid plate. I even questioned it. Then 4 days later, they admitted that the skid plate came in but didn't know why because they didn't need it, but they then told us they were waiting on a vent of some sort. My belief is the wrong part was ordered and the actual part they needed wasn't ordered until they realized the mistake. Mistakes happen. I understand that, but be honest and own up to it. If they are willing to withhold truth about one thing, why should I believe them on anything they tell me. In the end, the car looks like it did before the fender bender.

Everyone working there was very helpful, especially Alvaro, who went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied when it was all done, and it was done sooner than it was expected. Overall a great experience.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Left marks on both the outside and inside of my car and also left my motor tray hanging from ONE SCREW which almost cause me to lose control on my way home. They did nothing about it when I called AND emailed them about it. I chose to leave it at that but then had to go back a couple days later for the same reason I had originally taken my vehicle for, which they had for 2months. It has now been 2 weeks and I am still without a vehicle and they haven t even bothered to pick up the phone to give me an update . -Sthefano Martinez

I called to speak to the manager, Pablo Gomez, at the local establishment in McAllen after having gone round and round with the manager from a branch in San Antonio about an unfinished repair and the experience was night and day. Mr. Gomez handled the matter in such a professional and understanding way. Although the matter was not his nor his location's responsibility he truly stepped up and represented the company as management should. I truly hope that his higher ups are aware of the genuine interest he took to resolve a matter that was unresolved by Gilbert from the Austin hwy location in San Antonio. Thank God for good people. In no way were we trying to take advantage of the situation nor expecting anything that wasn't reasonable. We just wanted the job completed. Thanks again Mr. Gomez for stepping up and addressing someone else's mess without having to. Your promptness in this matter indicates you are the kind of representation that all companies need to continue to be successful.

The Mcallen Caliber Collision is the best collision center in every way. In a world where exceptional customer service is in short supply, they definitely exceeded expectations. Abraham Rodriguez and his supervisor, Leroy Barrera are outstanding. They were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They were excellent at communicating with me every step of the way and helping me in every way possible. They were very considerate of my situation and helped me through the whole process, even with all of the insurance hassle.
