DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!On Feb 20th I took my 2020 Rogue in for the front seat on drivers side to be fixed the seat started grinding,and for nothing else because there was nothing wrong with it ! So with out me authorizing anything else they did a inspection of my car that only has 30,000 miles on it and charged me for it. Then told me my brakes didn't pass inspection alonf with 6 other things and that I needed the back brakes neede pads and the roters done ! I explained I bought it pre-certified five months ago when it had 27,000 miles so Jayne tells me well thats what they found and you dont have to get it done but your taking a risk out there if they go out they only have 20%! so I got scared and said I guess your right go ahead and fix them.Well my Ins paid for the seat but I came out owing $574.00 ,so I investgated the brakes by going to the sales person that sold me the car and he said no way that my car had bad brakes they were inspected and found to be solid when I bought my car five months ago! Certified cars are never sold with any risk factors! every thing has to pass inspection before it is out to be sold at Austin Nissan pre certified used cars..I am a 81 year old lady that lives on social security , So they used a scare tactic to get more money out of me! and I am very upset .Take notice Senior Citizens don't go there. they take advantage especially if your a woman.. Made appt. Check three times after. All were wrong. Got there no appt and not for what the appt was for. Kept my car three days. Never got contacted the first day to say they ordered a part and they were keeping my car overnight. I had to call them the second day and got the we are busy at this time of year. They Said I could come and get my car and bring it back on the third day. I'm busy too. They delivered car late third day radio loud Mexican music and smelling like they used it for a bathroom. Think I am happy?

The rates for their oil change went up tremendously. It would have been nice if they had let me know the price before I had the service done.

Took hours to buy a car. The salesman did offer to get us lunch and was super nice. Personally I'm paying a mechanic to go shopping private vehicles next time, but if you don't mind spending hours in uncomfortable chairs they are easier to deal with than some other dealers in the RGV

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan and I wasn't satisfied with the truck and try to cancelled my contract in less than 48 hour they said I need to call the Bank, call the Bank told me it takes few days to get the contract, they told me if the Bank hasn't received the contract the Dealer Bert Ogden Nissan can Cancelled it, I went in person and they told me their is nothing they can do,,just for a stupid sale and commissioned,,,very sad and disappointed ooooo and I bought there my wife 2020 Nissan murano 3 years ago,,,,

The headache started when attempting to book an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had to call 4 separate times to try to book an appointment only to receive a response that the lady managing appointments would call me back to schedule. She never once did. I finally gave up and walked in person to set up an appointment for the next day in the morning. Next day comes and I show up for my scheduled appointment only to be stuck here 3 hours waiting on the services that should not have taken so long with proper accomedations. Spoke with service desk to find out they haven t even touched my car after 3 hours. Very bad customer service. On top of that they lost my ticket and had to run around looking for my vehicle.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

My sister Desi and I took her car in to the Service Department and were greeted to the most hospitable friendly and professional environment. Service Managers were very attentive and funny. Made time fly by. Took out a vehicle from there and they sold me lemon SUV, which is illegal to sale a vehicle that is bad. Is already my third time changing the transmission with only 30k miles on it. To top it of, they dnt want to make a deal with me on another vehicle or get me the best offer!

We just bought a 2019 armada and check oil lights, filter and tire lights turned on. We were tossed from phone calls fromdealership to dealership but Matt and Ricky from Bert Ogden Nissan Mcallen Tx service dept were quick to help and take care of our concerns. It is because of these wonderful employees I'm glad to be a Nissan costumer. Again thank you Matt and Ricky from service dept for all your help. You guys are awesome. Although changed from last visit, the Express Lube for my Nissan Frontier went off without a hitch. In and out within allotted time.Glad cost was within reason, unlike most services currently.

Came for routine maintenance and it was discovered that a few other things needed to be taken care of. Dagoberto Rodr�guez is the person that assisted me throughout the whole adventure. He was keeping me informed of what was being done at all times. I am not a local resident but every time I am here I am well taking care of. Thank you Dagoberto Rodr�guez for being awesome!

The Keurig is amazing... they took 4 hours to do an oil change and air filters replacments... pretty miserable waiting. I love my Nissan!

Was not happy when my daughter added an extended warranty to her car loan finance and that warranty was not good when her air cond went out 2500 dollar down the drain please be careful with car warranty most of the time they are fraud
