Today I had an battery issue with my Truck. So I went to autozone in N23 St and ebony. Well i have had one of the best experiences in auto zone ever. Juan and Hector made my day. Very professionals, they solve my issue so fast and also gave me some advice. Highly recommended.

Was having a few electrical issues with my C5 Corvette & needed a few parts for it. Not only did I find what I was looking for Priscilla was able to find me a mechanic down the road that was able to fix & put all the parts I had purchased from her. What great service & positive attitude Pricilla had. Highly recommend them.

Customer service here was great. They even offered to check my battery. Great location too, right around they corner from where I live. Coming here again for my a/c problems :/

This auto manufacturers parts store is great at delivery and commercial with sale prices reliant on both sides and favorite place to buy my part. Their well trained to be a team of sales workers i recommend it.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to. The assistance I received from Jesse was exceptional!! I needed a tail light and didn t know what to get much less how to fix the problem. He was very professional and went above and beyond to not only fix the problem at hand but educate me on the importance of maintenance on my vehicle. His attention to detail and professionalism exceeded my expectations!! Even though I have other auto stores closer to where I live, I will most definitely go back to this specific store for my auto needs. Thank you Jesse for your great customer service!!!

Jerry was very helpful and friendly. He was able to resolve my issue with no hesitation (unlike the incompetent individuals at O Rileys that were unhelpful and just wanted me to buy a new part). Very helpful staff. I was looking for something that was right under my nose but couldn't see. The guy at the counter took the time to go to the isle and look with me and we both found it! Definitely better than "if you can't find it, we don't have it" that I've experienced at other places.

Sales guy are as always willing to help you do minor installations such as helping replace wiper blades, taillight bulbs, and check out battery for you. Have been coming here for years. They have the best service!!!

This 100 pound female today ([email protected].) needs retraining on checking car battery! Right after they told me it was bad, Walmart said it was good...only need a new terminal connection.

The worst service I have ever recieved at an auto parts store. The manager was unfriendly and had no knowledge on how the specials worked. I had an issue with the pricing on some items he tried to belittle me while proving his point only to find I was correct. He then rudely corrected the issue and when finished didn't even offer me my corrected receipt or input my number for the reward points. I had to flag him down to ask for my new receipt which he had crumpled up and thrown away. It's just a joke in this store the management is atrocious and the employee was even worse. Please go else where.

Edgar was a great help. I arrived with a check engine light and it was looked at without a fee. Autozone helped me save $90 from having Pep Boys look into it. All I needed was a new gas cap and I was good to go. He also gave me insight on engine cleaners and recommend Lucas for my SAAB. Car runs smooth and engine light free. Will go back for any of my automotive needs. Highly recommend this place. Ask for him and he'll help you out.

Order online pick up in store. I needed new headlight bulbs went to pick up and employee offered to help me install, grabbed the needed tools and sent me on my way. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Will never come to this location ever again. I came to this location because it was the closest to me at the time after my van lights would come on and off when I would turn it on. An older man helped me and asked my why I was testing the battery I told him why and he looked at me like I was crazy and said my battery was testing at a 100 and rushed me on my way no further testing nothing! I just had a gut feeling it was the battery so the next day I went to another auto zone and got a diagnostic test done and the battery was BAD! After they changed it out for a new one everything worked great.

I went in to buy a replacement daylight bulb for my Fiat. The salesman was friendly and courteous. He was also kind enough to inform us on some of the items they had on sale.

Calling to a different auto parts store and no help about my search for a starter motor until I called Auto Zone...where I found my part with a very courteous and knowledgeable parts associate. (man fyi) And within 2 hours I had my SUV up and running...thank you Auto Zone.

Be careful of this place, they like to sell components that don't work and then blame you for not knowingI bought a resistor for my AC when it went out, it was about $50 but that didn't fix it, so I took it to a mechanic before doing anything damaging to my truck. The mechanic swapped out the resistor with a good one and fixed it but that was $120. So now I've wasted a $120 on a service that wasn't needed.When I went back to autozone they only offered to replace the resistor I'd bought, idk why I need another resistor now that my AC works, they didn't understand that the problem was I'd wasted $120 on unneeded service because you can't trouble shoot a problem when you're using components that don't work and there's no way of testing a component unless you have a known good AC system to test it on.

When I got out of work on Friday my car was totally dead. I called my friend who knows about cars and he took off the battery. We took it to AutoZone to get checked and we found that it was still good. We found another problem with my vehicle and of course we will be going to AutoZone to get the parts.

AutoZone here in the Rio Grande Valley will never go out. The BEST prices and the best quality. The customer service and the associates knowledge is great. You will never go wrong. Highly recommended!!

Buy oil change special 26.99 with filter up to 9.99 they didn t have it on stock and gave another one for 7.49 and charge me extra always happens this it s a false advertising all the time.
