My husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles and this by far has been the best experience! Monica made us feel so comfortable and was not pushy at all, I called her about the vehicle I was interested in, she gave me great information and even had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived. The manager was great as well and he made things happen in minutes!!! They gave me the price I wanted to hear, and the deal was done! Easiest vehicle purchase ever for us!! We were so pleased with this purchase and this mama got what she wanted!We definitely recommend the Veteran Chevrolet Team!! Great Deal!! Go out and see them for your next vehicle purchase!

I brought my vehicle in at 4 pm on Thursday for a check engine light. Technician said they couldn't even look at it until Monday. I explained I lived 5 hours away and needed to be home by Sunday. Adam had compassion on me and checked with his manager, who said they would help me the best they could. Friday's diagnosis: bad injector. They ordered the part, but let me know if they didn't receive it early enough that it wouldn't be fixed by closing time and they don't work on Saturday. They received the part and repaired my vehicle and called me by 4:15 pm to say it was ready to be picked up. Jen called me at every step to give me information about the issues and the costs involved and request permission to proceed. Their honesty and integrity and care for me as the customer were extremely impressive. I know other people were helping with my situation even though I don't know their names to thank them. God's blessings on each of you!

Before reading, know that I understand everyone's experience is going to be different. My review is based on my experience.If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle through Veteran Chevrolet, I would recommend it. Maybe its because they are trying to get me out of my vehicle that's in their shop and into a new one in their lot or maybe because the sales department simply has it together, I don't know. What I do know is, the rep I spoke with was on it and even played the middle man with service department for me, reasons being explained shortly.As far as getting your vehicle serviced here, I wouldn't recommend it. Not because they don't know what they are doing nor the fact my vehicle has been in their shop for warranty service (Belt and water pump replacement) for about a month however because the lack of communication. I get it, one customer isn't priority over another and they probably get hundreds of calls a day however between my wife and I, we've called 10 times and had them answer maybe 4 times with message left every time they don't. To the messages they've followed up 2 times. Mind you the 10 phone calls isn't to nag its to follow up because we are 2 hours away from the shop (broke down on the highway warranty only covered certain mile radius or closest Chevy dealership) and every time we did speak to someone it was between the "parts on back order" to "I would be very surprised if your car isn't ready today" (I was told this twice; once two weeks ago and once last week). I do want to say, when they do answer, they are polite and cordial but for the love of God, what is the status of my vehicle so I can coordinate a pick up. Needless to say my vehicle still in the shop with 3 voicemails since the "I would be very surprised if your car isn't ready today" conversation last week and still no follow up.Although I can continue to use the sales rep to get my updates, I don't because I respect that this isn't his job nor his obligation to play middle man for me. This is a shot in the dark however I'm writing a review because maybe they have BD/CS department that will follow up.

Don't go to their service dept. They over-torqued and stripped all 16 lug nuts on my Platinum Edition Maxima. When I called them on it, they blamed Pleasanton, where my car has never been. Then the head of the service department told me that lug nuts swell up over time. Please, I've been a mechanic over 30 years. 16 mistakes in a row, minimum, and I get no accountability.

Dealing with Allways Chevrolet is old school like it should be where a hand shake and a mans word is something you can take to the bank. No hassle and no pressure from the sales department all the way up to the management. Great people to deal with no matter if its in sales, parts, or service department. Fast in and out service no matter if your buying a new or used vehicle or getting your vehicle serviced. I did my home work on shopping for prices on a new truck with five other GM dealers. Allways Chevrolet beat everyone hands down on pricing and working with me on adding accessories on the truck. Save yourself a lot of time and a headache and go see the friendly people at Allways Chevrolet in Mathis Texas. You will not be disappointed and you wont ever want to leave. Thanks Rodney

Went in for an oil change on April 6th. Had an appointment for 10am everyone there was extremely friendly. Professional and fast service. I would totally keep going there for my oil changes. No complaints. The service manager is amazing.

Had a appointment to leave my car to evaluate my check engine light. Ron read the check engine light immediately, told me he could fix right then, if I could wait. Was happy to wait however many hours so I wouldn t be without a car. Took maybe one hour, my oil changes take longer, and I was all done. So so happy with the service here!

Never received calls back after calling the service department several times to try and make appointments for service. Left several voice mails with no return calls. Called several times to confirm and online appointment for service and got the same,, no answer and no return phone call. Not sure what has happened to this service dept as I have used them for the past 6 yrs and have received outstanding customer service. This last time I asked for them to check the windshield washer fluid and add if needed. I knew I needed it but wanted to see if they would actually check and fill it. I even mentioned it to the gentleman that was there. When I was told my vehicle was ready I checked to see if they had serviced the wiper fluid after being told that they did and it was still empty.I know this seems like a small thing but if I can't trust to even have that done how is one to believe and trust that what they say is actually getting done is being done. I am very skeptical that the so called 27 point check is even being done even though they say it is on the receipt/invoice. A quick look under the hood shows no signs of it being done.I will continue to take my vehicle here, but if this type of service continues I will look elsewhere for my service needs, and let friends and family know about this service department's lousy service and practices.

A workshop in communication and employee retention is recommended. Learn to reconnect all hoses prior to releasing the vehicle back to customer. Follow through with requested quotes, its a good way to get follow up business. Be better, much, much better.
