Leaving one star because I can t leave zero. If you find your own part numbers, you ll save yourself an hour wait and having to go back behind the counter and find your own part. Add in the fact they kept pushing diesel parts for a gas truck. 0/10 do not recommend. Napa provided much better service from a knowledgeable person in 5 minutes.

They've got the best waitstaff this side of the Nueces River. Second to none , incredible customer service.So much to chose from, their menu of parts was unbelievable. Ask to see the clearance menu for a real after dinner treat. Absolutely �mazing.

Hire some people who actually knowledgeable about cars not wanna be car guys that drive mustangs and hondas that probably dont even know change a tire or even change their own oil. When calling they cant even answer the phone

I went here to get a battery, mine was on its last leg. The guy got the battery and it was $119 for a car battery w/1 year warranty. They charged a core charge of $22. When I tried to return the battery it was way hot and they wouldn t take it. I didn t get the core charge back. Great service otherwise.

Visited the Mathis O'Reilly Auto Parts a few days ago. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Walking up to the counter, I spoke with 2 young men, one in a O'Reillys uniform different than the rest. I believe the young man's name was Eddie. I continued to say, This is kinda embarrassing but could someone help me check my oil. (I am 54 yrs old,lol) Eddie, without a second thought, replied Yeah... grabbing a paper towel and heading out the door. I explained to him that my Dad passed away in February and he always helped me with my oil changes. Having a new car, it had some lil plastic end on the dip stick and I couldn't tell where my oil level was. He proceeded to pull the dip stick and explain to the "dipstick" lol... how to read it. I was leaving later that day to take my Mom out of town. I want to greatly Thank Eddie for helping me out in my time of need. Thank you O'Reillys for hiring such kind people. It's the parts store I use most all the time. In my recent store experience there was only one person that wasn't afraid to get out from behind the counter and ask if I was finding what I was looking for. She was a little older than the rest of the bunch. But my hat's off to her being the employee of all month's.

I didn't appreciate how a certain employee treated my husband and me. We spent hours in that store looking fore wire for or lights to our motorcycle and we asked him (he had a afro hair) several times about this but he said he didn't know nothing. Very rude. He was not polite. He was rude.

Their customer service is lacking bad. They are a rip off. They over charge on their prices big-time.Thank God for the internet. What we used to have to order from them we can now get ourselves.The only reason to stop at this orielly's is b/c we are in the sticks and sometimes need something at that moment. Other than that I try to get my stuff in cal Allen.

Today I was traveling from South Texas to Waco. My truck battery completely died on me and had the truck towed to this location. Roger and Christopher really helped me. Chris diagnosed the issue and confirmed that the battery was dead. Roger came out and installed my new battery and the truck started. Thank you for helping a weary traveler and making sure I made it home safely. Thank you.

Excellent service!!!!! Needed a couple of batteries for my rv, stopped in first thing in the morning while passing through town w/ my rv. We were in and out within 10 minutes. O'Reilly is the only place we shop for parts.

Stopped by your store cuz my car was running little hot so my daughter and I walked in to ask for advise this was 7:30ish April 20th 2022 the first guy I talked to was the rudest most unprofessional mean he dismissed me and told the curly haired guy to help cuz he had no idea what I was talking about the other guy helped as much as possible thank you curly haired man and the other one has no business working with human beings

I feel like i been robbed ordered a subwoofer and amp supposed be dropped off that day at 430 i paid for it it never got dropped off went back 4 times each day would not refund my money and had no items been 4 days and nothing idk what to do go to police idk i have reciept dont go mathis tx oreillys

Terrible Customer service. Crystal, the manager wouldn t return a starter I purchased because she thought it was covered in oil, she barely looked at it at all. Clearly she doesn t know what oil is. Went to a different store in Alice and they returned it with no problem.

The only problem I have with O'Riley's this location anyhow is they parked their delivery trucks in front of the store in the evening leaving no places for handicapped people to be able to get access very easily

Some of those guys i mean guys r jst lazy dont evn want 2 look up anything or go outside 2 check on ur problem cuz its hot nvr had a problem till some of the new people working there jst dont want 2 work ..

Called for a part, they said it was there and ready to go. Drove over there from OG right after and they said it wasnt there. Wonderful place i promise. If i could give zero stars than i would.

Took my truck in because the air conditioning wasn t working and a employee there said my Freon was over charged and he drained all of it out just another $80 I had to spend to get it fixed the pulley ended up falling off and that s all what it was I will be talking to that manager soon
