Lakeside Wrecker was great! They gave us a reasonable quote and did a great job picking up our truck. Our vehicle was over 2 hours away and they did not hesitate to go pick it up and bring it home safely to us. Driver was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend!

First time ever being stranded on the side of the road. Given the circumstances, it was a great first time experience, because of Lakeside Wrecker and On Star services. Jason is an amazing human being. We conversed the whole way home, and he made our family feel safe throughout the whole process. When he dropped us and my truck off in front of my house, he took it upon himself to open the hood and check the issue with his phone s flash light. Told me exactly what the problem was, and I replaced the water pump the next day. Highly recommended company.

Lakeside Wrecker team provided me with exceptional service on 23 Oct 2023 when my electric rental car ran out of battery 150 miles before it should have and where there were no charging stations nearby, necessitating a tow. Robert and Jason went above and beyond scouting the charging station before arrival and then staying to make sure the charging station worked properly. I cannot say enough nice things about this team! They are exceptional!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Owner, Robert, is very honest, quick and eager to help. He said he is in the business of helping and it absolutely shows he does take that to heart. He goes above and beyond to give a helping hand to those in need. Felt like calling him for help was like calling a family member. Thank you so much for your hard work driving 173+ miles to get my husband home safely. Truly appreciate it! Will definitely keep you in mind in case we need your services again.

Holy smokes! Robert was an absolute GOD SEND! I was 100+ miles away with a dog at the doggy day care back home when my car broke down. AAA was absolutely no help. First they said they'd get me a tow truck, called an hour later, truck cancelled, still looking. After two more "still looking" replies, I ended up calling around myself. Robert went out of his way to get to me quickly and took the car the full 100 miles back. Wonderful person, amazing service. I'm new to Texas and this company really shows that Texas hospitality. HIGHLY recommend.Service: Car towing

Robert was amazing, front end locked up on our truck. Robert worked with us to get the truck loaded on a dangerous Hwy late at night. Extremely professional I would highly highly recommend Lakeside Wrecker to anyone who in this area.

First off this is the most professional roadside assistance I have ever received. We were on our way back from camping at the beach and had a blowout on our camper. The owner Robert showed up within 10 minutes of answering. Great thing with our two toddlers in the truck. We were back in the road 5 minutes later. Robert Wyman is my Hero! I was coming home from work and had to stop a pick up dog food for my Heathens Dogs, went into the store came back out in 5 minutes or so. Stuck the key in the ignition turned the key And nothing happened. So being like any other rational thinking person I tried again. NOTHING. After 5 tries I gave up. I just happened to be outside of a popular auto parts store, walked in asked if they might check my battery, battery cables what ever they could do to help and the store was closing. The young man from the auto parts store stayed after his shift at the store to help. but to no avail. He asked if I needed a ride home thanked told him no gave $ 20.00 for his time.I called my insurance roadside assistance and they had a tow truck that would arrive in 52 minutes. Then I get a call from this tow he can t make he broke down. So had to figure out what I was gonna do. I remembered that friend of mine worked for a towing service, so I called him but, he was on a call but referred me to another company. So I called the young man, he was in route to another call but promised to be here a quick as he could . I only waited for about 35 minutes , my HERO! arrivedYou guessed it was ROBERT WYMAN Owner/operator of LAKESIDE WRECKER. He jumped out the truck eager to help as he approached me we said our hellos with a great big smile and said you don t remember me do you, I said, I m sorry no, so he reminded I met through his Dad who is a friend of mine. ROBERT WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me he got my truck started, I hugged and thanked him and he was off. By as a courtesy He did not charge me for the assistance. Well after his tail lights faded, I put my truck in gear and it died. So I dialed the phone like I was making a 911 call. ROBERT said I ll be right there. in two shakes he was back. Loaded my truck up and I arrived safe and sound. PLEASE IF YOU EVER NEED A TOW. Call ROBERT WYMAN LAKESIDE WRECKER. In Mathis TxYOU WONT REGRET IT. They got me out of this mess when AAA couldn't get me the help I needed because they said it was a recovery help was 4hrs away, 9hrs away and 6days to get me out I send pictures to Lakeside Wreck and got me out less than an hr Thank You Lakeside Wreck in Mathis Tx
