We dropped off our motor home over a month ago when service agent Dee said that the issues would be corrected within 2 weeks knowing that i needed it back asap. We have a warranty.. it's now a month and a half later to be told they have tech issues and they don't know when it would be completed and that they are backlogged. Never once was were we told upfront that the tech there didn't have the experience, which quit whw they hired a guy with experience. Now we continue to wait and supposedly in rotation of service. Dee now sends us to her manager that says she's going to get with the tech to re diagnose the issue. Would not recommend the service department. It's a joke.

This will be updated as issues resolveI had a great experience with my purchase Friendly and informative. Great, friendly staff. Nice stay at adjacent park. Technician was very informative.Walk through we had a jack issue that was taken care of with an upgrade. Great service!Black water valve to be replaced soon, as it is very difficult to open. I can t open it! Will update.Leak in rain from vent. Tech was to go 7/22/20. Hopeful for 07/25/20. Will update.Back shade removed after sale for someone else. Was told they will replace. Now told it will be awhile. Will update.Feel sure these issues will be resolved soon.Update:All issues resolved. Bind installed. Black tank valve replaced. Very happy with my camper and the service. Bill and his team take care of customers!!!

Took my RV for some work to be done and John did a great job keeping us in the loop of all that he found that needed to be fixed. We are very pleased, great new management as well.

Would give 0 stars. I put $ 500 deposit on an RV. The sale didn't happen because of financing. THEY KEPT MY $500 DEPOSIT. Rip off RV. Being dodged for over 4 months .

Jake and the staff at Howdy RV were very helpful while we were working with Keystone on an out of warranty factory issue. Once we finally got our approval Jake got our issue resolved within a short period of time. While it was in for the service work we ended up having to make a quick trip home to MN and Jake helped us out by storing our rig until we returned...he even plugged it in the day we were to return so the refrigerator was cold. Thanks so much for all of your help!!

I called Howdy, in Mathis to see if someone could tell me why my refrigerator suddenly stopped working in our 390ds. I was told it was probably a bad board. I would need to bring it in, or I could call Samsung, and that they couldn t go back and forth over the phone about it.I went on Facebook and found out in less than a minute it could be the GFI switch in the master bath had tripped, and it was. Why couldn t they tell me that? If they didn t know this, they should have. It s like they go out of their way not to help you. I wouldn t recommend Howdy RV nor would I recommend for anyone looking for an RV to buy one of these overpriced pieces of junk. We have had numerous problems with ours in the seven months we ve owned it. I can t wait to hear their snarky rebuttal because here the customer is never right.

Jake, the rest of the staff and tech's here have always been super friendly, patient, and helpful when I have needed help. The tech they sent over to do some work on my RV a couple of times has been very professional and takes extra care not to get anything dirty or damaged when doing their work. They are even patient with my dog who is not always happy to have a stranger around.Definitely a pleasant experience dealing with them in today's environment.Thanks for your service!!

I can't say how much I appreciate this place, I was driving through to Alice and had a blow out on my boat. The 2 guys that I didn't get there names but came out on there lunch break and change the tire for me. And they even put more air into my spare tire.If I ever need rv repairs, I'm coming here.Thanks again. And I made to Alice!! Thank again for the help.

Thank you for taking the time to get me worked in for an emergency repair. It's scary when you have no point of reference other than Google for a dealership! The folks were friendly and courteous, and had me on the road in under 2 hours! If they treat people 800 miles from home that way, I'm sure they'd take care of you too!

I would not recommend buying a camper from howdy. We traveled 4 hours to look at a camper that was not in the condition described. We are experienced campers with knowledge of camper maintenance. Beware if you are new to the camper world. Ask lots of questions and do not rely on the knowledge of Bill the owner.

Very happy with work on our water heater, they fit me in and it fixed in less than 2 hours.Friendly staff good work, don't hesitate to bring your problems here.

I purchased a brand new 2020 bumper pull from them and the first time I used it, the trailer was leaking water and flooding the front storage compartment. When I called and let them know they immediately was concerned and was willing to fix it. They pushed keystone and got what was needed to fix the problem. Team members stayed in touch throughout and jumped through hurdles to get it fixed just in a couple of days. They totally replaced all the wood and panels that was touched by any water and looked extremely professional when I picked it up. Thanks again and recommended anyone looking for a RV to make the drive to check out this business.

We were recently camping at Lake Corpus Christi State park when we thought we might have a wiring issue with our trailer brakes. We went to Howdy RV to ask some questions. Jake not only answered our question but took at look at their wiring on our truck, saw an issue. He ordered the part and had us fixed up in no time. Very friendly and fast service!

Worst experience I ve ever had buying parts. I called and ordered a power inverter and had it set aside(note: they never mentioned you can t return electronics, over the phone, and just have signs in the store). I had went back to my rv to replace my old part and once I pulled their new one out I noticed it is the wrong part and will not suit my needs. I run back over the Their store and try to return it on the same day but they had closed early so I had to wait until Monday. Monday comes around I take special time off from work to run back over and return just to be told for the first time they don t return electronics. I explained to the guy I had never even tried to install the part, but he claims I had. He takes a visual inspection of the part and claims its used and begins arguing with me that it s their company policy and he can t return it. I explained in detail to the Manager, Jake, that to use this part i would have to modify it to make it work for my needs. I explained to him that I do not want to modify an electrical part for my camper that could cause a fire or worse. They never even offered to take the (wrong) part back and give me a store credit to use on other items in their inventory. Overall I have never experienced any parts store for campers, cars or even trucks that has ever treated me as poorly as this place has. I will never step foot in another Howdy rv or purchase anything from them again.

We have been at Howdys twice regarding warranty work on our Alpine. Both times the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this business is you are shopping for a new RV or just need service work.

David assisted us looking at a new 5th wheel. He is a no pressure sales guy. Was ready to do what was needed for us to purchase from him, going way beyond what other dealers would do. We didn't purchase from him only because another dealer offered us a deal we couldn't refuse on a year older model. We will recommend this dealer to others.

We had an amazing experience at Howdy RV! We visited all the RV dealers in the Coastal Bend region, and many of them didn t even come out to greet us or help with our RV search. The team at Howdy RV was friendly, knowledgeable - answering all our questions, and willing to work with us to make our RV dreams a reality! Thank you Howdy RV!

I paid for them to come and do some work and repairs . The technician was a nice enough person . But i have learned he has made some mistakes in the diagnosis . He said the reason my ac was shutting down was because an electric board needed replacing . He went to get the board and then replaced it, and the problem continued . I asked him to put in the original board. As i didnt want to pay for something i didnt need . This was this past Friday . I called saturday and no one was there to help me. I called today(monday) the manager , Jake told me there were no refunds for the part . The part i no longer am in possession of . I was not told this in advance . I was also quoted a price of $1500 to fix my slideout , and that the work could be done at my location . Today i was told that i had to bring the RV to them, it would need to be with them for a few days , and it would now cost $3500!!So these guys will charge you for parts you dont need until they get to the correct part ...I will not be using this company , and I suggest if you have options you dont use them either .

I needed a new utility trailer, so I called over and spoke to Rocky. I explained to him what I needed and wanted. They didn t have it in stock, but said let me go to work. He had me my trailer in 2 days. They make it happen when you need it. Awesome customer service and high quality trailers. I couldn t have been happier.

Lacks customer service quality.It s been two weeks since I asked about my plates and I ve not been answered. Update, they told me they misplaced my plates and told me to wait until they order them again. Took 2 months for a reply.

My husband and I are staying here for 2 weeks, this is our first time, we absolutely love it here. Very nice RV park,peaceful, clean ,very friendly staff, I never knew about this place and I pass through Mathis to and from work every day. We live in Orange Grove so this place is perfect for a quick getaway.

Connie is great to work with. Jake is fair and honest.The rest of the crew is turning over constantly and hard to deal with.I'd give this place a big 'Oh Hell No'.

Howdy Ranch RV is the greatest. They worked extremely hard getting my family and I the fifth wheel we wanted after we lost everything due to Hurricane Harvey. They got us financing when no other RV dealership could. They definitely earned my business and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

We purchased our RV in April. Our refrigerator did not work and it took Howdy RV management a month to approve the service technician to come and fix the refrigerator and various incidentals things that required adjusting. The salesman and the GM could never make anything happen for us. It was not until we were fortunate enough to deal with Robert the service technician. He advocated for us and came through on the repairs. The Howdy RV Mgmt team needs to be replaced. Robert is the only person who has stood by the Keystone product and took action to represent Keystone. We left numerous message with Keystone Preferred RV and have never received resolution.Our intent of this message if for the OWNER of Howdy RV to read this and understand how poorly his business is being run.

Their service department is the best!! We didn't buy our trailer here but they went out of their way to make it right for us. They are an incredible bunch of people. For sure our next trailer will be purchased from them.

They forgot the temporary license tags, refrigerator not working on AC/electricity found it unplugged. Hot water heater breaker no good had to replace. Steps to garage deck missing cotter pin b4 1st trip.

Just recently took our trailer there for some service, had an amazing experience. Amazing staff, very quick repair and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them for all your service needs! Will definitely be back

First off their sister company in Belville texas has way better prices. I found the same trailer at their sister company for $500 dollars less. They did match the price. So I Put down a deposit on a Monday to hold the trailer. By Thursday they sold the same trailer to someone else so they could get their $500. So their word means nothing either does their deposit holds. I tried to find another trailer similar and they failed to call back and set me up with another trailer. Bottom line don't shop here overpriced and just about make a buck not about the customer.

I broke down on my way home from Garner State Park, as I got just past Mathis on my way back to Aransas Pass. My pop up camper had a blow out. I called Howdy Ranch RV and asked if they sold tires and was helped by a gentleman who took the time to make phone calls for me searching for what I need then called me back to check on me. He sent me contact information on businesses that could help me out. My son in law and daughter drove back to Mathis and got a socket wrench set which allowed me to get the spare tire off and changed. Thank you for all your wonderful help!!

Had an opportunity to do business with Howdys RV in Mathis Tx. It was well worth our time. Mr Dave Anderson, Manager And Mr. Hart Tollett, finance both not only completely professional but very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! We selected a beautiful Keystone Sprinter 5th Wheel ! The paperwork is kept to a minimum and everything runs smoothly. We re very happy! I would definitely recommend that if you re in the market for a RV , you put Howdys at the top of your list!
