This location is a nice pitstop if you re heading to South Texas on a road trip. They have a great selection of food including a subway next door. The bathroom facilities have also been upgraded and additional Texas style tacos are available.

I can't believe other reviews say clean restrooms. The men's and women's were nasty! The foul stench of rotten urine in the men's is going to stay with you because it's all over the floor! They price gouge gas 50 cents a gallon if you pay by credit!

Typical Indian owned truckstop. Food was old staff was rude prices were high.Avoid if u can.

I stopped there and got a breakfast taco. I really was amazed at how good that breakfast taco was and the employees were super nice also. I was totally impressed with this place and I will stop by there again one day. Especially because the employees are so nice and the tacos are so amazing.

The store was open but with possible water contamination, so they were unable to sell any fountain drinks/Slushies or even ice, nothing that has to use water from the pipes...it was very chaotic and there was only one young lady working and she was trying her best but the store really should have been closed with such a major issue going on.

Always friendly attentive service members.Clean restrooms and well stocked.Well stocked merchandise as well.I bought rapid release Tylenol and fresh FRUITS. Delicious, I might add.

The Mathis Travel Center had what I was looking for. I pick up an ice cold bottle of Topo Chico and got back on the road again.

What a joke. Locked me inside and told me I d have to wait 15min before I could buy anything. I m a truck driver I don t have 15min to sit here. Dirty place that reeks of urine and usually a rude staff (80% of the time) also if you re thinking of stopping for the Chester s inside stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Unless you like burnt chicken so hard it hurts your teeth

I didn't love this place I'm just giving it 5 starts cuz the cashier was pretty. Other than that go across the street

WOW! Such tiny (few) bathrooms for a giant shopping center. The bathroom area had 3 shower doors...maybe I should have gone in one of those!! ;-) but then the main M/W rooms only had 2 toilets and 2 urinals...well, the woman's had 4 stalls....but each restroom had 1 that was out of order! So it was a bit of a wait!...Then the homeless man with turrets in Subway was a bonus :/....God bless him!

Do not pump gas here my credit card info was stolen after pumping gas here once and a transaction went through charging $30 when I was 200 miles aways

Someone used my fuel code to pump with Mudflap, the number on goggle is not working to get in contact with them to resolve this.

Reasonable gas rates and good staff. Has what I want for drinks and cigs.

The staff is great, their product quality and diversity is amazing, clean restrooms, low gas prices, hot food served.

Gas is .50 higher then anywhere on the entire 37 freeway.. Stop elsewhere. Price gouge
