I Needed a alignment on my car a bad pull to the right eating up tires for the last two months I called wray's I'm from Deberry, the guy told me come on in had me in and out within 45mins car haven't drove this Good since I got it thank you wray's.. my new go to place... If in town this is the place to go to

Didn't know shops had to have appointments to do alignments, was informed of this and went back to my car to continue searching same day alignments. A couple minutes later a gentlemen came out and asked if I could wait a couple minutes he'd get me in line and back on my way to fort worth. Quick and very informative on an issue he saw as they were working. Definitely coming again if I'm out here thank you so much for helping me

I went to Wrays after Big 5 Tire on Pinecrest charged me for an alignment that they did not do. Said that is still had a slight pull to the left because I needed my struts replaced. After talking to my mechanic and several other people they explained to me that those struts had nothing to do with my alignment. Big 5 Tire s response was unacceptable so I went on a search for someone new. I ended up with Wray s because of the quick response and their availability. I don t regret it at all! I appreciate their service and quickness to fix my alignment. They did a great job and the alignment is perfect. Their cost was slightly more but it was worth it since I paid for one and they didn t fix it to begin with!

These guys are what businesses nowadays should strive for. We were on an emergency road trip from Harlingen to Michigan and construction was not kind to my alignment. They squeezed us in right away and did great job. Thank you guys so much for saving our behinds.

I ve been here a few times for different things. They have always been honest about everything. They don t try to sell you something you don t need. Fair prices for amazing work. I will be taking my vehicles here anytime they need work done. Big thank you to all the staff.

Great shop, I can only speak on alignments so far. But they do a great job on alignments. Even on lowered cars, and trucks. I will continue to bring vehicles to them for alignments.

My husband, our daughter Krystal and I took a used pickup we were test driving to Wray's to be checked out. We got an honest review of the malfunctioning parts on the truck. Recommended!

I haven t used this business yet but I called to see if they had any availability for today. I spoke with Rickey, he was so nice and gave me some pointers on the right questions to ask. And I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow! He was very cheerful and put me in a better mood before I ve had a bad day today!

This is a small shop with a big heart. Wrays is a busy place. But don t let that put you off. They will find or make the time to help you. You can have confidence in their work and their honesty. They treat their customers like they would want to be treated. They work hard to get things right for you and your vehicle.I would recommend Wray s to anyone and if you have to wait a while it is worth it.Personally I would rather wait than get questionable service and results elsewhere.

This is a great shop!! They were very friendly and super efficient. I had oil change, brakes, and tire rotation and was completed in record time. My husband also had his truck serviced and needed a new sensor that they had to order from dealer and they still got his truck finished same day!!! Very fairly priced as well. We travel all over for the pipeline and this has been the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. #pipeliner friendly#

Very pleased, and I'm usually difficult to please. I appreciate their willingness to discuss mechanical concepts and answer questions. Ricky diagnosed a problem that my preferred shop in Longview was not able to diagnose. They got me in the same day. I'll definitely use them again.

I was traveling from Houston and my car started having trouble with the ignition coil and I couldn t drive it . Y all were able to fix it in a few hours . Thank you so much for being honest , affordable and timely
