I have owned several polaris rangers and I have bought many accessories from thumper fab. They have been absolutelygreat to deal with and very responsive in returning calls and the products have preformed just as they say. Anytime I had a problem with the install, I could call their office and speak to someone or leave a message and Pumpkin in the shop always called me back and walked me through my issues. Absolutely amazing products and the service is great. I highly recommend.

Thank you Punkin Wood Jeff Kester for your awesome customer service. Its not to often you get decent customer service much less to phenomenal customer service these days. This goes to show me that Thumper Fab is all about taking care of the customer instead of having to send endless emails or having to take time out of your day only to hang up and feel nothing was done and your still in the same situation. Thumper Fab was great to work with. i ordered a set of doors for my 20 Ranger crew and they arrived quickly, and packaged like they were ready to be air dropped from a C17. All the contents in the boxes were labeled and had their own respective package rather than all being thrown together and the directions were very clear on the install process. They even give you a good bit extra on the weatherstripping so you don't have to worry about trying to stretch the stuff to make it work. I had a slight issue that I contacted them about and they were extremely fast on the email response, and I even got a call from the owner (I believe) to get it all figured out. I would definitely recommend Thumper!

Wow! These guys build amazing parts! The quality and fitment is second to none. If you have a side by side do yourself a favor and buy Thumper Fab the first time.

Terrible service. The headache rack looks great, but is not fitting on the 2023 Defender Pro. The bed can't come down with it there. I asked to ship it back and they said there will be charges since I tried to install + Shipping. That is not the way it works. Good companies stand behind their product and they simply failed. Would not trust them enough to buy anything from. Its a shame, they have some nice looking products. ***In Response - I bought it directly from you. I clearly stated what model I had. You should not have sold it to me if it does not fit that model. Pretty simple.

Customer service is terrible! You can t call and get ahold of anyone for technical help. Took months to receive my order and now it looks to be wrong. Company wants me to email pictures. Buyer beware. Customer service should be top priority!

Ordered a set of doors (front&rear) for my 2022 Ranger and was really impressed with the quality. I ran into some fitment issues and they immediately shipped me out some updated parts that work with the configuration. I also ordered a front bumper and winch plate. Amazing quality and finish. Everything came labeled and shipped very fast. I plan on using Thumper Fab even more in the future.

I purchased the Ranger ultimate bed rack with tailgate so that my wife s dogs have a safe place to go on rides with us. The product came in in great shape, based on packaging designed to survive a nuclear bomb.I did have a small issue. I received the wrong LED lights. I called in sent a few pictures, and within a day or two the sent me the replacement lights and they were perfect.Punkin Wood and Sara Elam were excellent to help me with my issue, and the product is great. I look forward to getting more items in the future from Thumper Fab.

I ordered doors for my side by side and they are nice quality. However when they arrived the doors were damaged. They broke through cardboard box they were shipped in and the power coating had been grounded off to bare metal. I immediately contacted TF to see what my options were. They said that I needed to take it up with UPS. UPS said the doors were not packed to UPS specs so TF is responsible for damages. I emailed, called and left numerous messages at TF. It took them 3 additional weeks to respond. When they responded they offered to let me send them back at my cost plus a 25 percent restock fee. Nice quality doors but bad customer service

Great products! Love the doors. Way better than fortress. Punkin helped me out with an issue I had (no fault of theirs). Will be buying more from them in the future.

Can't believe this is an American company. Made in USA is an understatement when you buy products and pay top dollar to have them powder coated and they send them to you pink. (Illusion cherry)lol then so called guy in charge punkin wood agrees to refund your coating charge. After 2 weeks and 3 hours on hold then all of a sudden. He's not the one in charge with the authority to refund your money. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Company out of Texas should be ashamed of themselves. Buyers beware

I purchased the Ranger Crew doors for my 2022. The doors are extremely solid and well built. The doors are heavy, especially compared to the Dragon Fire's that my buddy has. Punkin from support helped me with a fitment issue I had and even sent me a replacement part the same day I called. I would highly recommend these folks over other manufactures that I have seen.

I can't express how amazing everyone at Thumper Fab is! We purchased a rear bumper for our Ranger. During installation we managed to pull the wires out of the relay. We contacted customer support and got in contact with Pumpkin. He went above and beyond helping my husband put it back together and got it working right away. ThumperFab customer for life! Thank you Pumpkin!!

Rating 1 Star because website says product ships in 3 to 4 days, I ordered and paid ($875) on July 26, 2022, as of August 19th my order still has not shipped.Called and emailed multiple times and was given at least 4 different ship dates that have come and gone. Was given a tracking number 3 days ago but item has yet to be placed on a truck.Only positive to date is someone does answer the phone and some emails do get a reply. Hoping this review will stir some action with an honest response.Review Update 1After a positive conversation with a member of the Sales team today, I m increasing my review from 1 Star to 2. Will update again if item arrives next week as promised.Review Update 2Product arrived as communicated this time and was well packaged and all parts where included. Mounting bracket were difficult to install, but once in they are rock solid! Was a little surprise by the gap between the bars and the 4x4, but the more I looked at them the more I like them. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. We got off to a rocky start due to the delivery delays, but I would buy from Thumper FAb again due to the quality of the product. Increasing my rating from 2 to 4,

Installed a set of thumper fab half doors on a 2022 ranger 1000. The product is very heavy duty and the fitment was spot on. The doors flow with the lines of the ranger. The hardware package was missing a couple parts for the door lock latches. Called and spoke to Punkin and he immediately apologized for the mistake and had a complete new set of hardware sent out same day. It s truely hard these days to get anyone on the phone or return phone calls much less to have spare parts in stock. Thumper fab answered the phone quickly, directed me to the correct person and replacement parts were in stock and sent same day. This is as good as it gets with customer service. Great company and great employees.

The products thumperfab produce are top notch. I have been running their general xp control arms for some time now. They are super beefy and made well.Sara has been the best to work with. She always handles any issues we have quickly and helps keep everyone satisfied.

Ordered a long arm kit for a polaris ranger, was very impressed on the packaging, no damage, however was missing a couple of pieces. Called support and they overnighted everything I needed to complete the job in my driveway. All I can say is Thanks to Thumper Fab.Order update the front frame stiffener does not work with a 2022 polaris ranger, I emailed 2 days ago no response so I dont know how they can say email us and we will get back promptly to you, BS, I asked for direction and got no response, needless to say there are no installation videos or paper drawings on how to mount it. Im sending it back and will update on resolve. Im running without a frame stiffener lets hope I dont break anything.

They've got the best QC I've ever seen on the market with their high quality welds, reinforced designs and layouts that make the competition look like their stuff is made out of Lincoln logs and peanut butter! Truly one of the few companies that I brag about dealing with, not only because their items are amazing but because their staff is set 3 bars above anyone else. One of their reps Sara is God tier helpful when it comes to anything about their products. The woman is a living ThumperFab search engine any question or slight concern she has the solution immediately. ThumperFab has taken the powersports world by storm and shown everyone what happens when you care not only about profit but your customers and products as well. So what are you waiting for!? It's better to be the one thumpin than to be thumped on.

Headache rack with the winch works great on the defender, had an issue that was my fault and Punkin Wood in customer support was great at helping figure out what went wrong and sending the new parts out quickly.

Great customer service. I stopped in to pick up my thumper fab audio roof and requested to view and sample the product that I purchased before taking it home. They went above and beyond for me.from the moment I was greated at the door till the time the transaction was complete we felt welcome and enjoyed meeting a few people. Great people Great product great service everything I had expected.

Very professional fab shop with all the equipment to do in house work! The owner is a stand up guy who really takes pride in everything that comes out of his shop. Highly recommend this place for any custom fabricated parts!
