They are so friendly and customer service is outstanding. Their employees actually love their job and take it very seriously. You don t find that often! They are efficient and the car washes are so good. Ty for such great people and great service! Highly recommend!!!!! Best car wash I ve ever been too!!!!!!

Friendly and great attendance prewashed the tires and parts of my car and washed my windshield before entering the actual wash. I am very pleased with how well my car looked after washed. I highly recommend The Local Wash!

The Local Wash by Walmart had a problem with the 2nd center roller washer not touching the front, hood, or roof of my midsized truck; I texted the number on the website and the owner called me to apologize and make things right; that's what I call customer service! The Local Wash will continue to get my business!

Great wash! Great people!I got the wheel wash and was happy with it but they saw me in the vacuum lot and saw my car was still dirty from all the bugs so they offered to bring me through again and gave me their best wash (that comes with a big scrub) and it literally made my car sparkle and shine and got all the bugs off!I definitely recommend this car wash and love their air fresheners they give with the top wash! Love this place.

I took my work vehicle here that had seen cleaner days. The guys working noticed and went out of their way to make sure everything was scrubbed off and prewashed. I chose the $25 mud bug wash. It could have used more time in the dryer but they provide towels, vacuums, dash wipes and these adorable bubble gum air fresheners. I m pleasantly surprised.

Above and beyond as always here the place is always clean the staff is very courteous the vacuums always work and drying towels are readily available the owners are very nice people and run a good business at a fair price been coming here for the last 4 yrs and will not do business elsewhere give them a try you'll see what I'm talking about

We love this car wash. It s clean and well maintained. Staff is always friendly and they do a great job of spraying off your vehicle beforehand. They give out an air freshener and wipe for the inside at each visit. I also like the free vacuums and fresh dry towels that are available if you want to use.

Great experience, the new shades are very nice especially in summer. Got a wash in the tunnel, of course everything is not removed, but 95% or more, vacuuming and wiping down with provided. Microfiber towels, was very nice. Quick and efficient! Great experience, it always has been.

The wash missed our whole tailgate! And didn t even touch the wheels. Never had this experience before! On second thought, we just got through washing what it missed and wound up pretty much having to wash the whole truck again!

Love this place!!! The young men that work to guide you into the bay are always friendly. I had a situation where i had "oil" splash on my car (from road travel). The wash itself didnt get everything off the first time, when i went back through, the young men helped scrub it off before going in.Ive used other wash places in town without the positive energy experienced here.The monthly subscription is an amazing offer! Especially on these East Texas roads we travel.Service: Vacuuming

I have only used the top car wash selection. I love the results! I also use their self vacuumed. It always works with good suctions. They continue to keep their equipment in top notch shape. I enjoy the service that I get at The Local Wash ! With my membership I can get my truck washed every couple of weeks or 2-3 times a week during the muddy seasons. It he wash system does a nice job and I like that they provide towels to hep you clear and dry your vehicle.

I have a monthly membership that allows me unlimited washes and use of the vacuums. They also provide cloths for drying. The drive through wash is great and gets my vehicles clean even when they need more than just a touch up.

The employees are professional in appearance and demeanor. Free vacuum is available also and convenient location. The monthly rates are reasonable, and I am very pleased with my monthly membership so far (almost a year).
