I pull into take 5 and was not service until a hour later. No one was in any type of or hurry. Then once they started to do my service they seem to not know what they were doing. It should literally take 30 minutes or less to change oil. The old place was definitely better and the old employee was definitely more efficient in servicing vehicles. If you in a hurry I would advise you to not come here. You definitely will be waiting.

Take 5 Oil Change took over the previous company and the ser ice is not the same. We're done business at the site for years. My husband and I recently went and had the oil changed in 2002, suburban. I know they say that change is good, but not in this case. The service is lacking. When you purchase an oil change, they'll check tire pressure, vacuum the car, and other services that keep you coming back. The female employees that were once at this site were a PERFECT EXAMPLE OF OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . ( The Service Took 0 out of 5)

Went at 6:00pm on 12/23 to get an oil change. It was an hour before closing. There was only one person there, when I pulled up they asked if I was I needed an oil change. I said yes. Then they told me they couldn t do it because they were the only person there. They told me I could come back the next day and get it done, but this wasn t feasible because I live an hour away. Why is it an oil change shop can t do an oil change during their normal operating hours? Very frustrated and Highly dissatisfied.

Experience was terrible. They did a terrible job. Didn t check any other fluids. Didn t check tires. Didn t clean windshield. I showed them receipts from a few months ago and the price had more than doubled. Rude

Expensive but when you drive a nice vehicle, you expect to pay more for an oil change, but don t be rude to cause you dislike your job. The lady that works in there is rude, and And then you advertise that you top off all the fluids and you check the tires. So I asked the guy who was doing all that if he had completed that he said yes, I said, then why does it still show that the windshield wipers need to be filled up. And he had an excuse that it took more water than he expected but he never had completed it nor did he check any of the fluids and I had to ask him to check the tires and they gave attitude the whole time so $125.oil change is fine but don t be rude and I wouldn t go backService: Oil change

Had receipts for two oil changes 10 days apart ( car taken in by two different drivers) and was told that even though all info in their system, all they could do is put a note to read dates next time. LOST MY BUSINESS!!

Normally I don't have a complaint but please beware of the offering of discounts. I was offered the discount but wasn't given the full discount on final bill. When I questioned it then the tech made it seem as though it was just 5 in additional to the total discount and it shouldn't matter. Then instead of making it right, Chris preceded to continued to say it was just 5 dollars to the other employees and then also said I should be glad I was given a discount. The long and short of it, i was given the 5 from another tech that tried to make it right. With all this being said, I won't be going there.Service: Oil change

Took a a little bit longer than I initially thought it would, as both my Air Filter and Cabin Filter were both extremely dirty and Cabin Filter was somewhat of a problem getting the filter out and then getting the glove box back in place. After 15+ years of using this business, today will be my very last time. 'The 10 min sit in your car oil change' motto should be it apply to this store. 45+ mins for an oil change, technicians aren't qualified or trained properly ?? Didnt have simple knowledge or know how to have of putting a skid plate back on properly. No hurry up and go. Really sad, this place used to be hopping. Now it's flopping.

They are somewhat all right at doing their job, they take forever. They forget steps, lose screws constantly and treat their employees like trash. Oh and by the way if you are interested in employment I would recommend litterly any where else. They have such a huge rate of employee turnaround because they won't hire anyone else and they basically put it all on one guy to do all the cars all day all week. And that wouldn't be such a bad thing but they don't pay anything and when they're trying to lure you in to come work for them they say they offer anywhere from 11 to 14 an hour but that's a lie they told me they wouldn't go above $12 an hour even though it says on their job ad they will go up to 14 that's just to entice you they will pay you $11 an hour no more no less. I would recommend going to any other oil change location it would be cheaper if you went anywhere else as wellService: Oil change
