Simmons Auto in Marshall, Texas is an exceptional auto dealership specializing in top notch, previously owned vehicles.My Dad recently purchased a SUV in mint condition and traded in his car as well. The salesman, Eddie Waugh, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned that my dad be pleased with his purchase. He even went out of his way to accommodate my dad's timeframe as he lives out of town.Dad is very excited about his purchase and thrilled about the exceptional service he received. The folks at Simmons Auto are honest, dependable, and never pressure the buyer. They make buying a car an exciting positive experience - a real rarity this day and age!

Found the truck on line spoke with Eddie and he held the truck for me while I flew in to town supper friendly and helpful guys Eddie made me feel confident in my purchase and the 1100 mile drive home. Next truck I buy will be from Eddie no doubt I highly recommend simmons auto they will make you feel right at home

I chose Simmons auto because they re the best. I called and told the team what kind of car I wanted and within 48 hours they called me back and told me they found EXACTLY what I was looking for AND it was within my budget too! They were also able to offer me a 4 year/ 48,000 mile warranty on the car, and to me, that spoke volumes. I ve never been offered a warranty on a used vehicle before. I highly recommend Simmons auto to anyone. Spend the extra money and get the warranty too. I promise you ll be taken care of here. Thank you Brady and Simmons Auto Team!

Had an excellent transaction at Simmons. I can hands down say it was the best car buying experience I have had at any kind of dealership. The car I bought was in great condition and the price was very fair. Would definitely buy from Simmons again in the future.

When your looking for a good used vehicle. That's what these guys locate and provide. keep in mind what's available in the market is sometimes limited. They do not carry Unacceptable Vehicles and they show you what you are buying. Straight up Great people to do business with.

Great place to buy from! We just got a Enclave for under value and trade in value for our old car was above what we thought. They were able to help us get a loan at a great rate without having credit as well. Also let us take car home before buying to test out and get it checked by our mechanic .

They have nice cars but don t trust them or their mechanics. Take it to your own mechanic to have checked out before you buy it. I bought a suv from them awhile ago, and it lasted literally a month before it had problems. When I took it back to see if they would help me; they said they couldn t find a problem, but basically turned me away and didn t care to solve the issue with me. If they know of you or you re creditable, they will give you a good deal to save face. Very disappointed in their business. Maybe it s changed since my last purchase, but just a heads up to people that are just trying to make it by.

I have bought 2 trucks from Eddy at Simmons Auto because I got those vehicles under Blue Book pricing. They are super clean, low mileage, and come with a power train warranty. I have drove those trucks without a single problem. They only carry certified vehicles that will work for you many miles down the road.

This dealership sold me an overpriced lemon. It was a pain to get rid of and had many issues a month after bringing it home. There was obviously a temporary fix done to the car so the sketchy dealer tried to make it look like it worked fine when we test drove it. Do not trust them.

Priced way above loan value on the vehicles they sell and they want to lowball You on trade in and then change the trade in price they originally told you to even lower. It doesn't seem that they do very much if anymaintance or they would have seen the vehicle I bought has a pipe fitting for a oil plug(I mean really). Definitely won't ever go back
