Horrible service on the service department side. Dropped my truck off at 10AM for a oil change and to check the rear diff(leaking). Never once received a phone call or txt message to say it was ready for pickup. I arrived at 5:30PM to see if it was ready and they were closed and locked up. Website says open until 6PM and they closed at 5(need to update website). They left my truck in the parking lot with no keys and unlocked. So now have to drive 20 minutes back home to get spare keys for my truck. Don t waste your time here

Boyd and Randall were amazing! Yesterday I purchased my first brand new car and it was a bit nerve wracking being such a large purchase, but these guys made me feel zero pressure and worked with me to get the car I wanted at a fair price. I highly recommend anyone who is interest in a jeep (or any other car lines they carry) to come check this place out before you go anywhere else. You won t be disappointed!

Now You See It - Now You Don'tOur Company bought a 2023 Dodge Charger from this place Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram [AKA] PATTERSON AUTO GROUP in September 2023.I had never seen such Unprofessional people working in New Car sales in all of my 54 yrs. The Car was listed as having only 217 miles however after paying for it and having it delivered it had 1050 Miles when I called the saleswoman Tammy your "Automotive Butler" she then told me that her Manager had been driving the car! She said that she had approved free oil changes for 1 Year to make up for this.The paperwork had so many mistakes that We thought a kid did the contract.Bad Business ~ Stay Away!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new to us Jeep Grand Cherokee! We had been searching for the right vehicle to meet our needs and immediately felt very comfortable dealing with Kye, our salesman! He took real good care of us! I do recommend the service department at all!!! I have a jeep that has been sitting there 6 months now! Took multiple times to figure out the problem, once apparently the issue was found they said they don t secure me it would be fixed, then. I thought to myself am I even at the right place for the job!? So my warranty ask them for some maintenance reports and they didn t even send all the reports which made the warranty now think my jeep never recieved maintenance (oil changes)!! After having all that issues resolved & finally got the job approved by the warranty and parts are finally in, now they don t even seem to tell me what is now taking so long to get my jeep done, weeks after parts are in. Finally after 6 months I asked for a loaner vehicle for being time and I was denied! Never going back here for any type of maintenance.

For the past 7 years we have used Patterson in Marshall. We have purchased our last 4 vehicles from them. Tammy Butler has made it impossible to want to go anywhere else for a vehicle with her outstanding customer service. The finance guys, Beau and Stacy, always go above and beyond making sure we get the best possible deal. Last but not least, Randell makes signing papers, on such a big decision, easy and memorable. My mom also drove from Pensacola, Florida to receive the same great experience and bought her first Jeep Gladiator from them and was thoroughly pleased. If you're looking for your next vehicle, I highly recommend Patterson! We are proud to be a part of their family. LOVE THEM ALL!

I travel a good bit and have been on quite a few dealership lots. I can, without question, say that Patterson CDJR Marshall is one of the best there is. My DT Rebel is perfect; I could have gotten that at any dealer. I chose Patterson Marshall because they obviously pride themselves on top notch customer service, attention to detail, and service after the sale. I couldn't be happier and I can't recommend Richard, Stacy, Randell, and their staff highly enough.

Sales is excellent Tammy Cherry was one of the best sales people I ever had. But as far as the service department I will be driving to Kilgore for now on. Scheduled a 90,000 miles service and all I got was a oil change definitely don't do there jobs. Well patterson did it again you are told you have a great warranty but when. It comes time you need it it's not covered or they can't diagnose a chevy even though they sold me the car so I have a broken car I'm still paying for

Best folks in the world! I called looking for a pre-owned dodge truck and they worked within my budget and found a great vehicle for us. Price was below most everything else I d seen online and this truck was detailed to show room quality before delivery. I d recommend to everyone. They have a customer for life!

Brought my first brand new truck here. Prices couldn't be beat. Was looking for a used truck but during Wu-flu times it was difficult. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price I couldn't pass up. Took it on today for it's first oil change. Though it took 2 hours I really can't complain.

Please, Please, inspect your vehicle before leaving this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in 2021 and the windshield wipers (interior function) Did Not Work, without my knowledge( There was a recall)By the Grace of God we survived driving on the interstate heading to Bossier City. I drove all the way back to Marshall, TX to speak to the service department about what occurred, with a vehicle that I purchased on Mother's Day, at their dealership, and My warranty "Did Not cover" that repair according to their service department. GREAT JOB!!We are truly impressed with Patterson. We had a very pleasant experience with them which is nice because my husband worked in the car business for 30 years And we always seem to find problems with other dealerships trying to do unethical things. We did not have any problems with Patterson and Glenda, our salesperson, was such a joy from the beginning.It was a relaxed experience and the dealership was spotless. We couldn t ask for better and will be doing all of our service and future sales with them!

I made an appointment to test drive a used car. They called me twice Saturday morning to verify I was coming. When I arrived the sales woman took me strait to a new car not the used one I wanted to test drive. I liked the new one and decided to buy it. I was already approved for a loan gave them the information and specifically told them to not run my credit. They ran it anyway. I am still getting letters from loan companies a month later and of course I have lost a few points from all the inquiries. After waiting an hour and a half to sign papers I finally get called in and they had papers drawn up for the used car I never even laid eyes on or drove. I was so angry I said deals off. They told me oops no big deal why don't you go to lunch and come back later to sign papers. We will even "let" you take the new car. Price, payment etc would have all changed but this was not a big deal? I did not purchase the car. I found the same car at another dealership $3000.00 less

We had such a great experience here! Jeff was AWESOME. He did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted for the price I could afford. Because I work so late I couldn t get there before closing so he stayed after hours to get the deal done, and was friendly as could be through the whole process! Definitely going back to Jeff when it s time for an upgrade.

We had such an amazing experience here.My car broke down on Highway 21 and was brought in to the dealership.I was 5 hours from the dealership and Caleb could not have made us feel more confident that we were in good hands.My Jeep was there for about 3 weeks and had to get a transmission replaced.Caleb and his team did a great job, stayed in contact with us and were always willing to help.About a month later, we had to call Caleb and have him talk to a dealership in College Station and he said once a customer, always a customer .Again, could not be happier with his customer service and loyalty to his customers!!

Please beware! I do not want another woman to experience what I did at Patterson Dodge in Marshall TX. I bought a new 2022 Jeep Wagoneer on 8/31/22. It had less than 200 miles on it. I asked my sales rep if Wagoneer had any known issues because it was a newly designed vehicle. He said no issues at all. They did not have aWagoneer on their lot and had to get one from another dealership. The sales rep said that I HAD to complete the deal before they would pick it up, so me being trusting I signed all paperwork before driving the new vehicle. I immediately noticed that I could not connect to wireless Apple Carplay with my Iphone 14, even with the Apple Charge cable Apple Carplay would not always work. I also noticed that the Stop Start system to save fuel would not work properly. It only works when A/C is off, The navigation system also does not work as it should. It tell me to make turns where there is no street near, streets are not named correctly, speed limit does not read signs correctly.I took it back to Patterson Dodge to have it looked at. I was told after 2 days that my Wagoneer was ready for pick up. When I asked if everything was repaired I was quickly told that the service department would explain when I got there.I went to the service dept to pick up my vehicle and was told that there was nothing wrong. None of my issues were addressed. I was told that Stop/ Start worked as it should with AC off, Apple car play worked fine with their phone, navigation was fine etc. i asked to speak with a manager. The Service manager came out. He said he personally checked things out, after I told him that I purchased other vehicles and stop/start always worked with AC and never had a problem he started talking down to me, started intimidating me and making me feel like I was the issue not the vehicle. He was talking to me so bad that I had to ask him to stop talking to me that way. I felt so intimidated and belittled that I just gave up and left. I truly feel like if I were a man or had my husband with me I would have been treated differently. None of my issues have been fixed. I called Wagoneer after many phone calls and countless wasted hours I was told that there will be a system update in the future. Because this is not mechanical it does not fall under the lemon law. It plainly states on my window sticker, Wireless Apple Car Play and Stop/Start. I did not get what I paid for and No One is willing to make it right. The owner of the dealership could not even be bothered to return my phone call. I received an email stating that we do not do business that way . No apology, nothing.Patterson Dodge, Jeep nor Wagoneer care about you as a customer.

They over tightened and damaged the drain plug when doing the oil change on my son's Jeep Cherokee. Brought it in to have them fix it. I've taken my son's truck in for several oil changes one just 2 weeks ago. It's full synthetic. My son just checked his oil and it's dirty. So he checked the oil filter. It was solid black. He has had his last 3 oil changes there. That is intentionally damaging people's motors. He is taking it to them tomorrow to see if they are gonna make it right or if they give some excuse. I'll update the review. However, I'm guessing they won't make it right and further action will need to be taken against them with the BBB but we shall see. I guess these grown men need to be watched like children to make sure they actually do their jobs.
