Durring a winter storm in need of an automotive windshield deicer as we were parked at the automotive supply across the street. I had a clear view of the two male employees and male customer at the counter while I called to verify stock of spray deicer. We just had negative success at AZ, so I wanted confirmation prior to driving to another store and again being unsuccessful. I called the O'Reilly store as it was ringing on my end, I watched as the employees ignored the incoming call. We pulled up and walked inside as I hung up, making the comment. "It must take more than two employees to answer the phone!?". I wasn't heard over the customer's profanity and boasting of what he could do! We did find what we needed, paid, and left.

On the initial call, i didn't feel comfortable with the part he attempted to sell me. We called back and asked for Bobby. I hope I remember the correct name. The conversation was great. He knows customer service. I arrived to purchase the part, andhe was great. Ceasar is also super

When a commercial customer walks in and tells you straight away they are commercial don t send the rudest associate to take care of them that s a good way to loose said a national account the black guy you had working on the night of 4/3/24 was rude and needs an attitude adjustment

Like, they were amazing here. I've never done an oil change like this and I'm definitely a fan of quick easy no appointment needed . They didn't have the right filter for my car so I went and bought one and they took that price off off my total. Come to find out I got the wrong ones so they ran out and exchanged it for me! That's service above and beyond. And they gave my dog loads of love

Bridgett was extremely helpful and welcoming. She helped me find everything I needed and assisted me in fixing my car. All we had to do was sit back and watch her work.

Customer service was very helpful to me today, Monday, April 3., 2023. Bridgett took very good care of me. She walked me through all the part that I needed for my vehicle and then she printed out a copy so I could see it up close. Thank you Bridgett. Keep up the good work. I love to shout out positive experiences! Tre helped me with 2 sets of windshield wipers. He even installed the set on my car...and showed me how to do it for myself! Not a big deal but made a difference in my day.THANK YOU TRE and thank you O'Reilly!! You never know how a simple act of kindness can make a difference. :)

Hands down best employees here. I was passing through on a road trip from Alexandria, LA to Tulsa, OK and my radiator blew up here in Marshall. These guys helped me get a radiator and got me going on my way. Great service!

Terrible service, unorganized unprofessional and lastly uncaring. Ordered online sent email saying order was ready. Drove to store no part. Ame back next day 1 of the 2 parts were there. Stood inside store for 30 minutes while employee looked for part only to be told they didn t have it and couldn t get it. WOW!! Terrible and untrained , huge waste of time. NEVER AGAIN

We are on our way to Georgia to see my son graduate from Fort Benning Army base. When our belt broke on our car so we stopped at the gas station and contacted o'reilly's Matt the assistant manager went above and beyond letting us pay for the part on the phone and then bring us the part plus tools to our location. Not only did he bring the part to us he also helped my son and husband put the part on the car getting us back on the road safely to get to Georgia. There is absolutely nothing I could do to replay this Man. Matt you are a true blessing and thank you sir for not only your service today but your service to our nation. You deserve a raise!

I broke down traveling from Shreveport to Dallas. Josh the Asst Manager was kind enough to help me in so many ways. He let me borrow tools so I could change out my alternator in the parking lot & I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. This is why after being in the business for almost 20 years, I come to O'Reilly's.Thank you Josh & O'Reilly's team!

Knowledgeable staff.Fair prices.Well stocked and helpful on the rare occasion that their particular store doesn't have what You're lookin' for.Been comin' here since AutoZone switched to the cheaper Chinese products about 5 years ago. Both stores have imported products, but somehow, O'Reilly's has done a better job picking quality (longer lasting) products when they do import.

This was a one star review but I'm changing it to a 3 due to management acknowledging and fixing the issue. I walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for something and nobody would help me. And there was only 2 other customers in the store. I went right across the street and someone helped me when I walked into the store. This place is NOT the O'Reilly's I used to know. Hopefully some customers service training will fix the issue.

Called to order a car battery that they had advertised online. Bait and Switch, the Marshall O'Reilleys does not carry the AC Delco batter advertised online, they only carry to one that costs significantly more.Why sell a battery you only make 18 dollars profit on, when you can simply not carry that brand and sell batteries you can make 80 dollars profit on.

We are on are way to Georgia to see my brother's graduation from Army boot camp. Around Marshall Texas we broke down and the manger Mat went out of his way to drive out and help us. Can't thank him enough.

Let let me tell you there's a young man there Matt Matthew I can't remember exactly what he did was I dropped a credit card I'm a member so they were able to find me in their database and he called me to tell me that I dropped my card in the store is that service Peace of mind whatever you want to call it he saved me a lot of turmoil and time and agony trying to figure it out he did a step above the man is busy selling parts to people trying to answer questions and do the whole thing and he took the time to call me and tell me that I drop my card in the store and it was waiting for me at the counter are these people awesome or not is he awesome or not I thank him and I cannot thank him enough

The service was quick and fast and the employees are very helpful. If you don't know exactly what it is your after they will definitely point you in the right direction with no hesitation to help the customer.

The store in marshall tx has an employee on the commercial side named Eddie he is very knowledgeable and I leave every time with the correct parts so thank you Eddie for the time and effort to make sure I received polite and good service while I'm at establishment

Im originally from Houston...boyfriend working down here for a few week's. So b4 coming to visit i needed a part for my TOYOTA SEQUOIA...and told them the part picked it up SATURDAY morning and drove 4 hour's here only to find out the part was not the correct part. I was mad. Took the part back here in Marshall's O'REILLY and the guy's here were more then great they were really AWESOME and very helpful...more so than any of the worker's in any part of HOUSTON'S O'REILLY stores. These guys went above and beyond to help me and my BOYFRIEND. ...leaving i asked my boyfriend if these guys can work in HOUSTON. Thank you guy's y'all were OUTSTANDING.

There were 2-3 people in line at each register on a Saturday around 1 pm. I figured I would be waiting forever. Total time in the store was 25 minutes.

Bad experience ordered a part and it never came in couldn't get any managers to help me instead a worker was trying to help but there was not much he could do when the manager wasn't willing to help. Not shopping with there ever again
