Napa has a huge inventory of tools and shop equipment as well as parts. The staff is great too. It's worth stopping by just to see what they have available in tools and equipment !!!

Nice to deal with professionals who can research to find cross that aren't listed in the book. I needed fuel filters on Sunday when you were closed ,found secondary but not primary. Monday when you opened your counterbalanced took time to research and find in stock substitute. Nice to deal with professionals !!

Just left this place of business . Searched high and low for oil cooler and found one online at this Marshall location. Online store offered 15% discount and apparently didn t apply at this store. My problem is not with the discount not happening it s the customer service. We were not greeted when we walked in. When asking about the discount three workers offered no solutions just a it ain t happening , I don t know how to to that and not here, sorry . If we weren t in such a pinch to have my car fixed, I would have loved to taken our money elsewhere. Provide helpful answers rather than being dismissive to your patrons.

Went in and they made me a hydraulic line for a Kamatsu dozer and that's usually a dealership item. So it saved me a lot of miles hunting one.

Drive an 18 wheeler had airlines to trailer break. Tammy and their staff where very fast and knowledgeable and delivered the parts I needed to get back on the road Outstanding people!

If you don't find it here.......they probably don't make it �!!!!!!! Not the biggest store I have ever seen,. But it's FULL. All the folks are friendly and helpful. Give them a try next time

Napa was very helpful when they didn't have the order in the price range of 8 had ordered it they accommodated and lowered another product to meet what I was paying for

They always have the parts I need within 24 hours if they are not un the shop when I visit. Great countrr people.

Very caring auto parts store......really cares about there customer....on day we were stranded on North 3251 Farm Road off 610 exit and they delivered the part...now that's hi-quality...better than Auto Zone

We were broke down, pulling a fifth wheel camper, they delivered part to us. Very nice staff and they saved our day!
