My truck left me broke down at the busiest intersection in Marshall. So started the crazy afternoon but by 7:30 the same day I was driving home in my new Trailblazer. I found the perfect car, however it was over 1000 miles away. I took a leap of faith and called Maverick to discuss the purchase. I was overwhelmed at first, however Becky was brilliant at not only bringing me peace of mind, guidance and professionalism, she was instrumental in making this transaction seamless. Was very pleased with the service we needed on a road trip. They took us in first thing and gave us updates to get us back traveling as soon as possible. The technician test drove the truck to made sure it was fixed and ready for travel!

The service department and parts department worked perfectly to get my hood protector installed in a timely manner. Sometimes the wait time can be lengthy, but rest assured they are working dilligently. They do a great job.

Another place where Marshall customer service is bad. First of all, every time I take my Blazer for oil change and service, they don't cover the driver's seat, so a technician full of grease and dirt seats on your clean car leaving stains on the door, steering wheel, and gear shift. Second, if you pay them for tire rotation, make marks on the wheels, so you know if they do/don't rotate them. Last time, I noticed they didn't do it. When I told them about it, obviously they said, "yes, we did it". I told them, "I know my car, don't tell me you did it when I know it wasn't done." Finally, seeing I wasn't happy, all the sudden they told me that I had more than 11000 reward points on my Chevy App. So, I didn't have to pay for service (at least something good). Nobody told me about it before! Hmm, what a coincidence! Sorry guys, not bringing my car there anymore.

After going to pretty much every dealership in a 70 mile radius, I purchased a new Chevy truck here from Eddie! I got exactly what I wanted and didn't pay mark up price like literally every dealership is doing. Eddie was amazing!!! he is very polite, honest and wasn't super pushy like a lot of car sales men. They gave me a fair amount for my trade in. I will definitely be coming back next time I need to purchase a car!

Do not take your truck here !!!!!!I took my truck there and my truck was running good no check engine light or nothing was on on the dash board. They did a diagnostic on it because it hesitates when I get up to high speed it shift every gear perfect. So when the technician takes it for a test drive he comes back to the shop. 20min later now they say I need a transmission and trying to tell me leave my truck and charge me $5500 they did something to my truck were I wasn't able to drive it anymore I left and I had to get my truck towed. Took it to another shop got fixed in 1 day they said that chevy dealer ship is hungry for money and tried to mess up my transmission so don't take your car or truck here

Service department was able to make an appointment for me within a reasonable amount of time (only a day or two wait). Upon arrival I was greeted & the technician took my truck in at the scheduled time. Prompt service & did not try to sell me additional products that were not needed. Only complaint is that I would like to have received a document providing findings, such as brake wear, tire wear & pressure, fluids, etc.

By far the easiest car purchase I have ever made!!! Eddie at Marshall Maverick Chevrolet did all the leg work so when we came in everything was already complete and ready to sign just as we had discussed. My daughters first car purchase has spoiled her now with how easy it was. We are now lifelong customers after our great experience!!! The whole team is amazing and super helpful!!!

Eddie & crew at Maverick Chevrolet did an outstanding job providing my family and I with a pleasant buying experience. With inventory low across the nation, Maverick did not mark-up the price of the new vehicle we purchased from them like other dealers were going to do when we inquired elsewhere. Some dealers were adding $5k to the total price! Outrageous! Not Maverick, working with them gives you that small-town, family-oriented experience that is second to none. Thank you.

Eddie and the rest of the staff at Maverick went above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so friendly and personable. There is a different atmosphere at Maverick than at any other dealership I ve been in. There is a Hometown feel and they treat you like you are hometown, like they have known you since you were knee high to a grasshopper.My test drive was not just a test drive. Eddie gave me a mini tour of Marshall which included pointing out his church. If you need a vehicle, go see Eddie Longoria. He ll hook you up!

Recently just purchased a zl1 Camaro. my first new car. Between Becky and Eddie they were amazing. The price was what they said the trade honored the trade in that was discussed through the pictures I sent. I came almost 300 miles to see them and I wasn t disappointed. No gimmicks. They had me out of there in 1.5 hrs. Crazy fast and easy. Highly recommend

We just purchased a 2023 2500HD. There was no mark up no run around like all the other dealerships we had talked to. Eddie was fantastic, when we purchase another new vehicle we will certainly call Eddie. Also Lynn and Tandi were great. We live in Florida and tried all the dealerships here! I WISH I could give a 10+.My husband and I are seniors and were on a trip from Arkansas to South Texas for Thanksgiving. Our engine light came on and I told my husband to stop at Maverick to find out why it came on. I did not want to get in the middle of no where and get stuck. My husband had open heart surgery in March.Shirley Lindsey ran the machine to find out where the issue was and it showed a bad plug or plug wire.We had no appointment out of state and holiday week.She said we e will take care of you. They ran tests on the truck to make sure it was nothing else and changed to plug we were back on the road within an hour start to finish.It gave me such peace of mind.I freak out when a engine light comes on.They are all so nice and customer service was great. I have been in customer service all my adult life I know it when I see it.Thank you Maverick Chevrolet I. Marshall Texas.You saved our holiday.May you have a wonderful 2023 and if you are in that area and have an issue go there it is right off the highway.

After seeing all the great reviews for this dealership, I called and spoke with a salesperson about a truck. I was told the truck was being used as a service loaner, and that I would be called back. I left my number and waited. Today, I see that the listing has been removed and the vehicle was likely sold. I wish I was called back to try and see the vehicle. Hopefully, the next customer has a better experience.

Had some work done which included changing my spark plugs. About a month after, a couple came loose and my engine made a knocking noise.(I thought it was a lifter so I got it towed) when I asked Mavericks service department about it they said there was no way they did it wrong. Even though the Chevy dealer I took it to clearly stated that they were improperly installed and not torqued. The guy I spoke to at maverick about it was condescending and rude.

Maverick Chevrolet is outstanding ***** five star! Such a pleasure to work with all the staff and sales members the perches Was quick, easy and no hassle. We had Been looking for a particular truck for a little over a year. We had been lied to and had several solid out from under us at other dealerships. When we found one at Maverick Chevrolet we didn t wait around we jumped on it, Maverick Chevrolet Was doing some work on it and didn t have any pictures of the truck so we were going on what Becky our sales associate told us about the truck. She told us that it was in good shape and immaculate inside but it was still at the detail shop and it would be available to view the next day so we drove the 3.5 hours to see a truck we had never seen not even one picture. When we arrived there was the truck parked in front and it was exactly as Becky described and more. We were excited as we test drove the truck and bought it as soon as the test drive was over. Thank you so very much Maverick Chevrolet. It s been over a week now and we love the truck.

After my accident my truck was taken to Maverick Chevrolet to reprogram for a new air bag system. My auto stop on the engine stopped working after that. We took it back in and they checked the computer and program and said all the parameters were good and they would have to do a deep check on the vehicle battery. We scheduled that for today since it would take an hour to complete. I came in at the reserved time and they took it right back. An hour later I went in to check on it and the service desk guy went checkedt the progress. They hadn't even looked at it because the service man got sidetracked. They can't even do the job assigned to them so I asked for my truck back and left. The feeling they give you is your time doesn't matter and could care less if you are happy or not.

We were halfway through a 1400 mile trip when we had a tire pressure problem. Luckily this dealership was only a few blocks away and so we waited till they opened. They got to us very quickly, repairing our tire which had picked up a screw. Then we were back safely on our way. Many thanks for the great service.

From the 1st email I sent til the day my car finally came in, Becky was on it and did everything she could to get my deal done. And all by phone and/or email. Plus she gave me good money for my trade in and was able to get me an awesome interest rate. Although it took 30 days to get my vehicle here, she was always helpful and ready with all the info. I came in for an oil change. I was not greeted whatsoever upon arrival. I had to ask who I needed to speak with because everyone stared at me with blank faces as if I wasn t supposed to be there. Once the oil change was finished I found out that someone had rounded off the plug. Something they blamed on the dealership who does my regular maintenance. I have not had that issue since I purchased my car in 2020. So of course they charged me for a new plug. Something they messed up. I knew I shouldn t have gone here but I was desperate seeing as I now work in Marshall. I guess I should have known y all were trouble when you cut off my work trucks Catalytic converter. Silly me for thinking y all could handle a simple oil change on a sedan.
