Most of us know the car business is full of shady people. This is not the case at Marshall Ford. Every business needs to make money to survive and support those involved in the day to day operations, but getting a fair deal and feeling like you made a good choice is important for the consumer. You will be treated fairly and respectfully at Marshall Ford. Josh, Tim and Mark all work hard for you. I have purchased more than 10 trucks from this dealership, and as high as I expectations are . Stephanie was awesome to work with. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed there. At no point did I ever feel pressured during the purchase of my Expedition. Stephanie definitely made my car buying experience awesome! I highly recommend Stephanie and Marshall Ford!

Since I live out of state, this was not my go to dealer. I saw a truck online I wanted to look at. So called called them and let them know what time I could be there. The salesman I talk to was Tyler. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the truck. I test drove the truck and we were able to come to an agreement and I drove MY truck home. It would be worth your time to drive to Marshall Ford.

Utterly Surprising, I have not used Marshall Ford for over 7 plus years due to bad service and communication. So I went to different Ford dealerships within my area and found that they all could not give a damn about service or communication, plus were unable to fix recalls or even do a tyre rotation. Pretty pathetic by Ford Motor Company!! I heard that Marshall Ford had been purchased by the Chevrolet Dealer in Marshall, so I thought I would give them a try.Now I had several recalls on my 2019 F250 Diesel Super Duty truck which needed attention. I spoke to Diane, who is the service advisor, and told her of my needs on the recalls plus a service. She informed me of the costs and straight up asked if she could keep the truck for a few days, which wasn t an issue. Much to my surprise, Diane rang me every day on the progress of the vehicle. Everything was completed and so far no more issues, a far cry from the previous owners/service department. Well done Diane and yes I would go back again.

Tyler Self was my Salesman as well as an advisor! Can t say enough about him. For a young man, He knows his stuff. Answered every question I had with explanations to all of them without hesitation . I have been a customer with Marshall Ford for several years and purchased 3 or 4 vehicles. Never had a problem. They care about their customers. What a Team!!!

This has been the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. There are many great things to say about the staff at this dealership, too many to list. When arriving at the dealership the car just came off the truck and let's just say the jitters were there! It was a present for my wife and when I pulled into the driveway the expressions are priceless!!! Thank you Marshall Ford for making it happen, we will be back!!!!

I recently needed routine service and to take care of a safety recall. I ve been a customer at Marshall Ford for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that they have streamlined and vastly improved the way they take care of service customers. Way better than it used to be.

After being blown off 3 times trying to buy a new truck and many sketchy offers and dealings at Stanley in Gilmer. Being lied to and having my new truck left unlocked for the weekend at J.O. Williams in Gladewater plus not knowing or caring that I had removed it from their possession, and all the other sketchy things happening at these dealerships today.I placed a call to Marshall.The service department at Marshall Ford was more than grateful to attend to my vehicle. Even went as far as having the parts on ordered before even offering to set an appointment date. With 2 recalls, a 10k mile service, changed my plugs, and did the warranty work all in less than 4 hours. Something J.O. took 3 days to try to accomplish, and never reported the work they supposedly did.MARSHALL FORD, as long as they continue this kind of customer service, will be doing all my services from here on out!!To all of you, for your professionalism and your friendly nature...THANK YOU!!!

We were visiting Marshall, Texas from Indiana and we seen the truck from the highway and had to go look We test drove it and just had to have it. Not planning on buying a vehicle on this trip but with our salesman Tyler Self with all his help and suggestions, we drove back to Indiana in our NEW TRUCK!!!!! I highly recommend the Team and Tyler at Marshall Ford. Tyler absolutely was the biggest help he worked hard to get this transaction to go thru!!! I have a 2001 F250 with a 7.3 engine. I thought the glow plug had gone out in it so I took my truck to another dealership who I felt wanted to over charge me for the repair and said I needed way more items to be fixed than I actually did. So I drove the hour and 45 minutes one way to Marshall Ford and I'm glad I did!!.. The only thing wrong with my truck was a switch had gone out and needed replacing. Driving that hour and 45 minutes saved me $8,000. Thank you Marshall Ford you will be my go to for any repairs to my truck.

I Bought my wife an suv from this place the vehicle is great but the service was very shady. I have been calling them for over a week now to get a check from them but get a different story each time. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Doug is the most knowledgeable representative and provider in his industry. After having service done on Fords for more than 15 years I ve never experienced the satisfaction I experience here. NEVER WILL RETURN! Be extremely cautious with the service department! Long story short. Paid another shop to: Replace breaks/roters after Marshall Ford rotated tires an said breaks are fine. Full tune up, coil packs and plugs after Marshall Ford moved #3 to #4 and said all good. $$$$ they lost money for the lak of experience and knowledge!

Update: Worse experience in my life. My first review was about 4 months ago with that my transmission was not looked at. I finally got my transmission looked at, the part was on backorder (no fault on anyone). The part arrived the end of September. "They think it's this part but won't know for sure until they get into it". When I asked if it was safe to drive, I was told yes but " if the transmission goes out, it's covered under warranty, (insert laughfter from the service department guy Doug). Now it is January and still waiting for a repair date., which I was told a month ago that I was next. I get the run around, I leave messages and don't get a call back. I am feeling like they are waiting out the clock of my warranty so they can tell me the what they thought was the problem is not the problem and I no longer have warranty. The customers service of the service department is horrible. If you don't mind waiting for months driving around with broken parts, safety recalls that haven't been addressed yet, by all means, this is your place to go.And one more thing, I took my vehicle in for an oil change when asking to have my transmission looked at. The oil change was done quickly, however, a tire rotation was added, without me asking for it and charged for of course. I decided to do my next oil change at my regular place to be told that my filter wasn't even put back on, it was just sitting there. I honestly can't be the only or very few that has experience these issues.First post:I scheduled to have my transmission looked at. After 2 days,it was not looked at. I had to pick up my vehicle since a loaner car was not available and I can't depend on others for a ride. I was told it will be about a month before it would be best to schedule again. I would recommend that the service department give a better understanding and estimate of time so people can plan better.

Took my truck in for some mechanical work. Diane was great at keeping me updated the whole time the truck was there. The mechanics must be miracle workers because they got the job done in less than 3 days. Best experience I've had with ford since owing a ford truck.

4-14-23 had the F-150 in for oil change and their full service inspection. Doug got me in even though I was early, the service technician did a quick job and said all looked ok. Discussed the loose fog light and Doug set me up with an appointment to get that resolved. Very efficient and kind folks to do business withUpdate, once again Doug had a quick appointment for my truck service. He came out and discussed tire ware and informed me the truck was in good shops. Appreciate the personal attention
