Just bought a used service truck at the Marshall store. I dealt with Johnathan from start to finish. The truck was priced right and in good shape. The purchase on the dealer end was very smooth. My bank took forever to acquire funding, but Johnathan was very patient with both me and the bank until we got everything finalized. I will gladly be back to make more purchases in the future. Be very careful with this dealership dealt with Jonathan and purchased over the Internet. He assured me there were no check engine lights on the truck and that everything worked. Upon receiving the truck check engine light was on and mechanic said it needed new catalytic converter. I called him immediately and shared that it needed a catalytic converter, he told me that he would research it and he s sure that he had something laying around and wouldn t make it right. He has avoided all my calls and has never answered, or got back to me after that. Totally ghosted the customer and does not answer the phone yet. Their hours are published from 9 to 5 daily. Potential buyers beware I highly advise you go look at the truck and don t take their word as for the condition. Honestly, I don t understand how they can stay in business if they practice that kind of customer service.

I bought a used F550 from Dillon at Kar Nutts and honestly it was probably the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. The salesman told me every single high and low about the truck before I drove all the way out to Marshall, therefore I knew what I was getting into before I even left home which was very nice; a stark contrast to other dealers I've dealt with that try to hide critical aspects about the vehicle just to get you there. Dillon was very fair with the price of the truck and seemed to get on a personal level when it was time to negotiate final cost (again something not found with other dealers in the past). The truck itself is in immaculate condition given the miles on it, this seems to be theme with all the trucks on the lot as they all look to be in great shape. No doubt next time I go shopping for a work truck, Kar Nutts will be the first place I go and Dillon will be the first salesman I see. On top of my exceptional experience purchasing my f550, the salesman I dealt with is still in the United States military, proudly serving our country. Kudos to you sir and thanks again for treating me like a person instead of a dollar sign.

I bought a 2500 Dodge Ram. Easy people to deal with. Was happy with my buying experience. Only "complaint" is that they dont have have financing available in house.

I traded my 09 chevy impala with 218000 miles on it and got a 08 pathfinder with 125000 miles for 10,000 dollars...i would refer them to aniibodii
