Highly recommend working with Zach Hart - I purchased my ranger across state lines over FaceTime and Zach was incredibly responsive to my questions throughout the whole process. He took photos, videos, test drove it for me. In fact, Jack Rabbit made sure all req d maintenance was in order which they handled before the sale.Separately, the purchase process remotely went by smoothly working with Stephanie. She made sure all of the paperwork / docusign was in order. Again highly recommend if you purchase from another state or in-person. Cheers! Miguel Alvarez.

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!! Took my side by side to them 6 months ago because it was running on one cylinder. I also wanted a trade in value. The side by side ran when I dropped it off I drove it off the trailer.... On the receipt they gave me it showed I only approved 1 hour of labor ..... 6 months later they said it needed a wire harness. The wire harness was replaced so they say, along with 3 spark plugs, 2 fuel injectors, 1 ignition coil, 1 air box filter assembly. 400 dollars in labor... Like I said this is all done when the description was a diagnostic test and 1 hour of labor.... The air box was not even installed, they admitted that but I was still charged for it... We finally got the side by side back 3 days later after they said it would be delivered because it was not even put back together. We received the side by side in worst condition the when we dropped it off.... Not only does it not run like it should it does not even crank..... $1200 and they screwed it up even worse......

Jack Rabbit Offroad sold me my 2022 Polaris 1,000 XP Northstar Edition. They decked it out with Roof/Front & Rear Bumper/RockSlides/Bucket Lift. Our experience was great! The staff was very kind, and the overall experience was a pleasant one. A very family orientated and enjoyable. I ve very satisfied with their service and highly recommend anyone getting their next custom ATV from Jack Rabbit Offroad.

The staff is fantastic here! I picked up a kids RZR for a little boy in Montana and hauled it up there for him! I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff and their willingness to help in such an amazing situation!Pick up and delivery photos!

Whitney was great in sales. But once we starting dealing with the service side of business, I will just say that as a former service adviser, if I decide to purchase a new golf cart, it definitely will not be from Jack Rabbit. I have never seen a more incompetent service department. Our golf cart was there just short of 2 months, my email directed to service was never responded to. And a quote for $2000 for an alignment on a golf cart? Unbelievable! Our adviser when asked about the total of the bill, couldn t give an explanation I asked my dad about the maintenance on the new batteries installed he is 83 and didn t think to ask because he was so overwhelmed to hear it needed an alignment at $2000. So I will have to research the brand of battery to know when water needs to be added.

Was looking for good used bike and jack rabbit had what I wanted at the right price. Whitney was in point and very helpful and the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in any purchase. I highly recommend that if your looking for an utv that you check them out.super nice place with plenty if inventory and super great staff.i could give 10 stars I would.

Bought the 2nd day of an 8 day power outage after a storm. Day 5, it quit. Returned, said a part was defective & offered to repair. With our 30 day warranty, we wanted to return it, because it stopped working, not dependable. Even minus the 20% restocking fee, they refused a return. By the way, had we been patient & driven 30 min, we could have purchased a generator twice the power, half the cost. Poor business practice!

Everyone that I met Was very nice and willing to help even if they were not my salesman. The manager went over the top to make sure that I was happy before I left, My salesman Chris did The same y all have a very family oriented company.

My ATV was sent here from the old Polaris shop in Marshall. They tried to charge me >$600 just to pick it up. I had not authorized any labor or work to be done. They told me it needed an entire new motor that would cost $7,000, which I did not have at the time. They would not release it to me, so essentially my ATV was "stolen" by them. I now have the title and a lawyer, hopefully they still have it and will release it to the rightful owner and holder of the title.

Folks if you want HANDS DOWN the BEST experience of your life, it DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN JACK RABBIT OFF-ROAD. The Service is STELLAR and SUPERIOR than anything I have ever experienced before. The Finance Department is so easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable. The Owner/Management Team care about you as a person and a customer. I would give more stars to this business, but 5 stars is all it allows. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I have dealt with them multiple times and it just keeps on getting better every time!

Jack Rabbit has been a great experience. Starting with the showroom to financing and delivery of our ranger in 2019. Since our purchase we have added several extras that Jack Rabbit had not only advised us on but was very helpful with installation. We have had some slight issues like our radio button that their service team addressed immediately with replacement parts and even email directions. The top notch experience we received has led several family members and friends to purchase from them as well. Please understand that we have several buying options around and yet we still choose Jack Rabbit that is an (8) hour drive to the showroom. Happy Trails

I bought a go kart for my grandson and after a couple days noticed an oil leak. I brought it in and spoke to Erik about it and he said he would have it checked promptly. Erik called me the next day and said a transmission seal was leaking. Erik said he spoke with Hammerhead and they would coverit and send a new transmission. He told me I could pick it up and use it until the new transmission came in. Erik called when the transmission came in and said if i brought the kart in he would have it installed. I brought it in the next morning and he took it straight back to service and had the transmission installed in less than an hour. It was a pleasure dealing with Erik. Great people, great service. Thank you.

Have 3 Kawasakis and have been very pleased but know Polaris also has a strong reputation. Jack Rabbit dealership in Marshall on U S 59 was very helpful and just gave me the information I needed then allowed me to make my decision without to buy Polaris without any pressure. Jack Rabbit has remained as helpful with service as they were with sales. If Polaris builds as quality a product as the service I am receiving from Jack Rabbit I will be a repeat customer

I ve bought 3 side by side s from them over the last 3yrs got a 4th on order now, wouldn t go anywhere else. Great service and people.Update:My new side-by-side went down the day before I was leaving to go on a big ride. I called the service department to see if I could get it in and if they would be able to get it back to me before I left the next day. They said yes get it up there to them and they would get a checked out. A part in the clutch assembly had cracked the part to repair it wouldn t be in till the next week and there was not another one around. So they replaced the whole clutch assembly and belt that evening and got it back to me the next morning so I could make my trip. All on their dime.I can t say enough good stuff about their service department. They will definitely go above and beyond for you!

New to the area, my google search led me to Jack Rabbit Offroad. Service professional Karl Bush took the reins and made our experience a consumer's dream! His knowledge and professionalism is unsurpassed. We were also impressed by our pick up service. Nick was very thorough in securing our vehicle. We weren't home when delivery was made, I did receive a phone call and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and polite. We couldn't be more pleased! Thanks again Karl!

What a wonderful experience at Jack Rabbit Offroad! I spent two hours with Tiffany on Friday and she is simply amazing and was great with explaining everything to me with nothing hidden. The next morning my husband and I traveled to Marshall and bought a 1000 Polaris Ranger Crew. It was so worth the 2 hour drive. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying that wants to have a big selection, super friendly staff ,cost savings ,and a fantastic service dept you cant go wrong. Once we finalized all the paperwork our Ranger was ready with our accessories in 2 hours . They definitely know how to how to treat and take care of their customers!

Have been in the market for a new utility vehicle to make my forestry maintenance a little easier and save some miles on my road vehicle and started checking out side-by-sides. After doing a lot of research I settled on a Polaris unit, however all the dealers local to me were sold out (thank you coronavirus).Then one day I happened upon a youtube video for JackRabbit Offroad (JRO) who also advertised that they DELIVER. I got in contact with Stephanie and outlined what I was looking for and she took care of the rest. Turns out there is a LOT more customizations that can be had for a Polaris unit beyond the factory options, which make it WAY cooler and a LOT more useful for my purposes. Stephanie kept me updated throughout the build process, sending me pictures along the way to show how far along they were, which was very helpful.The entire process was smooth sailing, up until they were ready to ship it from their location in Texas to me in Maryland (thanks Hurricane Laura). No fault of JRO, just sometimes mother nature gets in the way. When the unit finally arrived, it was well worth the wait. If you're in the market for one of these, I highly recommend getting in touch with JRO.

Great buying experience! Miranda and staff provided friendly and helpful information, and made our purchase super easy. We even docusigned the purchase docs, so I never had to even visit the dealer. Super convenient during these Covid times, and busy holiday season. Jack Rabbit even worked with us to deliver our quad. Excellent all around, I highly recommend Jack Rabbit!

Found a Polaris General that I had to have and was contacted within minutes by Stephanie. She sent me pictures of the machine and priced it right off the bat. I was super happy with my deal and it was clean and ready for me when I went to pick it up. We love it ... Would send anyone to Jack Rabbit Off-road in the future!

Sales rep.Kae was quick with answers to all questions. Call, text and in person. Great attitude,sent pics of unit within 5 minutes still in box. Exactly what I was looking for. Unit assembled earlier than stated. Kae also requested two technicians and service manager to come up front and answer mechanical questions.All representatives of Jack Rabbit very friendly no pressure. I will recommend to others.Great experience! Thank you !Comparing to other dealer in farmers branch ! Wouldn t even send pics to start with.

I would like to thank kim and everyone at this dealership for there great service . I have a 2020 ranger 150 and it has been in the shop for 2 month with polaris unable to get the parts to fix it. They r on back order for another month or so.and after contacting polaris they directed me to this dealership in texas saying that they r the only one in the country that has this master cylinder for my kids ranger .I am from pennsylvannia and kim was more than glad to ship it to me. If I were from texas I would and do highly recommend this dealership from the service they provided to me . One again thank u kim

Karl in their service department absolutely took care of my Ranger and getting it in and out in a timely manner. Since I use my Ranger for work purposes, he was very quick to diagnose and repair and get my Ranger back out quickly. Highly recommend these guys for Polaris products and service!!

Great service, good pricing and even better people! Drove from MS to TX to pick up a used FLTRU, everyone was helpful. Bike was as described, maybe better and they helped us load it and sent us back with a couple of t-shirts to boot. Will do business with them again!

Jack Rabbit Offroad is a 5+++ Star,FIRST CLASS ATV center!!! Highly PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, and well TRAINED individuals at Jack Rabbit Offroad! A HUGE 'SHOUT OUT' to our Service Advisor, Karl Bush!!! He was our first person to meet us and took care of our needs in a very professional manner. We live in Atlanta/Queen City area and will drive to Marshall for all our future needs or service for ALL of our ATVs, we have 4-wheelers and a second side by side, so not only will our Polaris go to Jack Rabbit Offroad, but also our other different brand ATVs as well.KARL BUSH took care of our Polaris Ranger North Star with PROMPT service that was affordable too. Our Air Conditioning was not working and he saw to it to get it working. While our ATV was there he searched and had all recalls completed as well. He found a couple other issues and corrected them also. HANDS DOWN, this company and service they offer is just AWESOME! Will buy any future ATV purchases at Jack Rabbit Offroad!!
