I lived 4 hrs away from. Where my car got stuck I knew nothing about the area the lady over the phone was very sweet and Patient while I was trying to figure it out and they where very fast about getting it to where I needed it and the pricing is very amazing over all amazing services will use again and highly recommend

Professional, efficient and friendly service from Mr Morton who towed us all of the way back to Dallas. Drove carefully and stopped to make sure that everything was secured.AAA said the tow truck might be a while but we were on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you!

JRs is the best wrecker service in Marshall. The service the prices and the people that work for JR are great. I highly appreciate this company and will continue to spend my money here when I need wrecker services.

Prompt service exceeding my expectations. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and helpful to a new girl in town. I didn't catch his name, but he is veteran whom I owe my freedoms to. God bless that gentleman and this company for the assistance they gave me. I will definitely use this service again.

I call them about my car been on the side of the road, they said it would be 100 dollars to take it to my house , but they went and got it and took it to they yard when I asked why, they said because police also call about the car even tho I called first, they still took it, now they wanted 450 dollars to get the car. Sound to me like a scam!!! Please do not use this people or you will be in the same situation.

I highly recommend! AAA said they would be to me within an hour and it was maybe 25 minutes before they were there. Not only are they extremely nice and friendly they changed my tire super quick and got me off the side of I-20. I can t thank them enough!

Shawnee at JR s in Marshall was absolutely AMAZING! I was stuck on I-20 with a flat and she showed up quickly and had my tire changed in probably under 10 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend JR s for anyone looking for quality, dependable service.

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL...after Ashton Wreckers service had us waiting stranded for 5 hours, this super nice guy from JR's showed up within 25 minutes of when he was called to come from Marshall to Jefferson. So happy to see him and he hooked up and we were on our way. Would recommend to ALL who ask and will!!

Had a Corvette moved from Longview to Marshall and I know and have witnessed and prove pictures that the top roof was there, they told me that I was a liar and to sue them cuz there driver was telling the truth

BEWARE ..ON 7 - 19 - 19 .Took my truck to 701 cox rd. for paint & Body repair ... was taken for $500 cash by Devin Lee Francis .... Terrible Body Work.... plus another $700 damage to my truck .. lost of over $1300.00 Proved my case in small claims court , and Won , still no refund ...12- 27-19 . Beware ...
