Don't expect fast service. I called on July first. I now have a window on August 30th.I just looked at my records my first call was on May 2nd.Can anyone recommend a glass company?

Marshall Texas if you can avoid Harrison County Glass DO IT.They have a broking system. I have work with them for a while and them they call me because I have some over dues invoices that I they were my but they never send me the invoice and after 3 month or so they are charging this with no way to negotiate and I ask to speak with manager and this lady told that manager was not here.Just a bad way to deal with customer for when they are the ones that have a broking system. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

We had two thermopane windows broken by rocks from the lawn mower. I called Harrison County Glass for repair. The young lady said they were running a little behind, but someone would be out within a week or two for measurements and an estimate. They showed up the next day and we had an estimate two days later. The new windows came in and were installed today. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Harrison County Glass for any window repair or new installation.

We remodeled our master bath earlier this year and had Harrison Glass install the shower doors. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

We are definitely pleased with the treatment and concern we were shown, from the staff of Harrison County Glass. Everyone is very polite and courteous, from the office staff to the installers. I recommend this group of professionals to anyone who needs glass replacement.

Replaced front windshields on 2 vehicles. Did a great job and helped me out with logistics as I live outside of Marshall. They picked up and dropped off, even vacuumed before returning them. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The door to my business as shattered at closing time. They were there in 7 minutes to access the damage and had the entire door repaired in 25 minutes. Very fast. Excellent service.

The guy that came to measure for glass was rude and didn't even say goodbye. And they are back today to install the entire house with new glass and the same guy is here again and wouldn't even shake my hand, and was rude to my Mother and took him forever to acknowledge her. A MAN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS HIS WORD AND HIS HANDSHAKE, and it's all about "RESPECT" RIGHT? WELL ENOUGH SAID!!! Oh but now after the reviews he claims he is a classmate of mine, go figure lol.

Installed an obvious defective window that shattered, (less than 1 yr. old)and told the client it wasn't their fault??? It was due to temperature changes and made her pay again, for window replacement. They replaced a 29 yr. window May 2015 and this past week it shattered, less than a yr. old. Amazing how there hasn't been any temperature changes during those 29 yrs. She is a widowed senior citizen on a fixed income. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I had the rear window replaced on my wife's truck.Got great service and excellent work. Very friendly staff. I could not have been more pleased.

Ordered glass for shelves, they didn't bother to tell me it would be too thin for that application... When I asked to get thicker glass cut, they wanted me to pay for the other glass I couldn't use for ANYTHING!
