My experience with H & W has lasted for over 30 years. Lost count on how many machines. There s a reason for this HONEST COMMUNICATION and QUALITY PRODUCTS & SERVICE. Tried to shop around a couple of times only end up right back at H & W. The service department is sometimes a little slow BUT it s fixed right when I get it back. This assessment is made with little use of the service department over the years however. I do my own regular maintenance and my machines just haven t had many issues. H & W has earned the 5 star rating for me!

Came all the way from North MS topurchase my 2023 Can Am Pro XT. Randy took care of me throughout the whole process!! He is a good man. Did everything he said he would do and more. Was available by phone or texts from 2 weeks out and even after the purchase. The dealership was very impressive and the parts guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the drive and will certainly be my go to dealership for any other sxs as well as for my next duck boat purchase. Thanks for everything!!!

Where can I start, for starters shout out to Blake he made the ease of my purchase be the most easy and fast not to mention they took the time to wait for both my late arrival but really great full of their communication and patience, in all it was a great experience and will conduct any further purchase or business with this establishment they stay behind word by word and it shows.

I rarely leave reviews that are anything less than 5 stars. This one is only one star. I was assured by my sales person that I was in good hands with my purchase. I wasn t. The manager assured me (Kirk) that he would go through the tractor I was considering really well to make sure there were no issues. I was concerned with the amount of UV fading on the seat from sitting outside all season. There were not only issues-I ve made 3 payments and have driven the tractor ONCE. The dealership said they would deliver my purchase (Mahindra 4550) and after over two (to inspect and get ready ) weeks, I just went and got it. The salesman quit-and the manager or owner never took responsibility to help me. When I got the tractor home, warning lights popped on as soon as I unloaded it and I knew there were issues. The dealership not only didn t look at it, they just told me they did. The grease boots on the front were dry-rotted from being parked in the weather for almost a year! Fast forward 72 days and here we are stuck. The dealership actually came to get the tractor from my residence. Then called three weeks later with how are you going to come get this thing ??? I was told they would deliver it back. Another lie. I am picking up my tractor today. I needed a tractor-paid basically sticker for the thing-and got taken advantage of.Buyer beware of the Marshall location of this business. They have not followed through with any commitment. They will lie to you and not help when given multiple chances. I gave them 5 chances with multiple calls and texts to the manager to resolve. No resolution. I won t be back. I have contacted Mahindra as well.

Do not take a goldwing here for repairs. I have purchased 2 goldwings from H&W, the last one in 2019. I took it in with an electrical short related to wiring to radio. It took them 6 weeks to tell me I had to have a new radio. It took another 8 weeks to put in the new radio. All total, almost 4 months in the shop to replace radio. Very little communication unless I called. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from this place.

Had an issue with my Phoenix Boat. I work out of town so I contacted Randy and told him the problem. My wife took the boat in this morning and was treated great. The manager had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. And the Marshall store is not a Phoenix dealer. Great customer service!! Thanks

**UPDATE** Even having our unit in the shop an additional 10 days before we were able to and use it, I believe they are deserving of the 5 rating.We had to return the new unit to the dealer the first day we were going to use it because of an engine light. We are currently waiting to get it back and have been a little frustrated. So far Kirk the GM as well as Jeff and Zack in service have tried to ease our concerns while trying to resolve the issues with the unit.Randy went above and beyond to get us into our new side by side. I definitely recommend them!

I took my Goldwing trike in for a service and parking brake adjustment . They were able to take care of everything quickly and was very friendly. The prices were good. I will go back if I need work done.

I've bought 4 different products from them, 4 wheelers, Jet Skis etc. Their customer service is terrible. Recently trying to get my jet ski looked at and winterized I took it in and then after 2 weeks they told me their guy(who could work on it) was out an didn't know when he would return and my ski was outside so I had to go back and get it. They were not very helpful except for the young man who went and got it out of the yard. Playing music in the store with vulgar language, not listening to what I just told them, just seemed put out to have to deal with me, and I was not mad at that point. I took it somewhere else and within 30 minutes they had fixed the electrical problem and are now winterizing it and storing it inside for me. I will not be back to H&W. I will drive to Dallas before ever stepping foot in that place!

So Happy with Randy Carter at H&W Powersports in Marshall, Texas. I carefully researched several dealerships recommended before I purchased the Can-Am from Randy. The whole process was customer focused, engaging, and transparent. His knowledge of the unit and options, and approach to the buying process was outstanding. I drove 8 hrs because of their reputation, and they did not disappoint. Dropped off at 9, got back next morning. Impeller, compression check, lower unit seals. Now I'm fishing.

Called twice on 12/19 to get prices on several atv s. Talked to two different people in sales and was told to let them go out and see what they had and they would call me right back. Never got a call back. Had a check signed and ready to buy but instead stayed local and got way better service and the atv I wanted! A simple call could have had you guys an easy sale!!

He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some helpful information . He was very professional. I am new in the area. I just found my new place to go for all my powersport needs.

Was very easy to purchase over the phone. Paper works was super fast. Overall very friendly staff. Only negative is follow up. I ve had questions about my purchase and salesman is slow at getting back unless a call back or text. I would recommend a little better knowledge of some products. But that being said, I would shop there again.

My bike was at your business since July 14 2023 for rear brake problems...was advised in August of the problems and given the ok to repair it after several months of being given the runaround it was finally completed in late December it upset me about the time-line so I decided to pick it up at my convenience.

We were very disappointed. We went ahead and bought the extended warranty expecting it to be worth it. Drove the 4 wheeler 50 miles for the "breaking in" period thinking the spitting and sputtering was just the new kinks needing to work themselves out. After we filled up the tank and it was just getting worse and running hot we took it in. The salesperson himself said they had a problem with their pumps and they had been putting bad gas in them recently. So when they said it was bad gas they charged us (tried to charge $130, but we ended up only paying $85) for the bad gas THEY claimed they put in it. But because we didn't immediately bring it back to them was why they charged and we continued to drive it and put more gas in it. That is a 2 hour round trip on a 4 wheeler that had never been driven off the lot! Needless to say we were not satisfied whatsoever with this experience. When I mentioned what the salesperson had said at the pay counter they never acknowledged any fault.

FAILURE TO DISCLOSE POOR CONDITION OF BOAT RESULTING IN UNWARRANTED TRAVEL EXPENSESThe condition of the boat was completely mis-characterized and mis-represented by the Salesperson, Bill. I was deceived by omission of the flaws with and poor condition of the boat. I asked specifically about scratches or repairs to the fiberglass, and the condition of the seats. He stated how good the condition of the boat was and emphasized how clean it was and how he wanted to buy the boat himself. No flaws of any kind were communicated at any time or shown in pictures. Basically it was represented as being in top condition. I would never have made the long distance trip to the facility had any of the several major flaws with the boat been disclosed.Some of which but not limited to being:Major repair work and discoloration of the fiberglass at the bow seating area at the starboard side.Major repair work and discoloration along with a current crack of the fiberglass on the starboard side.Major damage and disconnect of the front tow hook plate.Large crack in the fiberglass at the ladder.General uncleanliness of the boat including but not limited to worn and mildewed condition of the seats. (They hadn't even cleaned the boat for sale)Poor carpet condition including large tear in rear of carpet.Inability to show boat in good working order. (Couldn't even test drive the boat or turn it on because both batteries were dead)Again, had any of these disclosures been made I would not have wasted time or money in further pursuing this boat.To add insult to injury I had to obtain my own financing as H&W failed to provide competitive terms. This resulted in initial cancellation of trip (costing approximately an additional $300) due to extra time and complexity of obtaining my own personal loan.I feel H&W completely misrepresented the poor condition of this boat by failing to disclose, and therefore should be responsible for reimbursement of my travel expenses ($1083.36) which were incurred under false pretenses.As an additional note about the level of professionalism here, while I was trying to leave and confirm my hold deposit was going to be refunded, the salesperson was nowhere to be found for over ten minutes. Another employee confirmed he was in the bathroom.Response from GM Kirk Webb and ownership was their salesperson did nothing wrong.Boat is still for sale BTW for full asking price. I wouldn't have even paid half in the poor condition it's in. Buyer beware!!!

Customer service was a joke because we didn't buy a overpriced battery they brought at out on forklift dropped it off by trailer and with a broken wrist I had to load the atv alone while they sat and talked

Kirk, GM, and his staff allows take great care of me. I bought two jet skies from them during Covid. The first one was used and hard a wiring issue that kept showing up. They continued to honor the sell by working on it multiple time for free. I finally asked Kirk to trade it for a new jet ski. He was more than fair. I just had problems with an older ski. They repaired it and followed up when ready. Love doing business with people who respect that I m spending hard-earned money with them!!!

These guys are phenomenal. Got my banshee in and out quickly and it s perfect. These guy will have my business for a long time coming. Service manager was friendly and easy to work with, and the guys in the shop were top notch.

I went here to see about purchasing a sport bike. We had to ask for help and also after filling out an application we sat there for along time waiting. So finally I said let's go I guess we weren't the rite race to get service. African Americans have good jobs too.

You did good work but walking in to pickup my 4 wheeler and being told it was $450.00 was a little shocking without a warning what needed to be done ahead of time.
