We had our first experience with the fine folks at Expert after the recent hailstorm. My husband's F350 looked bad. When we dropped the truck off we were greeted with friendly smiles. Each interaction throughout the entire ordeal was wonderful. The truck looks new (and was even completely detailed when we picked it up). We then dropped off my new Bronco to have the hail damage fixed and the same results - great people, great work! Thank you.

I took my vehicle in to Expert Collision Center today to get my broken taillight fixed because of hail damage. And, to get my headlights cleaned so they would shine better.I am very pleased with their work.

Over the past year, my family has relied on Angela and the entire Expert Collision team on two occasions. And I assure any reader - they did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. From experience, the best part - they handled everything behind the scenes with the insurance companies lessening a stressful situation and transitioning it to totally stress free. Had major damage on my front drivers side fender. Lots of sensors were messed up also. Got my car back a couple days early, and the work looks great. And all the sensors are working well too. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Looks nice.

They did some work on my truck that involved removing the rear window. When reinstalled it leaked. Took it up there and one of the workers recreated the leak with a cup of water. Dropped it off for them to remove the back glass and re glue it. Got it back and the tint was scratched and looked like they fingered some silicone around the spot that was leaking. The window still leaks and when it took it back up there to show them the owner was argumentative about the scratches on the tint and saying that they didn t do anything to the window because they couldn t make it leak.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service at Expert Collision on 59 in Marshall!!!! They were able to remove glass in a door hatch panel that no one had previously been able to do. The staff is friendly and professional. They have great communication during the repair process and their service is prompt. I highly recommend this business.

Someone hit my car in Walmart parking lot and didn t even leave their name or number. I was so upset, but my insurance company said use whoever I wanted to make the repairs. I chose Expert Collision on Highway 59 in Marshall. They were extremely nice and very attentive to my needs. I got my car back today and it is beautiful. The body work is great. They even went the extra mile and detailed my car. They really made me feel special and important. If you need body work done on a vehicle, choose Expert Collision. They worked on my son's car. This was his first experience with having to use insurance to repair a car. This place and their workers were all great with answering all my questions and not getting upset with my calls. The work was great and finished in time frame that was given.
