This is the best alignment center in the nation as far as I m concerned. Hard working, friendly group of guys. Balance and true tires on the truck! They do complete suspension work and do a great job. We have been coming here for years. Thank you to Rick and all the guys.

These guys did a great job. I had just had a bunch of front end work done on my cascadia and went In For steer tires. The alignment they did was better that what I got at freightliner. The truck rides so much smoother. They have a waiting lounge. And they also let you use the company truck to go eat while your waiting. Very friendly staff. A bit pricy and took a long time but like I said they did a great job

Came in with trailer problems these guys busted their tails got me done in a day and a half bout 3 days worth of work highly recommend these guys thanks for everything

Greatest service ever , Rick is the man .. I really like there work , they made me feel like family. I drove the truck and it s freaking awesome. I live in San Antonio Tx and let me tell you there s nothing like this back home.

Our broke down in Marshall. Luckily, we were a little over a mile away from ETTA. They were able to diagnose our issue almost immediately. This was on a Friday afternoon. They promised they d get things started on repairs Monday afternoon. Monday morning they called me with an estimate and had everything taken care of mid-afternoon. These guys take pride in what they do and serve their customers well. They were a life-saver for us!

Awesome shop! My truck had a pretty bad shake between 45-55, and pulled pretty hard to the right. These guys got me fixed right up. Truck drives awesome now. Super friendly and let me know the cost and an estimate how long everything would take. They are known for doing good work so they seem to stay pretty busy. Call a week in advance.

All I can say is wow wow wow, 1st of all I been meaning to come here for the longest but had loads to Dallas and Florida and with their busy schedule it was hard and a huge factor. Somehow the good spirit led me here and I was stubborn on having them only work on my truck from all the reviews plus the best for trucks are in Texas (and we all know that haha). Rick, Randy and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my alignment. It wasn't so bad as I thought thanks to their honesty. I expected the worse and nope all it was, rotating my front steers and straightening out my steering wheel. They were busy as usual but worked my way in and had me out of there happy in 3 hrs. I love this whole team, God Bless them all and if your a trucker this place is HIGHLY recommended.Their in Marshall, Texas off Interstate 20 exit 617 just head south half a mile look to your your left. I will be back for a free alignment check soon thats for sure :) Happy safe travels yall !

The guys here are awesome Rick and his whole crew helped me find a bounce I been chasing for past 2 months on my truck and got me in on short notice aswell. Nothing negative to say about ETTA they are top notch in my book if it was possible I d give them 10 stars easy. Will only take my truck here for any suspension issues or tire work. Keep up the great work guys. The customer service is on point.

My husband and I were on our way home to Arkansas and we broke down with a flat tire in front of their shop. Even though we were in a car they helped us out so much! They went and got a tire for us and put it on! If it wasn t for them it would ve been so difficult for us to get home. I can t thank them enough for how much they blessed us today!

These folks did a great job on my truck. 3 axle alignment, true and balance steer tires and even replaced a bad u joint they found. My truck has never driven better. Customer service is awesome. They keep you posted on what's going on. They notify you of any delays or other problems they may have located. They don't just bring your truck into the shop and slap an alignment on it. They actually check all of the suspension, driveline etc. Anything that may cause shakes or vibration. They even offered to buy me lunch or let me use a company vehicle if I needed to. Will for sure use these folks again and will pass along a good word to anyone I know. Thank you East Texas Alignment.

Seem very knowledgeable. Very kind, and welcoming staff, really nice waiting lounge. Able to get tractor, and trailer aligned. They also sell tires. They take time to explain things. I feel I m in great hands !! Will definitely be back.

These guys are the best Aligment shop I ve ever been to. I run Michelin tires on my truck and they showed me that they were out around. after they tured them check the front in alignment set the Castor. She runs straight down the road no pulling left or right. I highly recommend the shop to anybody.

I don t often need an alignment on my truck, but when I do East Texas Truck Alignment is the only people that touch my truck.This shop is master class!
