I drive a tow truck and on Easter Sunday I had a customer with a tire issue. On the way to pick up my customer I saw Eagle Tires was open and stopped to ask if they could help. Even though they were rolling in the tools getting ready to go, (almost 5), they waited for me to pick him up and took care of my customer in desperate need. They were there when we needed. I will be checking them first when I have someone else needing help.

Independence this is where you want to go. There's nobody around for 40 50 miles, but if you can limp your way into eagles tire shops, these guys have more than enough recaps used new tires to help you with your RVs. Your cars, your Sammy's trailers you come alongs the pretty reasonable. They're fast! Expeditious so if you're in Marshall this is the place to be. Save yourself some money, come out there and talk to them

They are selling defective Chinese brand tires. They might look good but there not. I bought eight semi tractor tires from these guys for 2900.00 and as soon as I pulled off I can feel my truck shimmering and shaking. I returned to let them know about the bad tires that they put on my truck. They claimed it was the air pressure. They didn't put enough in it and that they didn't tighten the lugs. I text drove the truck anyway to see and it was even worse. He then wanted to charge me an extra 200.00 to replace the bad tires he put on. Do not go here to purchase any kind of tires. There's another tire shop just north of about 100yard on the right. They do not honor their warranty

We had a popped tire while on a road trip, so I called ahead to see if they could replace it. Once we got there, they said we didn't need a new tire and patched ours in 15 minutes. Fast and honest guys.

We were traveling home from Dallas to St Louis Missouri when we got a flat tire just outside of Marshall on Sunday evening. Stop at Eagle at 7 am the next morning and was on the road by 7:30 am. They were great and very reasonable. We highly recommend them.

My son had a blowout on I-20 while driving back to school in Baton Rouge. Eagle Tire stayed open to help him once we could get him towed to their shop. Guys were honest, fast, and very accomodating.

I got my 18-wheeler tires here. This place has SNAP finance. It was convenient at the time because I didn't want to spend my own money. But I must warn you that SNAP Finance is a very high-interest rate program if you don't pay it off before the interest kicks in. It's robbery for someone that doesn't read the terms and agreement.

Very fast and courteous service! I was even shown a bald spot on another tire, but was pushy like he was trying to "upsale" tires. He explained that he has been on the customer side where he left the tire shop and had a flat on a dif tire that could have been avoided. Great place for tires!

I called and asked if they had wheels and tires for my car. They told me they did and gave me a price. When I got there an hour before they were supposed to close, they had already locked up and left. So I was stuck in Marshall on my way to Missouri. When I called them again the next day they were opened, the guy who answered the phone had an attitude and laughed while saying that nobody said they had my tires for the price they had quoted me. He gave me a price 3� higher than before. So my impression of this run down shack is they're lazy and dishonest. Economy Tires right down the road hooked me up fast and for an excellent price. I definitely don't recommend these guys. Save your time and money, go to Economy Tire.

Went there ask could they check my tires on trailer. They added air. I said thank you. When pulling out of the drive way I notice one of there employees been a smart a.. by waving his hand like get up out of here. Stop my truck and told him I never ask for air for free. I would have paid if the would have told me what I owed. The guy was rude and I d not recommend them to anyone. I lift two dollars and told him I don t need anything for free but don t be rude to your customers.

Everything was going great. I bought 1 used tire. I was happy. I bought 2 more used tires. I was even more happy. I bought a 4th used tire. Not so happy. I don't even know if the last one I got will pass inspection.When I can afford it, I will relegate the 4th purchased to spare tire status. I will probably get the replacement somewhere else. I guess you could say I'm 75% satisfied.

I paid $50 to have my BMW tires balanced and rotated. Originally I was told $35. My car drove perfectly fine before then. The steering wheel now shakes when I go above 40 mph. I bring it back to them and the gentleman that is not the owner tells me there is no warranty and they will not re do the balance. He told me I would have to take my car to the place that I bought my tires from because my tires are bad and that it s not his machine. Sorry, but this is not true. My tires are new. My car drive perfect until I had them balance it. I have been using them for 2 years now and so has my boyfriend & daughter. This is bad customer service and for them to not stand behind their work is theft. Neither one of us will be going back here again. If you chose to go here then go with caution because they do not stand behind their work.

We had a blow out on our camper with 300 miles left to go. It was closing time for these guys. They did not hesitate, got us in and out in less than 15 minutes with 4 new tires very reasonably priced. I highly reccomend this place.

October 25,2022I was driving home I noticed something in the road . I tried to go around it but I couldn't I ran over.I messed up my right rear tire. I GOOGLED Tirer shop's in Marshall Eagle came up I called (what time do you close )7:00 it is 5:45 I explain to him what had happened (he asked me do you want us to wait) I am like thank you I get there about6:15 I get out we are closing I said I called you earlier WE ARE CLOSE I said I called earlier WE ARE CLOSED and started speaking in Spanish to his co- worker then said to me the shop on the counter of TRAVIS and 59 you can go there they're open I said to him I drove here on a HOPE and a PRAYER and to be treated like NOTHING you said you were open til 7 there a Tirer shop's at the light on the left hand side they are open I told him I was going to write a review he acted as if he didn't care so here it is REMEMBER we all work hard for what we have treat people the way you want to be treated

Called to get a quote of changing a couple tires on a motorhome...was quoted $75. Got here it was $95. Then all of a sudden it increased to $110 to remove lugnut covers (caps) when my truck driving/truck company owner boyfriend literally showed them that you can just pop them off with a screwdriver. Avoid this place unless you wanted to be treated as if you know nothing about tires (even though you buy your company tires from the same place that this guy does). Avoid this place if you don t wanna be ripped off.

Lost a tire to a nail 500 miles into a trip with 200 miles to go. These guys patched the tire and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes for $15. Incredible service and good guys.

My daughter had a blowout on I20 and we were able to purchase a rim and tire here. When the tire didnt fit her car we returned it the next day and was given a full refund. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service! We stopped through on our way home to Arkansas in the rain at 5 on Memorial Day and these guys fixed us up and had us on the road in no time. Thank you for your amazing service and friendly staff.

Came to remove the vibration on the wheels. They took the money, but the vibration remained ... The rubber is good, the rims are good, but the vibration remains. Draw your own conclusions.

Rude, and disrespectful people. Trying to up sell everything. Suddenly a 35 tire change they wanted 300. Go to the other tire shops in town.

This shop can t be trusted and the owner doesn t respect the customer he was mad bc i refused to put on two tires that have bubble and holesAnd they can see this but if the customer found that they will get mad and change it if not the customer will be in dangerThe worst tire shop I don t recommend anyone to go there if your life is important for you

Tires that I bought are nice but they completely botched the ballots had to get rebalanced in my state Indiana
