10.3.2022 Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!! Randy and Scott are amazing!!!! They installed a new spindle on my semi trailer. They were already finished work for the day, but when they heard of my emergency they came. They worked late into the evening and made sure that I was good to go. These guys are very professional and actually listen to the customer. Believe me when I say, Randy knows his stuff ! If you ever need a spindle repaired, these are the guys you want on your team. Thanks!StevenService: Steering & suspension repair

I have used Axle Surgeons of Northeast Texas over 20 times in the 7 years we have been in business. I have always been more than satisfied with the service, and ALWAYS have been tremendously impressed with the workmanship. He is the only person we would even consider using. I see on a previous review a complaint about workmanship, that review must have been written on the wrong business, especially if the reviewer has any experience in fabrication or welding. I would put Mr. Stine's welding and fabrication skills up against anyone in that field. His integrity is beyond question, and if a customer was ever not satisfied (which should be never) he would do whatever is necessary to correct the issue. I can not speak highly enough of this business.

This company came to Stonewall,Louisiana to repair My rear end. When I got to the Chevy dealership where my truck was at I looked at the Craftsmanship of work that this company left behind. The welds had holes in them. The integrity of the weld was not sound so therefore I wasn't going to approve the repair. I have been in the welding industry for over 25 years. After rejecting the repair and contacting the company. The Technician didn't like the fact that I called him out on poor Craftsmanship. He was gonna put my life and families life at stake behind some bad weld that he made. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I have a new heavy haul trailer that I took to my local shop for it's initial service, and to retorque the suspension after break-in. 215 miles after I left, I was on the side of the road with my first axle passenger side on fire. Either the mechanic didn't put enough oil in the hub cap, or the hub cap wasn't tight and the oil leaked out causing the bearings to fail. I was headed to load a superload the next day on a very tightly scheduled move involving several cranes and two other trucks, and I was dead in the water. A shop near where came to a stop found the damage had ruined the axle spindle as well as all the other parts on that wheel end. To save the customers schedule, the decision was made to see if the axle spindle could be replaced somewhere along the path towards the shipper, and that's how I came to meet Randy Stine at Axle Surgeons in Marshall, Texas. Randy heard my predicament and arranged to meet me as soon as I could get to him. I chained that axle up and headed to Marshall arriving a little past 5pm. Randy was waiting for me with the shop doors open. I backed straight in and he went to work. A little over 5hrs later I was on the road, completely repaired and made it to the shipper that next morning. A day late, but in time to load and save the project.I could not be more impressed with the professionalism Randy displayed. In his demeanor, and the level of workmanship employed. There are still craftsmen in this world, Randy Stine is one of them.Service: Steering & suspension repair
