The person I spoke with about my power steering not working said he could look under the hood if my check engine light was on. I told him my check engine light is on but, it has nothing to do with my power steering. He looked under my hood. I thought he was going to check the fuse but, he was looking for where to put power steering fluid. My car has electronic power steering.

Haven't spent much time in Auto Zone because I've got better service in the past at the other stores in town BUT I found myself at Auto Zone on 2/19/24 and the woman working at 9am is the best customer service representative I've dealt with in a long time. She knew where the parts were that I needed and was super friendly. I'll make another trip up there for sure

A hub on our kayak trailer went out on our way home from Caddo Lake. We limped it into the AutoZone parking lot. Tamara and the other employees at this location were very nice and helped get us the parts and tools we needed to get the trailer back on the road.

this is the second time I have been here this year and Kanron was the best. Very respectful, concerned, helpful, and I can't say enough about his service and appealing personality. THANKS KANRON. I am so sorry if I spelled his name wrong.

Once upon a time long LOOONG ago there once was a part store we could depend on...lol!!! Now they're parts are defected. They're service sucks. They're prices may or may not be higher than most I can't really say because I have trouble seeing them from O'Reilly's!!! Just saying

The "assistant manager" Michael J was extremely rude. I have shopped there for years and we have always had amazing service. This left such a bad taste in our mouths that we will never shop in there again. He didn't want to help find the part we needed. He didn't even attempt to help. He "suggested" we go somewhere else to be helped because he didn't have time. Absolutely does not belong working with the public.

Sorry place now.Don't keep parts on shelf'sWant you to pay now for ordering parts that should be on shelf?Like break pads for 2013 Camaro? It's a relatively new car? Not like a 69 Camaro or a 59 Impala ?

Very clean store and its easy to find what your looking for. It is very slow getting to check-out.Update: So after my visit today I took my rating to 1 star. The reps working here are a joke! Young skinny little dude up there doesn't even know how to look up parts. And the woman the was working today is an even bigger joke. When I walked in there was no greeting. I walked in behind a a young man I'm guessing was coming on to his shift. There is a woman standing at the counter just answering calls. None of which were very long. The guy is having a hard time finding the part I needed . He is walking around looking at everything on the shelf and he comes back and says we don't have that part. I tell him it says online that it is available in store. I then asked him if he could ask for assistance to find the part and he tried but the lady straight told him not to ask her.

Went in to get a $39 dollar battery, fully expecting it to be $59. Oh hail no, these greedy jackalopes wanted $180 dollars for a pint sized AGM for a sub compact rice burner. Corporate greed knows no bounds.

Easily the most rude and least knowledgeable employees I ve ever met. They were super rude and entirely unwilling to help find anything. The girl was sitting at the counter mouthing and playing on her phone and the other employee didn t say much but also was unwilling to help. Won t be going back ever.

No one asked me if I needed help or were interested in helping me.DriWent across the street to O'reilly's, they were happy to help me. Bought timing light, battery, radio, speaker's, tie rod ends and break pads.

This place is a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I will NEVER go back to this place. The service absolutely sucks!It seems, ever time I went in there a sales rep would NOT know enough to help me solve my vehicle issues and would wind up costing me more in damages than I already had before I pulled into the parking lot.The last time I was in there, I had a MAJOR issue with one of the young reps. While having this issue, with plenty of witnesses, there were 5 other men in the store trying to change one (1) lightbulb in the exit sign above the front door. Most of them looked and were dressed like managers. Yet, no one in that store helped me in this situation. Even the manager of the store. O'Reilly saved my day and fixed everything I needed help with and did it without hesitation and did it within a tiny fraction of the time it took AUTOZONE to screw ever thing up.

Not a good experience. Received the wrong piece and upon return I had to get a refund and pay again for the correct piece. They were the same price and an exchange would have worked.

Employees need to pay closer attention to detail. My husband & I had a very hard time switching out our suspension since the ball joint press kit they gave us was drastically incomplete

Forgot to put my oil cap back on in Houston TX and discovered it in Marshall TX on our way to Arkansas about 8:30 pm Friday night....they didn't have the cap for my car, but worked with us to jerry-rig a gasket in the opening and got us back on the road. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This could have been a disaster but they saved the day!
