Can not thank Eric enough! He came out and got us out of a small creek we underestimated. He came quickly, was very kind, very affordable, and got us on our way. We are so greatful! If you ever need a tow in Marshall give them a call.

Rusty and his dad were AMAZING!! Our truck broke down while we were towing our fifth wheel. The service they gave was above and beyond. They made a bad situation better. Can't thank them enough.

Broke down on exit ramp in Kilgore. TX. Found these guys on the truck down app. Always leary when you have to call forrepair and towing,, thinking you might get gouged. No worries with these guys. Fairly prompt response,, towed us to their shop and let us sleep the night. Once it was determined that it was a Volvo proprietary problem,, towed us to the nearest volvo shop for repairs. The bill was very reasonable, and I can't say enough a out Brandon. He was very personable, professional and very knowledgeableNever want to meet these guys, but this was a pleasure. Highly recommended if you need them

Truck broke down they came and towed me to their shop.It was minor they fixed it for 680 including the tow.They communicate well and we re very helpful

Broke down in Jefferson Texas. Was told 45 minute wait. Still on side of road 3 hours later. Still no one here! These guys bait you to keep the job, then do other road calls. Called into their dispatch, the lady says I should see him any minute. That was over an hour ago. Really poor way to conduct business. Thing is, if they told the truth, I could have called someone during normal working hours.UPDATE: For the record you were told exactly what my problem was and what part to bring, which was a quick release valve for my tractor on my semi trailer unit. When your man arrived he had the correct part, which you can get for less than $100 and you charged us $458 for a total charge of over $700. It took your technician 20 minutes to put the valve in and you charged us over 3 hours. You charged us for the time it took your guy to get there! Your shop is located 18 minutes away from where I broke down just north on route 49. There was no discussion of towing whatsoever. Hours later, your technician finally texted me, making the excuse that he couldn't find me. I told him exactly where I was and asked him to call me and I would fully explain where. Why didn't he call me? We use Penske logistics to pay the bills and you are now on their watch list. You will probably be hearing from them if you've not already. You know exactly what the facts are, but yet you choose to reply like you're the good guy just get it on the record. Everything you replied with is a lie, people beware. Bet you really glad now that you made that story up aren't you?

Agreed to the tow minimum of 2 hours because I needed help and they were readily available to get us out of a bind.Actually charged me a few dollars less when invoiced.And decided to have their shop replace the clutch, flywheel, assembly .... Cost was reasonable (didn't price the parts myself, but the Labor Charge was a fair rate for the job at a mechanic's shop IMO)Even went ahead and got Inspection done. Office ladies were friendly & quick to help (especially taking the money )DEFINITELY RECOMMEND from this experience.

We had a trailer broke down late in the day and was able to contact Action. They answered the phone right away, identified the correct part and was able to get a part sourced and delivered for the following morning. By 9am we were up and rolling. Was traveling from northwest AR to Houston, Tx and my truck broke down. My 3yr old and I were stranded 30 miles north of Marshall and the wrecker, Eric, was willing to tow us all the way to Houston. Saved us a lot of time and money in the end because of his generosity, highly recommend this company and thank you Eric!!!

Fast, fair and affordable. I took my truck in for ABS and wheel speed sensors, and they were much cheaper than expected. Really awesome place. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival I loved it. Solid service. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Especially Ryan, personally, I love this guy, very gracious and kind. I will definitely come back if I feel like needing service in that area. Highly recommend this place.

I called them at 12am broke down with a load of cattle on I 20. I had special needs that were quickly addressed. They sent one truck to pull the cattle to a safe location and another to tow the truck. When the shop opened on Friday morning they quickly diagnosed what I needed which was a turbo that no parts houses had in stock. The shop foreman knew of a place 60miles away and found me an turbo. They sent a truck to get it and then had to go back again 60 miles for a charge air cooler. They actually stayed late to get me out so I would not have to spend the weekend broke down. No one gives that kind of service and they helped me out a bunch with the bill. Their prices were more than reasonable and they fixed it right. If you break down anywhere around Marshall use them you will be glad you did. Thanks action towing.

Really good service and I thought the rates were quite reasonable. Our driver, Josh, was just as nice as could be, professional, and he knows his business. I hope his boss appreciates him because Josh is the kind of employee I would want representing my business.I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone but she was very pleasant. They helped turn a very unpleasant surprise (a dead starter and a nearly 40 mile haul) into an all in all good day. Now, that's saying something in my book. I highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Great Service! Called to get my semi towed. I was given a price immediately and was very reasonable. Driver was very friendly and made sure he had my semi truck chained down securely before he towed it to the shop. Highly recommend!

I do NOT recommend!!! They lied about almost everything or at the very least misinformed then blamed it on someone else. Not sure what their game is but will never do business with them again. Their incompetence caused me to lose my vehicle along with some valuable personal property.

After AAA let us down i started calling locally and found these guys! This place had great service. From the phone call to the end. We were from out of town and had a blowout. They said they would be there in an hour. Took 20 minutes!! Then the tire place they recommended got us done in a flash. We blew a tire and had a new one within 90 minutes of calling. The driver was a sweet guy and was very helpful. So glad we called. Cannot recommend this company enough.Service: Car towing

Friend of mine was stranded on the interstate when her car broke down. They quickly got her off the interstate and let her and her kids wait at their shop in the middle of the night till i was able to go get them from there. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Was towing a uhaul from SC to Abilene, TX. After crossing into TX my transmission gave out just outside of Marshall, TX about 12am at night. Action towing had the best customer service both over the phone and in person. Tj showed up and towed our car and our uhaul trailer to a hotel in Marshall until we were able to get work done on the transmission and even came back to help us reattach the uhaul trailer for no extra charge when we were ready to continue on our way. Would recommend them to anyone in the area!Service: Car towing

Took my commercial truck in for inspection and guy refused to inspect it because it had tint on the windows and he wanted me to take it off. The tint on my windows meets the state criteria for commercial vehicles and has passed multiple inspections by D.O.T. so without even testing with a meter that they are supposed to use he eyeballs it and says it wont pass. Not pleased with wasting more of my day to find a better inspection station with a better set of eyes and better understanding of the states regulations.

My kids and I were stranded in the middle of no where early Sunday morning. He came to get us in a very timely manner, and went over and beyond for us!! We felt very comfortable and safe. Best I have EVER experience!! Especially thanks to Jeffery and Jerry where one picked up where other one left. Got towed to one place couldnt help so ended up being towed from Longvirw to Bossier City, LA. Both men were VERY friendly and professional!!! These guys were great. Good wrecker service and mechanic shop. Friendly service. We broke down bad and they were able to get us back on the road the next day. Helped us find a close hotel and took us to and from the hotel. Kept us up to date on the work in progress. Reasonable rate. Glad we found them.
