0/10 would definitely not recommend the car was still had mud all over it from the accident the paint is peeling off my wheel and air bag light comes on and will not fix I definitely do not recommend them! We had hail damage from March of 2023, I took our vehicle to get an estimate and was told it would take a minute to get parts in and that was fine. Finally they called me that the parts were in but once I took the truck, they realized they had made a mistake where the correct parts were not ordered and that they had to order additional parts as well that took over three months to come in. That was fine too. Finally they had the necessary parts and my husband wanted additional work on his truck that we paid out of pocket for. They had to correct the paint job because when they pulled the dents out from the truck they left residues and had my husband not inspected it, they would have left it like that. My husband was the one in contact with the manager, Jon Shell, while he stated he did not see the issue with the paint, but after my husband repeatedly pointed it out, they were able to fix and my husband was happy with the work. The only thing left was to change the emblems on the truck which had already been discussed. They contacted my husband that the vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and before I inspected it, I went ahead and paid the $3,670 on the separate job on top of what the insurance had paid that was $26,000. They had not changed the emblems as my husband and Jon Shell had agreed on nor placed the emblems taken off the drivers side to paint the door back on. Jon Shell stated he would not change them out because of the paint job nor would he place the emblems taken off by them back on. He was rude and undermining to my husband using curse words and stated that since everything was paid he would not touch the vehicle nor would he offer warranty for anything. The ladies in the office were polite when I went to pick up the truck but when I went inside after noticing the emblems, I got an attitude and not one soul offered a polite word. If an establishment is not able to do what the costumer is wanting, they should be upfront about it. They should not say they are able to do it and then turn around and do something else and then be unprofessional and impolite when they are questioned and be so undermining to their costumers. I left feeling belittled and unhappy with the attitude and service given. Employees need to make sure they are treating everyone with respect, dignity and being professional. I hope it wasn t our race that impacted the way they treated us. I understand the customer is not always right but I think an establishment should have different ways to handle conflicts and come up with solutions instead of just washing their hands off the problem of unhappy costumers especially with the job being an almost $30,000 job.

If y all happen to find yourself in need of auto body repair this is the place you want to go. They are all so customer friendly and honest!!!! They honor their work!!! That kind of integrity is rare but I can tell you have it it triplets! And the enterprise next door is equally as amazing. Thank you Kate for all your help.

Did an excellent job on my mustang. They took some deep scratches out of the body of my new car. The paint match was perfect and I can t even tell. Service was excellent. I would recommend anyone to go there.

I requested a quote to repair previously repaired damage (by another shop). A week later set up an appointment to have work done. Caitlin in the office was super professional & helpful. The work was completed on time & on budget, & I received updates throughout the process. The final results were absolutely perfect. Exactly how things should be done.

We had zero issues out of this place. They were responsive, quick, and did excellent work. Highly recommend. In this day and age customer service is going by the wayside. Not here. They do what they tell you they will do and stand behind their work and their word. Excellent job y'all; thank you so much for taking great care of us!

There is absolutely no better place for body work in all of east Texas! Fantastic customer service from Caitlyn and all other staff members. My truck was repaired 5 days ahead of schedule, and looked brand new! I couldn t recommend them enough.

Had some minor work done to my 2020 Ram 1500 and had a battery drill and two ratchet straps come up missing.I would leave zero stars if possible.Don t waste your time with these unprofessional and immoral human beings. Service: Body & Trim

Great shop! I d give 4.5 out of 5 stars. Brent was great on my initial phone call & Austin kept me informed on my repairs and the got the job done fast! Great people reasonably priced. Lifetime warranty. Quality of work on my repair 8.4 out of 10 and I m picky having detailed cars for years. Great shop if I need anymore work, I would use auto body express again. I high recommend!

When I say they are wonderful, I mean it. They went above and beyond to help me out. I was in a car wreck and they had my car in and estimated within the same day. It took them less than a week to repair. Then they delivered, and picked up my rental for me because I m having some health problems. I will recommend them every time. Best auto body shop we have ever dealt with! Shortly after filing my claim, they were very prompt on giving me a courtesy call to confirm my repair appointment, as well as ask for any other needs such as a rental car. We received updates every couple of days. Our truck was finished sooner than expected, looking like nothing ever happened. Thank you AutoBody Express for your professionalism, and kindness in an unexpected situation (hit and run). Will definitely be using them for future repairs.

if I could rate it 0 stars I would. worst shop to take your vehicle too. they can t even give you a estimate on repairs without making you sign for them to start working on it! shady shady business they do.

This is the best place I ve ever been to for car service. From the extremely friendly greeting to the outstanding service to the continuous updates, all the way to pick up. They went over and beyond in there service. I spoke with the secretary, the owner and the auto specialist and they all were unbelievably kind. They made sure we were happy with the results. Autobody express has just completed fixing our vehicle and we are so glad we chose them to do the work! I have never received such friendliness and courtesy and professionalism at the same time! They did an amazing job, checking out every system and making it look like new again in less than the estimated time given us. They took care of all the details and worked with our insurance company so that we had only a short amount of time without our vehicle. They kept us informed along the way, in fact they contacted us every day with a progress report. We highly recommend Autobody Express to anyone who needs body work done. They are amazing!

Tried to get door hinges, hinge pins and bushings replaced on my truck. 1998 chevy Silverado. They refused to do the service I requested and instead replaced only hinge pin and bushings. Had to return two weeks later to have repaired again and again they only replaced pins instead of what I wanted. Refused to even to repair a third time today when I returned with the bushings broke for a third time. Guy refused to honor lifetime warranty saying that he did not want to work on my truck that no one could fix the problem and it was not worth fixing. I did get refund, but thought it interesting that check was issued by 90 degrees north llc not autobody express. Also not a member of marshall chamber of commerceThis came straight from chamber of commerce. They have decal in window claiming membership. Not even member of BBB of East Texas, not recognized by them as a member. Very disappointed with this repair shop as they refused multiple times to repair my vehicle as I wanted my vehicle repaired. People need to really think about that issue prior to having this shop do any work on their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

A wonderful group of people! I had never met any of them before my insurance company sent me there to have my car repaired after hitting a deer but I am so glad to know them. Honest, kind and professional doesn t seem adequate. Thank y all so much for everything but especially for your kindness.

Would have had 5 stars up until the very end. Quality Control dropped the ball. We came to pick up our vehicle and had to leave it another 2 days so they could fix bubbles in paint job, secure door panel, secure hood vents, smooth out wrinkles in rubber door jamb (remains undone), secure headliner ( remains undone). Also, I wasn't pleased with having to climb up in the back of my truck to remove trash that was left in it from repairs.

Auto body repair after accident. Super great service and outstanding repair - my Jeep looked better than when I purchased it. Awesome staff, super friendly, thoughtful, and personable. My Jeep was finished 5 days before the projected return date. Absolutely wonderful! I had to have my decade old daily driver repaired due to being rear-ended. They treated me as if they were repairing a brand new vehicle! They kept me informedregularly on the process and the insurance coverage of my vehicle repairs. Very friendly staff! Went by for an estimate last week and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Called back later the same day to schedule repair and set it up for following week. Although unnecessary the staff offered to pick up and deliver when repair was done. Vehicle was done within 2 days as promised and they even waited after hours for pickup. I used AutoBody Express in Marshall for the first time this week. They were prompt with the estimate as well as the best price in town for my repairs. They communicated with me during the whole repair process. I could not believe how quickly the repair process took!! All the personnel were more than polite and I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

I am very please at the type and quality of work that I received on my Grand Cherokee. There is nothing to show that the vehicle had a run-in with a pole. The team in Marshall are Great!! I'm from out of town visiting and someone hit the back end of my truck on a Monday dropped it off on wednesday they had all the repairs and detailed it by Friday. I hit a deer and messed up my car pretty bad. I called AutoBody Express and talked with Josh. He and the team at the Marshall location went above and beyond from that point on to take care of my husband and I. My car was promised back in two weeks and I got it back in a little over a week! My car looks as good as new and I am overly satisfied! 10/10 would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
