Awesome dealership! I emailed them and within a few minutes they got back with me and made me a spectacular deal. Apple sport Ford is definitely worth the drive. Everyone working there is so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. It definitely takes the anxiety out of buying a new vehicle. We couldn t be happier.

David was patient and knowledgeable in our buying experience. Kye in Finance was courteous and accommodating to our financing needs and helped us evaluate and purchase the extended warranty that fit our needs. All of the staff were friendly and courteous in our buying experience. We highly recommend purchasing at Apple Sport Ford. Also, the service department is very courteous in taking care of our service needs. We highly recommend their services !!

Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. There were no high pressure sales tactics and everyone is so incredibly friendly. Stephanie and Kye provided top tier customer service. We will absolutely be back in the future and will recommend to anyone we can.

I just purchased my second pickup truck from Apple Sports Ford. My husband and I always ask for Jason Ehlers. He is always so friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and willing to work with you. In fact all of the staff that I came in contact with were very friendly. I recommend Apple Sports to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Jason Ehlers.

Excellent service at a beautiful dealership. As an out of town traveler with a problem with my F150 service advisor Kris was able to work me in. The service dept quickly assessed the problem and fixed it while my wife and I waited. Thank you for excellent service and a pleasant outcome to a troubling situation.

Bought a used truck there earlier this week. I don't know what it is about car dealerships but it seems like they keep you there longer on purpose. Cash deal so no financing needed. Asked for best cash price and they didn't drop price at all so that was disappointing but having to wait a couple of hours after I signed the sheet with total price with taxes and fees was a super drag. Total time of trip to buy truck was over 14 hours as it was a 4.25 hour trip one way. Also Asked for the paperwork regarding the power train warranty that was on the windshield and after I got home and looked in the envelope that had the sales paperwork, there was nothing else in there.

Was asked to review even though my truck is still in the body shop for almost 3 weeks now. Not much to say at this point except that status updates and expected completion dates are things you need to follow up on yourself. Given the holidays I guess that is to be suspected so I will give a 4 star rating for now.

I was hot broadside by a lady who passed me on the shoulder. They ll damage was extensive. The repairs done by the dealership, was outstanding! There were no flaws, and the car looked brand new as it was when I purchased it. I highly recommend them for body work! Adrienne Bruce (a happy customer)!

I presented a unique problem for the Repair guys at Apple Ford. I needed the tailgate camera relocated to allow me to carry an RV. It took them a bit but they figured out a clean and professional way to relocate the camera and allow the 360 camera to work correctly. The staff was kind and helpful as they worked through the issues. They had courtesy transportation to run me home. I am very thankful and they have earned my future business!

Jason in sales is one of the best. He is up front about everything you are getting and doesn t push to make you feel pressured to buy. Kye, in financing, provided great explanations of everything to make sure it was understood what EXACTLY was being done. They don t try to slip things by you

David was wonderful to work with! His sales manager Carolyn and the finance manager were all hands on to make this purchase possible! Came in to buy a used Explorer and they got me into a brand new Explorer for the same payments! 10/10 for service!

I could give them a 0 star if I could. This dealership sold us a mechanically janky trucks and does not want to help us out. Carolyn is disgusting, nasty and treats her customers horribly, especially if they re of color. David was our salesperson and he is no saint.

Most people would rather go to the dentist than to buy a car. But my experience at Apple Ford was the best I have ever had I give them a ten no high pressure sales everything and everyone was perfect. I m so happy with my experience when the 2025 comes out I m going to get Jason to order me one dark horse in red with all options that I wanted. Thanks for good experience I wish that dark horse had been red it would have come home with me.

In all my past experiences buying a vehicle has been an absolute headache but for the first time I had the most amazing experience purchasing with Jason at Apple Sport Ford. He not only sold my husband a truck the day before but made me want to have the same wonderful experience the very next day. Alongside Jason there was Carolyn and Nate who placed us within the price range that we were comfortable with. Could not have a better team working together to go the distance for their customers. Jason was my salesperson, and he was especially attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. The manager personally called me to help me through some steps regarding a charger, and Jason helped me with the software. They were very kind, honest, and generous with their time.
