Highly recommend using this location for your auto needs. David took care of us with new battery and was able to let us know what to do about a headlight issue we had. He was 1000% knowledgeable with EXCELLENT customer service skills. He s the reason we will be coming back for any future service.

Showed up first thing in the morning only 1 car was infront of me and I ended up waiting hours just to have my tires balanced. There was more talking then working. Terrible service, if we had other options in my small town I'd definitely go elsewhere.

Have come to walmart for nearly all of my auto service and had a great experience but after today this is the last time I will ever come, front counter service is why not the mechanics.

I really like the team of automotive people from the front desk to the car care personnel. Mike the manager or Team lead(not sure which) makes sure the customers are cared for. It does take time on certain days to get service but that is usually due to an employee being out sick. They will tell you up front it may be 2 hours or more but regardless you can t beat the prices or customer care. I will continue my business there.

I'm from the Austin area , I had work in Marble Falls I came to get a flat tire fixed 30min before close . They said they were over booked and couldn't help he. I know nobody in the area and they did not want to help... Poor care for customers who need help in a tight spotThis is unbelievable! Bad Job Wal-Mart

Quick and easier than I thought. It only took no longer than 1hr or 2 but was worth the wait. Not only was my tire low on air but they informed me that my tire was damaged in the inside and it could be dangerous to drive on the road, so the provided me with getting a new tire they had in stock. I though I needed to order it and wait a little longer but the service was quick. And the person who assist me and helped me out her name was Lola I believe was very patient and kind and assisting and informing me very well with what was going on. Is my first time getting assistance from here and I am glad I came here and was able to drive my car. Was very nervous but thank you for the customer service Lola.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They were so kind here, they changed our tire which had a nail, & did not charge us . They were kind, & we waited about four hrs, till they could get to us. Thankyou guys at wal mart, marble falls tx

Only time I've ever had great customer service at any Walmart. Tire and auto dept was actually pretty quick considering they were having tire sales. Prices were very reasonable and they had large selection. I'm usually a loyal Discount Tire customer. But my experience with them leftists to be desired when I called to ask about tires and set an appt. thus my reason for trying out Walmart Tire and Auto this time around. Think I'm going to be sticking with Walmart Tire and Auto from here out.

I was told 1.5 hrs to complete oil change. Ended up 3.5 hrs, bad time estimate and auto manager is oblivious to customer concerns..The tec's always do a good job here no complaint on the work. I won't be going back to this service center.

It took two hours to get two tires. I was on vacation and no other place to go. There was only 4 cars in front of me and there were 3 mechanics. They were very slow.

My father was just in there to have his battery checked. He is elderly and said they did not have time because they were about to start an oil change. It wouldn't have taken 2 minutes. From now on, I will take my business and his somewhere else. Take care of the people that used to take care of you!!

I came in to patch a tire that had caught a screw. Normally I would go to a local store shop but all of them were closed on Sunday. I believe that a regular tire shop could have patched the tire, but I was required to buy a new one. Installation took a little more than one hour to put on one new tire after I gave permission to do the repair. I asked them to air up a tire on the front as well, but that wasn't done and I had to do it myself at a gas station. People at the counter were friendly.

Bought a 4 yr. battery there 2 years ago, battery started going dead when I didn't drive truck for 2 or 3 days, went in to have it checked early morning ( a five minute job). I was told it would be an 1 1/2 hour wait. So the warranty is worthless unless you have nothing else to do but wait. Went to Auto zone battery was checked had dead cell took less than five minutes.

When you call ahead to see if they have tires ask them to physically locate them. I called ahead and they had "so many in stock" they didn't bother to check. I waited more than an hour in store before they told me there was a computer error and they didn't have my tires in stock. Ultimately, I got more expensive tires (at a discount), so issues resolved. However, it was a frustrating ordeal.

My husband and I have tried multiple times to get our oil changed here, but every time the wait is way too long. The first time I tried was about 12:30, theytsaid it waswgoing to be 1.5 hours. So I assumed it was because of lunch breaks. So I came back another day around 3pm...this time a 3 hour wait! Today I went at 7am (when they open) thinking I will be the first one so it will have to be quick. No one came out, but I could see someone so I asked him about an oil change. He said I would have to go inside and ask. Inside the dept manager was behind the register so I spoke to him about my previous experiences. He said that it's about how long the wait times are. I asked why and he said becaibe they don't have enough staff. So I asked who I needed to speak to. He said I should call 1800 Walmart because talking to the store manager wouldn't get anything done that other people have done that and nothing gets done about it. I have always gotten my oil changed at Walmarts...never an issue until using the one in Marble Falls.

They refuse to honor their warranty even if it was purchased at another Walmart. I do not recommend stopping here, the staff at the register is rude! What really upsets me is they don't honor a warranty and I'm not the only one they've done this to. I've witnessed them deny other warranties for other people. So if it has a warranty go somewhere else that WILL honor it!

If I could give less than one star I would. Rude service. Showed up 3 hours before closing and they said - rudely - they were not taking any more cars for oil changes. They could have said it better and I wouldn't rate them do poorly. Lost my business for ever. Worst customer service.

Easy in and out getting a car battery. You can research beforehand to know what you need and just let them know which one. The plus is that there are Walmarts everywhere these days so you'll easily be able to exchange and use your warranty if needed.

Needed a set of tires. They had, in stock, what I needed and installed them quickly. Everyone working in automotive that day was knowledgeable and friendly.

They are awful went to marble falls got there right after open . They said 45 minutes for two tires. What they meant I discovered 40 minutes later was they'd bother to look at it in 45 minutes. One care ahead of me. Supervisor was unpleasant . Went down the street and paid fifty dollars more just because they are so sorry

Wish I could give this review negative stars they were unhelpful and rude they will never get my service again. I advise if someone ever needs a tire and it s important to you go to tractor supply because they re amazing!

This is the most inefficient tire and lube I have ever witnessed. I've been here with two vehicles in two days. The price is right here but they have no idea how to staff or assign work. Mismanaged at best.

I had brand new tires put on my car and I'm very satisfied with their fast and friendly hands down awesome service! I definitely recommend Walmart over Discount Tire any day!

Tried to get oil change 3 times first time they did it would be 2 hours, she said she only had 3 techs, But I could come back at 7 AM and get right in and went back the next day at 7 AM door was locked lights Were on nobody nobody in sight . Third time went back at 7 AM there was one car in front of me for tires and 2 techs , the girl said there was only one tech and it would be an hour wait crazy!
