Visited for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed by Luis' exceptional service. He not only performed the oil change, but also inspected all fluids and tires. His transparency throughout the process was commendable, and he even thoughtfully offered my mom and me water while we waited. I highly recommend Pit Stop for top-notch automotive care!

Luis is great! I had just gotten my oil changed somewhere else but was unable to get my inspection done. Went to the Pit Stop for my inspection and he was excellent. Very friendly and even checked to make sure all my fluids were topped off adequately. Will be going back for all my vehicle needs!

Stopped by today for the first time to have an inspection and oil change and I was blown away by the customer service I received from Luis. I had my youngest with me and he made us feel right at home. He offered us cold drinks and snacks while we were waiting and my little one was all about it. I would highly recommend the pit stop to anybody needing these services. Their prices are great, quick turn around, and customer services was 10/10. We will definitely be back!Service: Oil change

I called Luis and he was very helpful. I needed my sons vehicle to be looked at to make sure everything was working fine. Breaks needed to be replaced badly along with an oil change. He took care of everything within the same day and also replaced one of the belts that was on the verge of coming apart. He even vacuumed his car and checked his tires which was very much appreciated. Great service!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Luis is one of the most down to earth mechanics I ve ever met. He tells it to you straight and doesn t hurt your bank. I ve taken all of my cars to him for state inspections and routine maintenance. Great place! Went in for an inspection and met the owner Luis Medina and his sweet pup Percy! Although I only went in for the inspection, ended up doing other work as well, including an oil change, license plate light, and new brakes. Very personable amd professional. No pressure whatsoever, and yes, I did need those extra work. Quality work at very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend, especially when supporting local business! All my vehicles going to The Pit Stop going forward! Check him out!

I called to schedule a time and Luis was able to fit me in quickly. The whole oil change took about 30min. I'm super happy that I was able to get it done on a Sunday! Very enjoyable! Luis is personable, professional & efficient, knows his stuff. Comfortable area to sit & chat with Luis while he took care of our RAV4. He checked fluid levels, air filters, tire pressure & even did a quick vac of the floors. All for an honest price. We're from Denver, down here visiting relatives. I told Luis Luis we'll definitely return. Why not do business with a knowledgeable, honest local businessman instead of some national mega Corp? I went to have my state inspection done today and it was a fairly smooth process. It was a little strange when I called on the phone (tons of background noise, and no one spoke to me right away or announced where I was calling) but I was able to confirm he would be there shortly so I know when to head that direction. When I arrived, I had a hard time figuring out where it was (not a storefront facing the road, it's in a bay on the side of the building) so a sign at the road with an arrow pointing down the "alley" for "Pit Stop" might be a good idea, as I almost left, not being sure if I was in the right spot. If it wasn't for the "state inspection" sign I definitely would have turned around. The pup was super cute and friendly! Other than the phone call and some difficulty finding the accurate location, service was quick and friendly. I would probably give 4.5 stars but definitely nothing worth only giving a 4 so a 5 it is ;)

I took my 2013 Hundai Sonata in for a tune up. Not only did Luis change out the spark plugs, he checked the belts, topped off oil with finer grade synthetic oil, tightened the oil gasket so it wouldn't leak, cleaned the engine area, checked the tire pressure, vacuumed interior, and took for a test drive to assure everything was running well. Best of all, he called first before buying parts to make sure I approved the price. He treated my car like he would his own. He was very informative and professional. Grateful for Luis and his wife at the Pit Stop! They took care of an oil change and turn signal bulb replacement on my my truck on Thanksgiving weekend as soon as I called for an appt. So friendly, thorough and detail oriented. Checked all kinds of details in addition to my request and that gave me a sense of reassurance that my vehicle and I were in good hands. I went to run another errand afterwards and looked down and realized my filthy rug had also been vacuumed. Definitely brought a smile. Refreshing customer service!
