This is the Hardest working family run business we have ever been around. David , Gale and their team are top notch and David is an Amazing owner operator. Their knowledge is outstanding.

David, Steve, Gail and the rest of the team will treat you and your vehicle as if it is you're a family member. They do really good work at a fair price. It's a shame the 5 star ratings scale does not have a 6th star for a tip! You will not go wrong trusting your repair ro Swann's. I know I didn't!

They were so busy, they couldn't get me in immediately, which is actually something you want to see at your mechanic. Obviously many people trust them. They did come out and identified the issue with the car immediately and didn't charge me anything to do it. It was something I needed to take to the muffler shop for welding.This is my mechanic from now on. I would send my wife in and tell her to just trust what they say from now on. I've never said that about any shop. We are in Austin, and zero doubt that we will drive in to use them for any issues. Very strongly recommend.

I literally limped my truck into the garage on a Friday morning, enroute to out of town. My truck was completely trashed and even though David wasn't able to fix it, he was extremely helpful in us finding a solution to get home.He was gracious and so so extremely helpful in a moment that felt completely overwhelming. If I could, I would be a patron for life just from this single moment in time but I live out of town.If you are in need of a kind hearted man and a fantastic staff, you will not go wrong by going to this shop. 20 out of 10, would recommend.

The Service was phenomenal!!! We were headed to a wedding in Kingsland when we started hearing popping sound and felt right front tire issues. We made it to Swann's Garage at 3:45pm on a Friday. We explained our situation and that we were far from home and could not wait until Monday. The owner called around and found a part and had his guys jump on it. They had us back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you so Much Swann's Garage Inc!!! We missed the ceremony, but we get to dance with the bride and groom!!!! Took my Mini Cooper here during the busy holiday season. Went to their office and asked a couple of questions and David and team took the time to listen and stepped outside with me for a quick evaluation. Immediately they had an idea of the issue and took my car in. Long story short these guys took care of me and my Mini quickly. Gave me an estimate and upon picking up my Mini it was 100% accurate as quoted. Don t confuse these guys with the previous owner. Swann s Garage is the real deal. My Mini is running like a champ. I will be taking my cars nowhere else.

Good shop, good people. I had a problem with my BMW while driving from San Antonio to Oklahoma City via Hwy 281 and was lucky enough to be near this shop so I stopped in. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and were able to quickly find my problem and get me back on the road within 2 hours of stopping in (anyone who has had BMW problems knows that this is rare as it can be difficult to service them at times). They seemed genuinely interested in my problem and helping me, and were generally just pleasant and down to earth people. They will certainly get my business anytime I am in the area and need it.

My check engine light came on while on vacation so I went to Swann's. They read the code, reset it, fixed it and sent me on my way in 5 minutes. Kept me from having to drive 50 miles to the Toyota dealership. Great people. Thanks Swann's.

I brought in a difficult noise problem to diagnose on my SUV. They stuck with it, and found the problem. Gave me a great price to fix it for the time they spent.They have my recommendation!
